Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

This house is in the perfect location. It is right on the ocean and a quick walk from the shops, restaurants and roller coasters for the kids. Our family that ranges in age from 12 to 76 all can’t wait to come back. Brant is an amazing host who makes renting his house seemless. Highly recommend!

Great location close to the water and walking distance to restaurants and lots to do. The parking was very convenient which I appreciated. The furniture was comfortable and the linens were clean. Lots of chairs and beach toys available for use as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Dan's house was just as described and matched the photos. Very clean, well organized, extremly comfortable bed! We enjoyed having all the toys in the garage. The location is perfect - so close to the beach and close to all the fun things to do in Oceanside. We had a problem with getting what we wanted to watch on TV and Dan was available right away and helped us through the process in great detail. This home is quiet and peaceful - we enjoyed the patio setup on the clear sunny days. I would definatly stay here again.

Excellent location and the courage was adorable. Big enough to accommodate the 4 of us but still cozy. Perfect for travel with a dog. Steps to dog beach and the area is super dog friendly.

This was my second time staying at the beach house. Once again, I have absolutely no criticism as it was exactly as described. I really enjoy the privacy and the proximity to the beach. I found john to be a very responsive and very accommodating stop. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Carlsbad. Highly recommend!

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

This little beach house is a bit of an oasis in the middle of a very densely packed, vacation rental area of Carlsbad. The house sits on a good sized lot that is nicely landscaped and private with abundant outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful weather. The pool and patio area provided lots of fun entertainment for our grandkids! The house was very clean and well maintained. It is an older beach home that has had nice updates to the two bathrooms- modern tile in the shower, tub area and floors. Also the frameless glass in the master bath shower was very appreciated. You can park the car and walk to everything in Carlsbad village and the beach is a block and a half away! The only negative is the close proximity to the noisy train. The train itself doesn’t disturb so much, but the horn blasts are quite irritating. You will encounter this problem in many locations close to the beach. Overall a great place to stay in Carlsbad.

Fabulous location overlooking the San Diego Bay. Steps from the beach, and endless activities. Justin’s apartment is nicely stocked from the kitchen, to bedrooms, and the balcony is superb. You can’t go wrong with this rare find! Justin is an outstanding host.

My family and I are absolutely thrilled about our stay at Andy’s! The view from the unit was stunning, super easy beach access, lots of amenities on site. Many places within walking distance. The provided binder was extremely helpful with information about the property as well as recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful, there were games, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.

In my husband’s words, if one of our friends was looking for a place to stay, we’d recommend this condo to them! Location is fantastic for beach and restaurants. I appreciated that everyone respected the quiet hours, just as posted. Definitely a home away from home, and we couldn’t be happier with our first Airbnb stay.

Hard to find the HOA office upon first visit, but once you check in with security it was very easy. Great location, nice unit for an older complex, and prime area extremely close to the beach. Key pick up and drop off was simple, however the parking for this specific unit is very very tight. Thankfully our rental car was small, but it was between a support column and the wall. We loved that that they had chairs, beach equipment and towels available. We had a great stay and would recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside. Conveniently located to Legoland (15 mins w/ traffic) and very close to some very excellent restaurants.

Excellent stay! Condo was clean and roomy for our family of 4. Loved having the two twin beds for the kids. Seating was comfortable and while a bit used it was adequate for our stay. Host was very responsive and provided excellent service. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the second time we rented Jasna's condo. The location is FABULOUS. We loved soaking in the hot tub every night. What a great way to end a day! The view could not be better. Coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean is amazing. The condo is walking distance to Belmont Park and would be perfect for kids or teens. Note to renters; this unit has several stairs to reach the main floor and the garage is extremely small so a small vehicle is best. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating but clean and functional. That being said, we would definitely rent again! Thank you Jasna for another wonderful week with my daughters!

Suzy was very responsive and was able to accommodate us on a moment’s notice. The property and oceans views were extraordinary. We enjoyed early morning coffee watching the surfers, walks in the nearby park and the best sunset views in all of San Diego. It felt like home!

This was a true 5 star place. You get the entire property to yourself and the surrounding gates/plants make it feel very private. That said, the location is great because everything you need is in walking distance; eats, coffee, beach, corner store. The best part is the house is located in an area the passing trains aren’t allowed to blow their horns so you won’t get woken up by them if you aren’t used to it. My kid had fun walking down the block to watch them pass during the day. Amazing amenities included; covered garage for parking, grass lawn, outside table with umbrella, hammock, tv inside, huge bathtub with shower and fully stocked kitchen with numerous appliances. The bed sheets were actual bed sheets! Not the cheap paper kind every other single airbnb tends to provide. Plenty of pillows and towels. Comfortable couch and bean bag chair. Host was extremely kind and responsive. Great place for singles, couples or families. We will be staying here again, no doubt!

Loved the stay! View is priceless. Pictures are accurate and the home was spotless. Food options near but if you want to stay home Kitchen is fully stocked. We will be back.

Clean... I repeat, this place was the cleanest we have ever seen in an Air BnB. No dust, clean floors, clean everything. Beds were super comfortable and having the door open to hear the ocean was therapeutic. So let's run it down: 1. The view was exquisite. 2. Spacious kitchen with kuerig and drip coffee maker, and Plenty of counter space. 3. Brand new gas grill, fire pit, private beach setting. 4. This would be a Really fun place for a family. Bedrooms on 3 floors (the lower bedroom had plenty of beds and futons for the kids, and their own bathroom. The master is on the upper floor with well thought out bathroom (2 sinks, big shower (water pressure was really nice) 5. About a mile to the pier and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. We will Def stay with this company again!
