This was a fantastic place. Live music entertainment on weekends in the surrounding restaurants and bars. Everything within walking distance beach, restaurants, bars, and roller rink. Walgreens, shopping mall, and American restaurants 5 minutes away. The host was great! She was very helpful and responsive. Apartment fully stocked with everything needed for a vacation, like coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Washer and dryer. Bath had lots of hot water.

Perfect place to relax and the view is amazing. The sound of the waves, priceless. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. We chose the location because it's close to my son who we were visiting. It's located across from the ocean and beach which depending on conditions, some days you can swim or catch a sunset there. A bakery (sell baked goods, coffee, sandwhiches, snacks etc.) and a couple of chincurros (bars) are within easy walking distance. If you're able to walk farther/longer, there's more to access. We interacted with Logan, who was very responsive and helpful. When the AC went down in one of the bedrooms, he offered us to use one of the other vacant units on the property and the contractors were scheduled immediately to fix the issue. The property has a couple of grills, multiple outside places to relax or eat. And you'll even find some snorkeling supplies, towels and a beach umbrella and chairs to use. We would definitely come back!

A mi familia y a mi nos encantó la estadía. Todo igual a lo publicado y más. Tuvieron muchos detalles y mensaje de bienvenida para nosotros. Eso me sorprendió y me sentí como en casa. Un lugar con muchísima personalidad. Me sentí muy cómoda y respetando todas las reglas e instrucciones que fueron muy precisas y acertadas. Mantuvimos el lugar según nos fue entregado. Lugar cerca de todo. Un lugar con mucha personalidad como mencioné antes y eso lo encontré súper y diferente a otras estadías que he tenido. Caben 4 personas cómodas. Me sentí segura en el área y muy privada. Comunicación, rápida, fácil y efectiva. Cuando volvamos a Aguadilla, nos volveremos a quedar en The Black Sheep House. 100% recomendado. 🙏Gracias Nelvin y todas las personas que atienden y se encargan de la propiedad. 🫶💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful location! friendly neighbors, good food just down the road, the beach was beautiful and walkable, and oh, the sunsets!!!

Great place! Loved the balcony view, very spacious, close to many restaurants & beaches!

Host was very friendly, even got to meet his wife from their balcony. The overall location could be easy to miss but they do have a big sign at the top of their building saying it’s the guesthouse. It pulls in right from the highway and the road to pull in somewhat small so it’s easy to miss. Parking is on a small plot of grass in front of the property and the highway. Host chatted us up for a while recommending things and even brought us to our door on the second floor. Place was spacious with 2 big bedrooms with 3 total queen beds. Appliances and bathroom needs some updating but for a 1 night stay it was worth it. It was just our stay in between getting from the east of PR to Rincon.

Amazing stay! This house was perfect—clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was super responsive and helpful. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful place to stay and definitely worth it! The view is beautiful although the beach directly in front doesn’t seem truly accessible. There are pretty private beaches very close by (literally a 3 minute drive). But the place is wonderful to stay and very comfortable. The terrace is a whole vibe. I can’t wait to book again soon!

Lopez was a great host. We experienced a country wide power outage while there. He immediately brought a generator and fans so that we could have lights at night and a cool atmosphere while sleeping.

The place was pretty much perfect except for the barking dogs, and the 7:30 am work being done on the unit above us. I would still highly recommend this place to anyone. It very clean and close to many things.

Our stay was wonderful. The kids loved the pool which was always really quiet despite it being shared, so they usually had it all to themselves. Private beach was great and location was perfect for exploring and dining. Leanne was very responsive when needed and the house was perfect for a small family of four.

Amazing place right on the ocean. What a place to sit and watch the water, drink coffee and be together. We would love to be back there today!

This is by far the best vacation I’ve had with my family. Francisco promised and delivered the BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE! Waking up every day to the ocean, delicious foods near by, house is perfect, no clutter, clan and spacious. Deck is so beautiful to watch sunset! We will definitely be back! I don’t want to leave!

We had a great stay! Ten of us easily fit, and had plenty of space. Vanesa was very helpful and was a great host. It was a relaxing vacation!

A Perfect Stay at Lala’s Place – We’ll Be Back! Our stay at Lala’s Place in Puerto Rico was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the ocean, and we could hear the soothing sound of the waves right from the front porch. The backyard was a true oasis, with lush landscaping and plenty of seating to unwind. What stood out the most was the attention to detail ---Raquel truly thought of everything. Anytime we needed something, it was already there! She was also incredibly responsive whenever we had a question, making our stay even more seamless. One day, the electricity went out (which is common in Puerto Rico), but thanks to the full-house generator, the power was restored instantly—a huge plus! We can’t recommend Lala’s Place enough and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Raquel, for an amazing stay!

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

I have been at Greg’s home prior. As usual, enjoyed our stay very much, so thankful for the details, amenities. We had everything we needed and MANY MANY extras. We Love this place, so close to beaches, great location. Would highly recommend and will surely come back.

The condo was beautifully decorated with amazing views from the balcony. The beach was pristine and almost private, with very few other people that passed us on our walks. The surf is always crashing on the shore making soothing sounds to relax too. Our host Michael was around doing work on other properties. He was very nice and helpful to give us recommendations or answer any questions.

Great deal for such a large place. Very close to the beach, but it’s a steep walk up the hill so we usually drove with all our gear. Very kid-friendly, lots of toys to play with. We used their camping chairs for the beach but two broke (just from rust and normal use) and they were very apologetic. Super responsive and quick: the washing machine was leaking and Maria’s husband came over right away. Although there were lots of stairs and we had an elderly relative with us, the stair railing is extremely sturdy so it wasn’t a problem for him.

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

Nuestra estadía estuvo perfecta 💯 Al llegar tuvimos una pequeña confusión con la llave para entrar al complejo pero rápidamente nos respondieron y resolvieron. El apartamento demasiado limpio, equipado, organizado y hermoso! El complejo como tal es perfecto para pasar unos días en familia y a la vez relajarse. Muy tranquilo, callado y organizado. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos, quedamos encantados con el lugar y la experiencia. ¡Agradecidos!

The place is amazing: very clean, easy to access and there a lot to do around. Herman is a great host: very welcoming and helpful. The beach is minutes away and the pool is pristine. Very worth the drive from San Juan.
