Elisa is a great host and gave us extra stuff when we asked for it and even when we didn’t. The place was cozy and the tv was hooked up to her streaming services that we could use. There was a hot tub we could use but didn’t get a chance to. There was kitchen amenities for us to use and plenty of extra stuff for us to use like rags toilet paper and sugar but we had to use the small bathroom sink to wash things and no sponge to use. Also the cabinets and couch were very dusty when we arrived needed to be wiped down. Some stains on our blanket but other then that everything was great and would stay again if in town!

We rent a house on PI every year and this house was perfect for us. We could walk to the basin with our SUP’s, easy walk to beach and stores and ice cream! We loved the double outdoor shower option for the kids after a long sandy day at the beach and they supplied all the beach toys, umbrellas and chairs! The rooftop deck was our favorite part we watched the sunset every night. We would rent this house again if the dates line up!

I had a fantastic stay at this property. It was incredibly convenient for me, and the spacious parking area was a huge plus. The check-in process was smooth and well-communicated. On the day of my arrival, there was a high wind advisory, but the host went out of their way to wait for me and ensure everything was ready, which I greatly appreciated. The house itself was very warm and cozy, and all the appliances were in excellent condition. The overall experience left a very positive impression on me. The host has truly gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Without a doubt, I will stay here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Great spot within walking distance of downtown Winchester and the trails of the Kells. Very charming old house, comfy beds, pristine bathroom with jacuzzi tub. We never saw our host. Stairs to the suite are very steep - not recommended for anyone with balance/mobility issues.

I really appreciate Flavia’s accomodation for a large group of guests. There was enough room and comfort for everyone. Easy clean up instructions despite cleaning anywhere we go. Kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Everything was as advertised so we didn’t really need to ask for much but Flavia was openly communicative. Would book again in future and suggest the stay for larger groups!

Kate's house in Gloucester is an ideal place to experience one of the best beaches on the North Shore. Kate's home accommodated the eight of us very comfortably; the proximity to the beach was second to none and Kate and Michelle's response to a couple of minor issues we had was expeditious and friendly. There aren't enough superlatives I could use to recommend Kate's place.

Kathy was very welcoming, and I felt at home staying there. The area was very safe and easy to get to different restaurants and resources. Kathy goes out of her way to help with anything needed. If you have a car, parking is available and she will communication where you can park. The place is peaceful and a very safe neighborhood. Thank you Kathy for opening your home.
