Upon arrival, everything was precisely as Jorge offered, which gave us an incredible feeling of trust in our expectations from day one onwards. We stayed for a month and fell in love with the apartment locations and amenities. Jorge is a very enthusiastic host with great communication skills, letting us know about situations in the country while we stayed. Jorge was open to promptly fulfilling our requests and responded to our messages efficiently. For all the reasons abovementioned, we strongly recommend Jorge's apartment to anybody looking for a great location and accommodation in the heart of Guatemala City. Mi familia y yo estuvimos encantados con el lugar a pesar que tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con uno de los vecinos del apartamento Josselin lo resolvió de inmediato ella es muy amable El lugar está totalmente equipado estuvimos 10 días hospedados lo tendremos en cuenta para nuestras próximas vacaciones 🥰

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

Santa Margarita es una casa mágica, en la cual toda mi familia se sintió en casa. Las chicas que trabajan en la casa son sumamente atentas y cuidan cada detalle. Arturo también fue súper atento desde el principio y el cariño con el que hacen todo en Santa Margarita es evidente. Todos en mi familia queremos volver!

The underground parking was ideal and secure for our motorcycle. The building is relatively new and features nice community areas, along with friendly security guards. We didn’t need air conditioning because the nights were cool and there was a pleasant breeze. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
