This was the perfect place for our week in Boston! The location was fantastic—easy access to the Green T, so we parked our car and never had to move it all week. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, making for a relaxing stay. The layout was great for our group of four, with two full bathrooms and bedrooms providing plenty of space. The dining room and kitchen suited our needs perfectly, and the comfortable couch was a great spot to unwind after long days exploring the city. Having access to a washer and dryer was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Jessica's beautiful place! It was so nice and cozy, and the fishpond/fountain out back is so peaceful and relaxing. Jessica was a wonderful host. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to visit again!

Excellent location, spotless, responsive hosts, and best of all NO CHECKOUT RESPONSIBILITIES! Finally a place with a reasonable check-out time of NOON and we didn’t have to spend hours in the run-up to our departure doing anything more than chores that we would choose to do as considerate guests who value other people’s space, the hosts requested nothing more than we make sure the stove was off. Homapart was very responsive and even went the extra mile to return my mis-placed airpods. TEN STARS.

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!

Great stay in Salem at Eric’s place! We needed a place to attend a wedding and other festivities and Eric’s place was perfect. It was super, super clean and exactly as described!

I took my wife to Salem for her 40th birthday and Alex's place stood out when I was looking for a place to stay. Her room had all of the amenities we were looking for and was conveniently located in downtown Salem. Alex was very responsive and helped us find fun things to do during our trip. Highly recommended.

Took the whole family here for a winter weekend to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday. The waterfront views were great. The 2 floors allowed us to separate our 1 year old grand daughter from the rest of us (so we could sleep all night!). It was clean, easily large enough for 6 1/2 of us. Only 5-10 min from downtown Newburyport with all its shops and restaurants. Nice kitchen, place was spotless. Frankie stopped by for a few minutes to make sure we were settled in. Took one walk on the beach (it was 20F with wind!). This would be outstanding in better weather. Walked to the "whale skeleton", a wood sculpture that looks like a whale at a distance. We would gladly come again! Thanks for sharing it with us.

This place was perfect when visiting Salem. Right on Essex Street which is the main hub in Salem. You have a beautiful view of the Witch House from every window. We had an amazing stay. We could walk to everything and couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Somerville home was really great. Both hosts were lovely and responsive the entire time, and the home was very nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and was spotless. All three bedrooms had the comfiest beds, and don't even get me started on the chair in bedroom C. I could have slept in just that. So incredibly soft. The house was full of charm, and provided a really nice location. Whether you're looking for a home to see the city, or a place to get some work done, you'll find a lovely home with great hosting.

After staying, we agreed this was an excellent choice that matched the description and exceeded expectations for cleanliness and quality of furnishing, etc. While the place is in excellent shape, we did have an outlet in the kitchen fail. Things happen. Quinn jumped on it immediately, ensured that the work would happen while we were out for the day, and otherwise made it "not our problem". Overall, would stay there again.

Mary’s apartment was just what we were looking for in an Airbnb! Clean, comfortable, and a close walk to the T. Mary was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Absolutely recommend it to others visiting the Boston area 👍🏻

This was a wonderful stay. Host was responsive when we needed something but never invasive. Location was a short 5 minute drive from town - close enough to be an easy trip but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. Would stay again.

We were four friends and Ana’s place was perfect for us. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had plenty of space. We were in town to attend an event at TD Garden, and it was very easy to get into Boston. The green line T was about 15 minutes walk. The condo is on a quiet street and having a parking space in the driveway was great since we had a car. Ana was extremely responsive, answering every text and call immediately. She arranged for us to be able to drop off our luggage early, and she provided us with her favorite restaurant recommendations for the area. I would happily stay here again on future visits to Boston. Thank you, Ana!

Gary provided an amazing experience during our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to main attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gary was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel right at home. Small touches like a welcoming Thanksgiving card and chocolates really stood out. Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

Great spot in Newburyport, especially for those traveling with young children! Our two year old daughter LOVED all the toys and our 4 month old was easy to care for with a crib in our room and a recliner chair in the living room for feeds. Daughter also loved “my small kitchen” setup in “mommy and daddy’s big kitchen”.

The condo was super cute and way more spacious than I expected it to be. It was a super quick and easy walk to get to the downtown area. As long as you don't mind some stairs then it's a great spot in Salem.

A beautiful space for us to spend NYE! Brian’s place was exactly as described. When we had some questions regarding the overnight parking pass Brian answered within minutes! Home was clean and the kitchen was filled with so many necessities that we greatly appreciated! The closet in the far back bedroom was a perfect spot for our one year old’s travel crib while we all hung out in the living room at the front of the house (stellar layout!) Upgraded grey pullout couch was so comfy as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
