I’ve stayed at Karen’s Airbnb multiple times while traveling for work, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Karen is a great host—she’s quick to respond to messages and makes sure everything is just right. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it perfect for both work trips and relaxing stays. I always look forward to returning and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

After a very hectic week I was looking forward to this getaway weekend. Normally I’m a bit more engaged with my hosts so I want to apologize for initially not saying more than “Great! Thanks!” during the check in process. Erin made the process very easy and my friend and I were settled in quickly. As someone who loves to cook and quality home theater the spacious fully stocked kitchen and Dolby Atmos surround sound was more than I could have ever wanted. Thank you Erin. Can’t wait till next time.

Had everything you needed to sleep, cook and stay while visiting family.

This was a best of all worlds for a family birthday celebration. The property was big enough to be comfortable, with outdoor seating to allow us to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. We could gather around the counter in the kitchen, in the living room area and had the option (which we did not use) for a family style dinner in the dining area. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Instructions for entry and use of kitchen and tv were very helpful and specific (not all newer tech is intuitive, and this was well anticipated by our hosts). The location is close to Salem for a daytime Halloween visit and the option to walk around Marblehead during the evening trick or treat activities, finishing with a walk from the house to an elevated harbor point to watch the closing festivities in Salem across the way. We all were completely impressed with the property and the location and would look to stay there again.

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

Heather was a great host who was quick to respond with any questions. The house was spacious and clean. Near plenty of good places to eat but secluded enough for peaceful evenings. Would stay again if vacationing in or around Gloucester.

Great house and host. The hill to the house will test your calves...but the house was better than described.

Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Lisa’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy , and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Boston , making it easy to explore. Lisa even went above and beyond providing snacks, baby essentials. The space itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

The space was clean, quiet, and spacious, and Tina was kind enough to even provide some ready-meals like and mac and cheese and ramen. The space isn’t fancy, but it gets the job done, and it’s walkable to downtown Salem. My only real critique is that a table in the kitchen — even a tiny one — would have been immensely appreciated.

Such a gem. Isabel's place was very clean and cozy. Location is wonderful..we used the T for the majority of our trip. We also enjoyed the Columbian restaurant on the corner...they had delicious baked goods. We hope to visit Boston again and will book with Isabel.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

My little group had a wonderful stay at Tristan’s property. The space was well maintained and comfortable, and it was close to the attractions we wanted to see. Tristan was a great communicator - proactive and very responsive. Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at Darryl's place in Gloucester. The apartment was bigger than we expected, spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location was awesome-- right at one end of Main Street, which had lots of great shops and restaurants to explore, and walkable to the beach (even for my young children, as long as we stopped for snacks and browsing along the way). Highly recommend!

Kelly was an excellent host. My friend and I were visiting friends in Salem. The house was perfect for our needs in a quiet neighbourhood. We had everything we needed. Clean and Quiet I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

An amazing beachfront getaway! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets from the patio was a dream. The host was responsive and made everything seamless. Perfect for a relaxing stay—can’t wait to come back!

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.
