This airbnb was great and just as described. We stayed a week during New Years Eve. We felt safe and welcomed by the neighbors who even invited us to celebrate new years eve with them. The roosters are loud really early but the place is so cute and close to great beaches! It has everything you need like beach chairs , towels and umbrellas. The owners gave us spot on recommendations and were the greatest hosts. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

Excelente lugar para una persona o pareja. Muchas cosas cerca. He was very helpful. Lo recomiendo y me volvería a quedar en este lugar otra vez.

Beautiful place right on the water! The sound of the ocean each night was just what we were looking for. Loved every minute of it. The outdoor pool and small pool for the kids was a great bonus.

My family felt like home. The Airbnb was clean and Miguel answered any questions I had in a timing manner. They even left snacks for my toddlers … which they were excited about besides the swing in the back! I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re going with your family and have little ones.

Wonderful location! friendly neighbors, good food just down the road, the beach was beautiful and walkable, and oh, the sunsets!!!

The shack by the beach was perfect for a getaway for my husband and myself. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was unbeatable. Centrally located, only about 15-20 min from Rincon where we spent most of our time surfing and on the beaches. Close to a variety of restaurants. We did not cook, but there were capabilities with the kitchen set up. The space is small and simple, perfect for a couple that plans on spending most of our time out exploring! We will be back!

First time in Puerto Rico, first time in Aguada, but not the last. What an amazing house in a great location. Aguada is a quiet and beautiful community and this house is a 3 minute walk to the ocean. 20 minute drive or Uber to/from Rincon, 20 minute drive or Uber to/from Aguadillia; for me and my family, it was perfectly centered. If you're into a party, there is one close by. If you want peace and quiet, you have it at this Air BnB. The house is spacious and was perfect when we arrived. Priscilla was super communicative and made it all very easy. She would check in on us periodically and if we needed anything, we got it (but we didn't need much at all). Highly recommend! Jim

Amazing stay! This house was perfect—clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was super responsive and helpful. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Lugar muy agradable, accesible a restaurante, playa y supermercados. Tenia una piscina excelente y un patio donde los niños jugaron. La casa tenia todo lo que necesitaba y las camas comodas. Elliot es muy atento y estaba al pendiente por si necesitamos algo.

Me and a friend stayed here and it was amazing! Leonel was amazing. Leonel was very friendly, helpful, responded quickly, and asked if we needed anything throughout our stay. The house was the perfect size for us. It was very clean, comfortable, and for the most part very quiet. I would 100% stay again and recommend to everyone.

Amazing place right on the ocean. What a place to sit and watch the water, drink coffee and be together. We would love to be back there today!

Best house ever. If you’re looking to stay in the Rincon area this house was perfect. We looked at a bunch and settled on this one and it was perfect. Quick drive into Rincon and Aguadilla, which each have super cool spots. The balcony on this house and the ocean view is unbeatable. When I come back to Puerto Rico I will stay here again. Felt so nice to be there and host was responsive and helpful. Ha a washer and dryer. 10/10

El espacio de Evelyn tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía divertida y amena en familia y/o amigos. Evelyn fue muy receptiva a contestar mis preguntas y atender mis necesidades. También nos ofreció recomendaciones de restaurantes muy buenos. Pasamos un fin de semana espectacular.

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

Carlos place was exactly has it was presented on air bnb listing. The pool and beach are steps away. 3 adults and 3l2 teenagers stayed and we had plenty of room and felt comfortable the entire time. I can't explain how WONDERFUL communication was the entire time. Our orginal flight ✈️ canceled on us and Carlos graciously allowed the chance through air bnb as we scrambled to find new flights. We were messaging the entire time and even through out our stay the communication was so fast and helpful. He even gave us great reviews of activities and local food places. we had such an amazing stay and if we are on this side of the island we will be back for sure! Also we found the best shells 🐚 walking the beach each morning that we'll cherrish forever. THANK YOU FOR HRRAT MEMORIES MADE!

We loved this place! Just steps from the ocean, and so cool to be outside the whole time at this place. It had everything that was needed and it’s just so cool to see the stars at night and hear the waves from the beach. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Me and my family (wife and two young boys) stayed for one month in Puerto Rico. It was our first time here and Maria was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. She related info to us as soon as she heard it and helped make our stay easy and relaxing. We couldn't have picked a better host. The community feels like our second home and we can't wait to come back. Our favorite activities were walking to the paseo and watching the sunset while our boys rode their scooters and how our boys made the balcony their play area while we got a break from the day. We can highly recommend Maria and this property.

Great beachfront location in the quiet town of Aguada. Close drive to hiking, scuba, snorkeling etc. Fishing from the beach was enjoyable. Multiple dining options nearby. The third floor was perfect for older kids. Overall we had a great stay!

Nuestra estadía estuvo perfecta 💯 Al llegar tuvimos una pequeña confusión con la llave para entrar al complejo pero rápidamente nos respondieron y resolvieron. El apartamento demasiado limpio, equipado, organizado y hermoso! El complejo como tal es perfecto para pasar unos días en familia y a la vez relajarse. Muy tranquilo, callado y organizado. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos, quedamos encantados con el lugar y la experiencia. ¡Agradecidos!

It is a beautiful apartment, helpful instructions to find the place and get in, clean and right on the beach. It met all our criteria for our visit. The sound of the Ocean and the view from the living room were awesome. Had all the amenities one would need for a short stay. Cozy little place by the Ocean for a quick getaway !
