This private apartment on the third floor of a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood is a work of art. Really wonderful. Nothing missing. Perfectly clean and comfortable and less than a ten minute walk to Bay Street Station and the train to NYC. You take the MSU train from Penn Station to get there. If you are coming from far away this is the place for you.

Clean, newly renovated, and easily accessible. Stayed here with my family for Spring Break. We all felt right at home. It was a safe area for me and my family no matter what time we returned we felt safe. The hostess was responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend and will return. Thanks for keeping us safe!!

Our stay at Shauns was great! Quick 5 min walk to the Broad St train station and from there a 20 minute train ride to NY. Felt safe walking around even at night. Noise was minimal, if any, from neighbors. If you're sensitive to road noise and sirens I'd recommend bringing a white noise machine. If you plan to do laundry throw in a couple pods in your luggage. There's a Walmart Superstore nearby for delivered groceries and necessities. The comfort level and space was great. The shower was very poor. The pull knob to turn from bath to shower is not working properly so the water pressure is horrible. I also had to do some minor cleaning upon arrival. Something was splattered on the bathroom door and the wall where light switch is was very dirty. But other than that it was a great stay.

Montclair is very charming with a lot to do. We came for a wedding in town, but were very pleased with the number of cute restaurants, bars, shops to check out over a couple days. Lisa's space is also very charming and cozy. Great location, easy to walk to different parts of town. Lisa was easy to communicate with. When we had an issue with the heat she addressed it quickly.

Great place. William was very informative and helpful throughout the stay. I would recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Pradeeps place, and the location was great. Next time I visit NJ/NYC will defenetely book Pradeeps place.

We will definitely be returning. Very nice place, very clean (I am a cleaning business owner lol it's very clean). The host was also very responsive and friendly. And the beds were very comfortable.

The place is clean and perfect for couples or family big kitchen big living room laundry room right at the building and the best part is private parking, thank you Kemal for being so friendly and helpful with all local recommendations will definitely come back and recommend your place to whoever visiting NJ .

Beautiful well designed apartment,very spacious and we felt at home.Everything we required was within walking distance that is many restaurants,access to the Penn Station,bus right round the corner from the house,places to shop.Location is quiet and convenient for everything.I highly recommend this place to all!

Very nice place in a quiet, green neighborhood. We had a slight glitch with a lock sticking; the owner had the super come the next day and got it fixed. Everything else went very smoothly. The place was clean and quiet.

My wife and I recently stayed at this space to celebrate our anniversary and we loved it very much. Very private peaceful and the host was super friendly and even welcomed us with an anniversary wine!. So kind and thoughtful and was the first for me! Would definitely book again and highly recommended for sure!

We had a peaceful stay. Tristin was very responsive to our queries. Private parking and Jacuzzi stood out in this listing, we loved them. There were some loud elevator/drilling sounds in the night- not as disturbing, but caught us by surprise the first day we checked in.

This home is beautiful! Its very spacious and spot clean. Came here to stay for a work trip and words can describe how convenient and closed to all your needs. I could almost say this feels like home since everything is new and cozy. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who decides to come to newark to stay.

A wonderful place to stay. 20 minutes to Newark. Lovely quiet neighborhood. I loved the free parking in the back of the house. If you are a fan of hot showers this is the place! It's a very cozy spot. Roy, Dijina and Nidia are awesome hosts. Thank you so much.

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.
