Espinho : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Si quieres desconectar y tener intimidad, este es el sitio! un lugar con bonitas vistas, tranquilidad y espacio, sobre todo si vas con perro! A la nuestra le encantó el jardín y pudo disfrutar estando suelta y sin peligro de escapar ya que está todo limitado. La casa tiene todo para que sea cómodo y no falta de nada! En el espacio hay dos casas: en la que te quedas tú que es la primera que ves nada mas entrar, y otra más grande enfrente, más cerca de la zona jardín -piscina, que está cerrada. Pero no compartes espacio con nadie más durante la estancia. Dentro del recinto hay bastante espacio para aparcar. Nosotros hicimos llegada y salida independiente, por las circunstancias, aunque normalmente hay alguien que te recibe. Pero la comunicación con Antonio fue buena en todo momento. Gracias!

A nossa estadia superou todas as expectativas!!! Desde a atenção do host ao detalhe, o conforto, a qualidade e a propia beleza do espaço. Foram uma série de experiências dentro de uma experiência! A piscina interior é um sonho!! O forno á lenha concretizou as nossas delícias, sentimo-nos em casa, com uma temperatura bastante agradável no interior. Os passeios na zona dos limoeiros são bastante agradáveis, com a surpresa dos póneis. Ser 200% petfriendly, sem qualquer tipo de limitação, foi o plus da estadía. Obrigada e até breve! We had such a peaceful stay at Manuel’s home. The owner was very helpful and responsive when we couldn’t remember how to use some of the appliances :). The home was spotless and was very thoughtfully prepared. We enjoyed the touches like books for reading, cozy blankets for lounging, jenga for the kids to play and robes for every person. Even adorable kid sized robes for the kids. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing as well. The home feels luxurious and cozy at the same time and is well situated for adventures to Porto and the surrounding area. We did day trips to Guimares, Porto, Lamego and Amarante. I would recommend this place and would absolutely stay again. Thank you Hugo for all your care and help during our stay. Cheers!

Casa preciosa, con mucho gusto en la decoración, las perras se lo pasaron en grande corriendo y jugando en el terreno, y mucha tranquilidad sabiendo que la parcela estaba totalmente vallada, si vuelvo a la zona repetiría sin duda, en cuanto a Marisa, se ha portado genial, dejándonos en la puerta naranjas y café, un saludo

We all really enjoyed our stay. The town house is in a very walkable part of the city and is surrounded by bakeries and restaurants. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. We loved the interior spaces!

Het is prachtig bij Diogo! Zeker de moeite waard als je een aangename, rustige vakantie wil. Super mooie omgeving waar je tot rust kan komen. Diogo is ook super lief! Als er een probleem is, helpt hij je direct. Als je een bericht stuurt, antwoordt hij direct. Hij is zelfs met ons naar de winkel gereden:)) Diogo is een man die we nooit zullen vergeten, ik kom zeker nog eens terug naar hier! Hij hecht veel belang aan zijn bezoekers en dit merk je ook. Ook de prijs was deze vakantie zeker waard. Ook een mooi uitzicht bij het zwembad! Super hard bedankt Diogo!!! We zullen je missen!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! The balcony (which also has somewhat of a ceiling, so you can use it even if it rains) is perfectly cosy, and the view is quite frankly stunning. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet, with everything needed at a walking distance. Getting down to the river only took approx 20 min, and there are lots of things to see and do in the area. Ani was a great host, always fast in responding and helping with our questions. She also accommodated us with a flexible check-in, meaning we could make the most of our stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a neat apartment, with good location and amazing views!

Le logement est fidèle aux photos, bien équipé : literie très confortable et terrasse appréciable pour prendre son café le matin et situé au calme. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Porto à pieds. Diana est de bon conseil.

Everything was PERFRCT! Beautiful spacious and well-designed loft in the heart of Porto, very close to the river and all the interesting places. Mariana is the best host, she was super responsive and helped us in everything. Would defiantly come again and recommend!

Susanna was a great host for our two nights in Porto. The apartment is lovely. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed for coffee and breakfast in the morning. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains, which helped our jet lag immensely. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, city center, and the river. Highly recommended, would stay again!!

This is my 2nd stay in this neighbourhood, and I feel even more strongly about how ideal it is relative to other areas. And Laurent's apartment is simply wonderful. It's somehow looks and feels better than the photos (it got an 'oh!' out of me when we walked in for the first time :)) The plants, decor, layout and amount of light feels open, relaxing and welcoming. There are more amenities than other places I've stayed in. Being one floor up also feels nicely removed from the bustle below, and it is so quiet. The bedroom looks small, but know that there is good storage in the wall unit. We also so appreciated Laurent being kind and responsive, such as letting us leave our luggage before check-in, or coming within minutes with a replacement for something that was something missing from the kitchen. I would stay here again , no question.

We have stayed in lots of Airbnbs and Roy’s place is definitely one of our favourites! A beautiful, big apartment that’s super clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax when you aren’t out sightseeing. The location is great, with everything you need nearby, including an excellent craft beer bar and bakery for morning pastries - both just next door. Roy was a welcoming and friendly host and offered lots of great local recommendations - including pizza at MUTI which we loved. He also let us leave our luggage at the chocolate shop when we checked out, which meant we could have an extra day exploring before an evening flight home. If you’re visiting Porto it’s the perfect place to stay. We were here five nights and could have happily stayed longer. Obrigado Roy!

We wanted a quiet place to set camp while walking away to see all of Porto. And we got it! The apartment is pretty clean and neat, you don't need much to feel cozy there. The bed was comfy to rest after a whole day of trusting and the shower felt divine!

We were a party of 8, from all over the world coming together for a special birthday and Ricardo’s place completely exceeded our expectations. Great spaces to be social but more than enough privacy for everyone. The photo of the balcony doesn’t do it justice as bigger than it looks AND great sunsets. The location couldn’t have been better. Less than 5 minutes walk to the river one side or to the historical centre the other. Ricardo was a perfect host. Always happy to reply to any questions. Can’t believe we found such a perfect property for our trip.

Great place for a large group. Cátia was very helpful and friendly, giving lots of local recommendations and allowing us to drop off our bags early. The apartment was nice and clean with all the amenities you could need and very comfortable beds.

Lovely apartment, spacious and well equipped. The river views from the balcony and all the main rooms were stunning. Luis was really helpful with lots of suggestions about eating places and sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again.

Le logement est impeccable et très propre et surtout très calme ce qui est agréable. Par ailleurs, il est très bien placé puisque le centre est accessible à pied et métro a proximité. Juliana a été très réactive et a l'écoute des que nous en avions besoin, et merci encore pour votre flexibilité sur nos demandes. Je recommande vivement de séjourner ici et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d'un prochain passage.

Comfortable apartment with all the basics plus a washer and dryer—much needed after 10 days of travel! Short walk to beach and metro stop. Lidl and Continente close by as well as many small markets. We enjoyed exploring Matosinhos and trying local restaurants and pastelarias. Some great little museums too. Fernando was a kind and patient host who made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this AirBnb stay.

Best location for visiting Porto with a stunning view of the city from the balcony. Easy walking distance to many sites and right on the tram route. Nice extra is the hop on off bus stop is very close by.

C’était un vrai plaisir de séjourner chez Daniel pendant un long week-end de 4 jours. Daniel est vraiment une personne adorable et il a fait tout ce qu’il pouvait pour rendre notre voyage agréable: il nous a conseillé des restos, une plage, une location de vélo, un atelier de céramique, il nous a expliqué comment rejoindre l’aéroport en métro…toujours disponible et super gentil. Il organise des tours en dehors de Porto aussi. L’appartement, très propre, est super bien situé, près de petits bars et restos, bus et métro. Petites remarques mais sans conséquences sur la qualité du lieu : La piscine n’est pas privée mais est accessible à plusieurs appartements. Le logement convient mieux à un couple car le lit du salon est moyennement confortable.
