We absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. Even though Karen was out of the country, she was incredibly communicative and her husband was very easy to get in touch with as well. Any questions that we had were answered, the house was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home. They had also set out different brochures of things to do and had some supplies for us that we might need. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house and host. The hill to the house will test your calves...but the house was better than described.

Everything was great about this apartment. Very well-kept, thoughtful touches, and even more spacious than the photos convey. The view was incredible and it was great to have the park right across the street. Craig and Julia were friendly and super quick to respond. We definitely plan to return!

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

Great place! Clean, easy check in, and a quick 5 minute walk to the subway that goes right into the city. We loved it here!

Wonderful apartment with homey and beautiful details

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

The stay was a lovely combination between relaxing and adventurous. My son thoroughly enjoyed a successful hunt for sea glass, while my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the view in between adventures. Totally zen.

Lovely location across from the beautiful beach. Home is comfortable with multiple seating areas. Very clean, organized and user friendly home. Kitchen very well stocked with all you could need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Easy walk to pavilion with multiple food options. Enjoyed a lovely meal at Seaglass. Joe’s place was perfect for a quick getaway to New England with some friends. It is well furnished and the location was fantastic! We were able to easily walk to town or the beach.

After a very hectic week I was looking forward to this getaway weekend. Normally I’m a bit more engaged with my hosts so I want to apologize for initially not saying more than “Great! Thanks!” during the check in process. Erin made the process very easy and my friend and I were settled in quickly. As someone who loves to cook and quality home theater the spacious fully stocked kitchen and Dolby Atmos surround sound was more than I could have ever wanted. Thank you Erin. Can’t wait till next time.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Kim was very responsive. I was not able to see the August lock link to get in, but she was able to assist with that. We had an issue with the heat the first night and she got right on getting a plumber and had space heaters in the unit to get us through the first night. She also refunded some money for that first night's troubles, which was really appreciated. Easy walk to the beach and we got lucky and had a decent day in March to walk it a little. Thanks for sharing your space.

We had a fantastic time at this home! My friends and I had an easy check in, the home was open and spacious, and we enjoyed our time there immensely! It's a shame the neighbors have junk all over their yards- it sort of throws off the views, but that's nothing they can help. We absolutely would book here again!

Beautiful, historic, and clean home on a lovely street. Quick walk to the ocean, downtown Rockport, farmstand across the street. Kevin was very accommodating and easy to reach.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

I stayed here for about 4 months and enjoyed every second of it. The place is old but is well put together and charming. Should you stay as long as I did, I would warn you that the walls are very thin and the floors are old.

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.

Bryan's condo was everything he described and like the other reviews about the Samuel Tucker House noted, it was a pleasure to stay at from start to finish. We really enjoyed a great weekend visiting local sites and eating out at the local restaurants in the old town section of Marblehead. Despite some cold wet weather we had a great time. One especially nice amenity was the on premise and immediately adjacent parking spot.

A fantastic way to spend a long fall weekend in Massachusetts. The apartment was cozy and convenient, and we loved exploring Rockport. Top tip: eat at Roy Moore’s. A lot.

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Check in and check out were easy. Joanne was easy to reach and quick to respond. Place is in a beautiful location with so many places to eat within walking distance and Hampton Beach 8 minute drive. Joanne’s place was so clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again!
