One of the best overall values for the money i spent. This complex has almost everything you would ever need. Grocery store is about a 7 min walk 3 blocks away. It was great to relax by the pool and being able to do my laundry meant i could pack lighter. Hosts were very responsive and kind!

It was clean, the view from the terrace was amazing, and the room was so comfortable. I was surprised at the quality and quantity of the shared space! It's really great that you can use it as much as you want. This time my stay was short and I didn't have time, but next time I'd like to relax on the rooftop terrace. Thank you very much.

This was our favorite stay by far in Costa Rica! Miguel’s place is exactly how it is described and pictured. The beds were comfortable. Check in was smooth. It is in a great area with so many things to do. We also loved the pool and gym on the property.

El departamento era absolutamente encantador. Gran decoración, muy amplio, limpio, las camas estaban súper cómodas y la cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, también tenía un aire acondicionado potente y una gran televisión 4k, así que nos sentimos súper cómodos durante nuestra estancia. El departamento está en piso 15, por lo que obtienes una hermosa vista de la ciudad y las montañas. Fue muy fácil hacer el check in, La anfitriona fue súper receptiva y nos ayudo con recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la zona. La piscina está en piso 24 y tiene una vista increíble y en la zona hay muchos cafés, restaurantes y dos parques muy lindos para salir a caminar. Hice la reservación tarde en la noche y aún así obtuve una respuesta inmediata. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí de nuevo.

Mariana’s was exactly what we were looking for - a place to base ourselves while we explored San Jose. Mariana was very responsive to questions and we really enjoyed the gym and pool to help our recovery from a long red-eye flight.

Maripaz was so helpful throughout my stay, very quick and responsive. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities of the building were very nice as well. As others mentioned, the construction and obstruction of view was a bit of a pain, but obviously something outside of the host's control. Overall, I'd highly recommend this stay, the host does a wonderful job. Be careful with the glass door on the shower- I had an incident, but the host responded immediately and was so helpful.

This place is wonderful and the host was amazing as well: respectful, super responsive and helpful. I would definitely like to stay in this place again!

Casa Peces is a beautiful property in a private and secure neighborhood. Jessica was very helpful offering recommendations on local eats and attractions. She always made sure the house was nice and clean, and even offered to cook for us. I highly recommend Casa Peces for anyone the travels to Santa Ana.

Manuel and Melanie are the best! Thank you! Your property is so beautiful and the house had all the things we needed. The pool is great and the Internet was fast and trustworthy. Siempre genial el lugar

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

Very spacious traditional home 2 blocks from Alajuela Cathedral and close to multiple restaurants. Clean, serene with an internal courtyard, and just what we needed after a long, multi-segment international flight into San Jose airport

Highly recommend if you have an early or late flight through San Jose. Omar is a great host. Communicated clearly, the house was easy to find, safe and extremely convenient to the airport. Planes didn’t bother us at all and we were relieved to be able to get to the airport so quickly even during morning traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Costa Rica, so we were a little intimidated about staying in the heart of a big city. However, from start to finish we had a wonderful time! The condo was easy to find and located next to a ton of restaurants, bars, markets, museums parks… I could go on but there was so much to do we couldn’t fit it all in during our 3 night stay. The property was clean, beautiful, safe and private. As for the host, Karil, he was fantastic as well. He contacted us with very thorough instructions prior to our arrival, as well as a litany of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I would stay at a property owned by Karil again without hesitation. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough! 5+ stars and we would love to stay here again if we are ever back in San Jose!

This apartment is super clean and safe. It is 5 to 10 minute drive from the airport. There are also great restaurants close by. We felt super safe and comfortable. We would stay again.

Ernestos place was very clean and the fridge was great and the swimming pool was clean and very refreshing. Nice city views from our rooms and looked pretty cool in the night with the lights from the city in our room. The sheets were super fresh and clean smelling and feeling and there was spare blankets and sheets in the closet. The location was great for us and the receptionist even showed us our parking spot underground and safe which was awesome. Very friendly atmosphere, Beautiful Pool and outside BBQ. Great Fitness Gym for working out above the pool. The Elevators and hallways were very modern and very clean. Walls were well insulated and good quality doors and locks. My little boy said it was 5 stars. I definitely would agree for the price and safety and smart Tv and everything you get for your money. We will be back again for sure if it is available. Oh and almost forgot. My wife always checks the mattresses and she was so pleased to see good quality and clean mattresses.

This was our spot for 2 days in San Jose and it was perfectly located right by the airport. Hassle free. The home was clean and up to date with furniture and appliances. They have security so that was a plus for the peace of mind and are very friendly.

Amazing stay. Beautiful view. Safe area. Responsive and accommodating host. 10/10 recommend!
