Nilay and Sencer's appartment is very nice, clean and having a local spirit. We were welcomed warmly by Sencer. The tram and bus stops are very close: less than 5 minutes away and you would need 10-15 minutes to reach Galata. If you arrive in Istanbul by car - there's a paid parking nearby that can be used for 15 EUR/24h. We also enjoyed a lot our visit to Sencer's Pizzarotti restaurant, where we had the pleasure to taste his local pizza inventions and have a conversation.

Le logement était propre et parfait à tous les niveaux. les equipemenzs et ustensiles de cuisines étaient de qualité professionnelle. la literie était très bonne. faudrait penser à la longue de remplacer les oreillers pour les besoins de personnes désirant des oreillers plus ferme.

great place! very central in Balat neighborhood. nice people that work downstairs in the cafe that helped kindly. only issue is that its really noisy until around 11/12. afterwards its relatively quite. just a car or motor. the location is amazing! most central. sweet little street and the home was great. very comfi bed. great shower. sweet little balcony. all really nice !

The apartment matched the photos and description perfectly, and in person, it was even more comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making the space impeccably clean and tidy. It felt more like a cozy home than a soulless hotel, and it was a joy to stay in a place crafted with such care. During our February stay in Istanbul, we faced extreme temperatures that caused the boiler to fail, leading to interruptions in heating and hot water. The owners didn’t leave us to handle this on our own for a moment. They immediately stepped in with full support, ordered additional heaters, contacted the service department, and worked tirelessly to ensure our plans and stay weren’t disrupted. Initially, we were quite irritable and demanding, but the owners’ response was nothing but caring and professional. It’s in moments of crisis that service quality is truly tested, and we were amazed to receive such an exceptional level of service in Turkey. I highly recommend this apartment.

My husband and I spent 5 days here. It was an incredibly comfortable place, located in an amazing neighborhood filled with excellent restaurants and cafes, such as Forno, Soil Cafe, and Velvet Cafe—all within walking distance. The location is also close to other parts of the city, tourist attractions, and just a minute (or less) walk to the metro station. The building itself was very well-maintained. We visited during the winter, and the heating was excellent, keeping the place very warm and cozy. I would very much recommend this place for people who want to spend quality time inside and outside the apartment. Thank you team. Duaa & Ali

We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

We stayed in this place for six days and we had a great time. The house is in an excellent location specially for younger people. The house is as great as it is presented in the pictures and has all the utilities as described.

The house of blue was an amazing place to stay.Taigoun was extremely helpful and always communicated promptly. The view was simply spectacular and it is very conveniently positioned for tourist sites and feeling part of Istanbul.

If you get the chance to stay here, grab it. It’s a stunning apartment - clearly a lot of love, thought and care have gone into designing this place and we felt right at home from the start. The apartment is super peaceful while being very close to transport links and the vibrant restaurant areas of Beyoğlu. Sultanahmet is walkable from the apartment across the bridge. Aaron and his team were brilliant hosts, responsive and pro active. He gave us some great recommendations including the local 16th century Hamam designed by Mimar Sinan (definitely recommend this) and several restaurants. We particularly liked Çiya Sofrası across the Bosporous in Kadıköy (a picturesque ferry trip from the nearby Karaköy pier) and the local Galata Kitchen. Just loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.

Benny was a really great host, greeting us personally and making sure we were settled. The apt was exactly as it shows in the photos and very clean. We hadn’t anticipated the steps but that was my fault as it is described by Benny in his ad. Even so my 83 year old mother managed about ok! It was a nice place to come home to after a busy day of sight seeing. Thanks Benny.

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.
