Everything was great about this apartment. Very well-kept, thoughtful touches, and even more spacious than the photos convey. The view was incredible and it was great to have the park right across the street. Craig and Julia were friendly and super quick to respond. We definitely plan to return!

Perfect stay for family members who didn't fit in our house for the holidays! Walkable to town and close to all the North Shore has to offer.

I cannot express enough how amazing our stay at the Dowager Countess was. Even though we arrived late due to travel delays, Margaret was kind enough to check in on us and promptly responded when we had trouble accessing the rental (entirely our oversight). The Garett was impeccable and we immediately felt at home. Everything was immaculately clean, and the space was inviting. The thought and care that went into making the suite accessible were evident and greatly appreciated. The Dowager Countess is ideally located, offering easy walking access to everything we wanted to explore in Salem. Margaret and Richard provided thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and sites. We followed many of their suggestions and were thrilled with each experience. Our visit was more than just a stay; it was a cherished experience for our family. We are so grateful for the hospitality and for making our trip unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

This was my second stay in one of Michael's places. Enjoyed both times and would definitely come back. It's starting to feel like my home away from home 😊

We stayed here for my mother’s 70th birthday weekend. The space was warm, comfortable and allowed for many friends to gather and celebrate. The kitchen was very well equipped with essentials and everything was appropriately labeled.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish and we loved every minute of our stay. Karl is a considerate attentive host and his apartment is beautifully appointed, pristinely clean, tastefully furnished, perfectly equipped with quality appliances, utensils and products, homely and extremely comfortable. The garden area is a bonus and a joy to sit in and relax. The neighborhood is safe and clean with a great local vibe, a fabulous food store, lots of eating places and the Red Line within a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The sidewalk from Davis T Station to Cedar Street is a bit uneven in places which I found challenging when wheeling 2 large suitcases so unless you are luggage light I recommend taking a taxi to and from the airport. Karl's place is superb and provides everything we look for on our urban holidays including easy access to downtown and a peaceful retreat from the city hustle at the end of the day. Walking in we were greeted with a fresh clean smell. The Airbnb was equipped with everything needed. We wanted to book again but the dates were already booked. We will be staying again, sometime in the near future. Alex was great in responding to any questions we had. Our visit was enhanced by staying at this place.

Jeff’s place was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay, the view was excellent. The house has everything you need. We would definitely recommend a great place by the beach, lots of walking areas in Ipswich.

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

We rented both apartments for a multigenerational family get together. Everyone found something they loved-walking to the beach, biking to Parker River refuge for hiking/birding, loads of restaurants and shopping nearby. Glorious sunsets!

This was a best of all worlds for a family birthday celebration. The property was big enough to be comfortable, with outdoor seating to allow us to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. We could gather around the counter in the kitchen, in the living room area and had the option (which we did not use) for a family style dinner in the dining area. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Instructions for entry and use of kitchen and tv were very helpful and specific (not all newer tech is intuitive, and this was well anticipated by our hosts). The location is close to Salem for a daytime Halloween visit and the option to walk around Marblehead during the evening trick or treat activities, finishing with a walk from the house to an elevated harbor point to watch the closing festivities in Salem across the way. We all were completely impressed with the property and the location and would look to stay there again.

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in diesem wunderschönen und gemütlichen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen, alles war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles, was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigten. Das Haus steht in einer Einfamilienhausgegend und es war sehr ruhig. Der Garten hinterm Haus könnte ein bisschen Zuwendung gebrauchen, aber da das Wetter nicht danach war und wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat es uns nicht gestört. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften.

Barry’s home was perfect for my family of 5. My two boys (6 and 4) had so much fun playing board games and the basket ball hoop downstairs. Everything we could ever need was available. Perfect distance from Boston and Salem MA as well as Nashua NH. Hosts were responsive and allowed us to check in late which we appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Elton’s place and location. Easy access to the train station and walking distance to downtown Salem!!

Virginia was an excellent host, and so accommodating! She did everything she could to get us in earlier to the Airbnb after our red-eye flight. So responsive and kind, couldn’t recommend her place more!

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

Excellent location, spotless, responsive hosts, and best of all NO CHECKOUT RESPONSIBILITIES! Finally a place with a reasonable check-out time of NOON and we didn’t have to spend hours in the run-up to our departure doing anything more than chores that we would choose to do as considerate guests who value other people’s space, the hosts requested nothing more than we make sure the stove was off. Homapart was very responsive and even went the extra mile to return my mis-placed airpods. TEN STARS.

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!

I took my wife to Salem for her 40th birthday and Alex's place stood out when I was looking for a place to stay. Her room had all of the amenities we were looking for and was conveniently located in downtown Salem. Alex was very responsive and helped us find fun things to do during our trip. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Krishna's property for 4 nights. First of all, the house was squeaky clean when we got there. Instructions were made clear and the house was easy to find. It was very roomy with enough space to host our entire party. There are also enough utensils for a big group if you're interested in cooking. The complimentary tea and hot drink station is something we enjoyed too. The host was responsive and quickly answered all our questions, which was helpful. The entire neighborhood is calm and nice to be in as well. The outdoor deck area was very nice to hang out at even in the chilly Boston weather. If you're looking for a place for a relatively large group, this is it. All in all , we had a great stay and would do it again.
