Stayed here for a month long outage and it was great! Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever up this way again!

Marina’s place is modern and well-furnished, with a cozy atmosphere. It’s very clean, and Marina is thoughtful in providing many essentials. A comfortable place to stay! Marina is very responsive and readily available to answer any questions during your stay.

Beautiful place with amazing views! Located perfectly between Salem and Boston. Super easy to get to. Edward was an amazing host and super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great. We were visiting our children attending a local college for Thanksgiving. The place was roomy enough for us and the layout was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare and enjoy a holiday meal together. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Instructions were provided in advance and were easy to read and follow. There were plenty of stores, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend.

The space was clean, quiet, and spacious, and Tina was kind enough to even provide some ready-meals like and mac and cheese and ramen. The space isn’t fancy, but it gets the job done, and it’s walkable to downtown Salem. My only real critique is that a table in the kitchen — even a tiny one — would have been immensely appreciated.

We would stay again. We had two teenagers and easily walked to the T. The Stop and Shop nearby had all the essentials for meals in if needed. The Orange Line will take you to all the historic sites. We bought the 7day unlimited pass and our children went through the gate with each parent. The Air B&B is extremely clean and had all the needed items. Even toilet paper and paper towels. The Keurig worked great too! We would stay again.

We have had a lot of luck with AirBnB, but Valeri's place was the best so far. Literally across the street from beach access. A great restaurant next door with several others in easy walking distance. Minutes from Salem and Marblehead. The rental was fantastic. You could and picture it as being what you would want in a seaside vacation getaway or second home. Everything was clean, stocked, and organized. Beds were comfortable, and it was just a really all around relaxing environment. Loved the decor! Valeri was very nice and gave great local recommendations. I don't check to see if she's a "super" host, but she's number one for me. Loved our weekend getaway and would absolutely book again.

We stayed here for a week, and fell in love with it! The house has so much charm and character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and want to stay there again. It was within walking distance to many places, including a beach. A definite charm in Beverly! The host was amazing! She was very responsive to our questions, and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything, which I appreciated. You are missing out if you don’t stay here!

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

After a very hectic week I was looking forward to this getaway weekend. Normally I’m a bit more engaged with my hosts so I want to apologize for initially not saying more than “Great! Thanks!” during the check in process. Erin made the process very easy and my friend and I were settled in quickly. As someone who loves to cook and quality home theater the spacious fully stocked kitchen and Dolby Atmos surround sound was more than I could have ever wanted. Thank you Erin. Can’t wait till next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful cottage in a beautiful seaside town. House was very comfortable and clean. The whole town is walkable so you can easily get to restaurants, coffee, groceries etc. Having 2 joined suites worked wonderfully so that our teenagers could have their own space while still being connected to us. Our family had a wonderful time!

This a perfect house for groups of people to stay and still have your own space! Absolutely loved the kitchen/dining room as it was big enough for all of us to cook dinner and hangout after work! Very close to great restaurants and shops! The host was wonderful and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Gelegen in einem ruhigeren Teil von Boston, mit guten Anbindungen an den öffentlich Verkehr (Bus und Bahn) von Boston. In kurzer Distanz auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Walmart 10-15 Autominuten) und gute Restaurants. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen bequemen Aufenthalt in Boston benötigt. Man kann sogar gemütliche Spielabende oder Fernsehabende im Wohnzimmer verbringen. Kommunikation und einchecken war super.

We were in the area for a family wedding. The house was easy to find and parking was plentiful. There was a lot of ice by the backdoor, which was where we were to enter. When I expressed concern to Dev, he replied quickly and gave us access via a different door. (The ice was a product of snow; pouring rain; dropping temperatures and wind- all within 24hr!) The house had enough linens; dishes; and sundries for our stay. Also, it was very clean.Our family relaxed and comfortably visited most of the weekend at Dev’s house. We all enjoyed spending time there!

Our stay at the Somerville home was really great. Both hosts were lovely and responsive the entire time, and the home was very nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and was spotless. All three bedrooms had the comfiest beds, and don't even get me started on the chair in bedroom C. I could have slept in just that. So incredibly soft. The house was full of charm, and provided a really nice location. Whether you're looking for a home to see the city, or a place to get some work done, you'll find a lovely home with great hosting.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

This was a wonderful stay. Host was responsive when we needed something but never invasive. Location was a short 5 minute drive from town - close enough to be an easy trip but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. Would stay again.

Solid, clean AirBNB. Tristan reached out ahead of time with an issue that came up from the prior rental that he was not going to have time to fix, which was not an issue at all during our stay, and we appreciated the communication. Good location right near downtown, everything within a 5-15 minute walk. Side note, the TV is huge! I would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our week in Boston! The location was fantastic—easy access to the Green T, so we parked our car and never had to move it all week. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, making for a relaxing stay. The layout was great for our group of four, with two full bathrooms and bedrooms providing plenty of space. The dining room and kitchen suited our needs perfectly, and the comfortable couch was a great spot to unwind after long days exploring the city. Having access to a washer and dryer was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Brian’s place was proximate to everything we could’ve possibly needed for our post-Christmas New England trip to visit family. The home was clean, tidy, and well-stocked with the essentials. The layout made it feel spacious, which is great when traveling with our 3-year-old, and Brian’s local recommendations were spot on. Would absolutely stay again.

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.
