Great place to stay! Very quiet and clean. Having a separate access to the unit is very convenient.

This was our second stay at Zachary's place - it was just as great as our first visit! Super cozy, great local food and safe neighborhood.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CoCo AirBnB. The location was clean, had all the amenities and was definitely worth the price. Coco was easy to communicate with. The only issue was initially it was quite hard to find but other than that, I will be staying again! Thank you for having me!

Great space right downtown in Chatham close to restaurants, the Capitol Theater, Turns and Tales and many thrift shops. The space was accurate to the photos and a great place to stay for a couple nights in Chatham. Downtown Chatham can get loud at night with car noise and people walking down the alley outside the bedroom window so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Had a wonderful stay here. They had a lovely garden with tons of space but also just a stone throws away from the city. Bree and Kevin were very friendly and helped with recommendations. Kevin greeted us on arrival and Bree checked in with us during our stay and in departure. The space was very unique, older home but clean and charming. We had more than enough room for the three of us (two adults and a teen). Thank you for having us and will keep this in mind next time we are visiting Detroit!

Great stay! Easy walk to nice restaurants and entertainment in Royal Oak, and a quiet spot next to parks and school.

I had an enjoyable stay at Helen's place. It was easy to find and conveniently located with a Walmart Super Store nearby. Check-in was quick with a numeric lock through a private entrance. There was a long stair case leading up to the apartment which I wasn't expecting. The unit was nice and clean with a private balcony overlooking the Sydenham River and situated right next to a bridge. I could hear a "river of cars' during rush hours which I soon got used to. The kitchen was brightly lit and well equipped with a large industrial size sink. There were two seatings to choose from for meals, between a more traditional dining table and a higher table with bar chairs. The bedroom was spacious. Despite the lack of a closet, the host was thoughtful with providing a coat rack with hangers. Helen was accommodating with my request for relatively scent free linens since I am sensitive to the scent of most laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Thank you Helen!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Ron, who lives in the house above, is very friendly and accommodating. He let us have access to a second bathroom upstairs and even loaned my husband his ski gloves. He is a super host!

Great place, great area, Great host, great value!!! I highly recommend Sam's place. We'll be staying again for sure!!

We loved this place. Perfect location for fishing the Detroit River. Kal is an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

The house was modern with good appliances and very clean. A great place as a home base to work out of town. Eli was great to deal with. Would recommend highly!

5 stars. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Air conditioning is quiet and works great. Check in and check out easy. Host was responsive throughout our trip. It is a little noisy due to upstairs guests.

The house was great. She had so much extra linens and blankets! The house felt warm and cozy. The deck looked great but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy it.

We loved our stay we felt right at home. The host was great with communication and made sure we didn’t have any questions. The property was lovely and clean. We only found long pet hair around the house from a booker before us but besides that every thing was great. We dom recommend booking with this property it was worth every dollar.

Austin was really responsive when I had questions. Overall, the place was great and exactly as he described. Good value for the location. Plenty of space but on a quiet street.

Alejandro made the entire process go as smoothly as it could. He quickly accepted our reservation request and gave clear instructions on parking and access to the building. He followed up once or twice throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well but did not spam and allowed us to enjoy our time at this home. Overall, we would stay again!

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

Ian's place was perfect for my stay. It was close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store was steps away. Very convenient.

My partner (and in-laws) flew in for a family event and he was super excited when he saw this place was available. We stayed here once before and had a very positive experience. Once he saw the space was available for our dates, he immediately stopped searching the listings and asked me to book it. Our stay was very positive again and my in-laws enjoyed the space. It was clean and had everything we needed. Check out is simple; they don’t require you to do the cleaning for them. We are very happy to have stayed here a second time and will definitely look for a third.

Our host was amazing, and the place was perfect for me and my girlfriend. We had a great time staying there, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips.
