I had an amazing stay with my family at this house in Newark! The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It was everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional, always responsive and very accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even offering helpful local recommendations. One of the best things was how easy it was to get to New York. The bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride into the city was quick and convenient. It made exploring Manhattan a breeze without the hassle of driving or parking. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with a fantastic host!

Simple amazing, if you are a bigger group and need beds for everyone then this is your spot, the house is clean and there was different coffee pods, snacks, teas, and some breakfast items were left for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

Jackie was very helpful and responsive. Her house was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the park nearby and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely come back.

Nice place to stay if you’re looking for good value in close proximity to NYC. People complaining about the neighborhood should know although it’s not pretty, it’s probably the safest area of Newark. And let’s be honest, if you’re staying here, you’re probably visiting NYC so you just need a comfy clean place to sleep. This apartment provided all of that with lots of room. Basics like coffee were appreciated for the morning after getting in so late. Great communication from the host regarding anything we needed.

Absolutely the very best and beautiful home yet. It’s hard to find a great place to stay when you love your home. This home and host were above and beyond anywhere and anyone I have to had the pleasure to experience on Airbnb.

I loved this home. I had a family gathering here for my birthday and we all loved it. The only issue we had was the ceiling leaking when you used the shower upstairs. other than that the house was everything that we had in mind. The backyard was our favorite place to hang out at the end of every day. if the weather was nicer we would’ve been out there all day.

I had a great experience with this stay. Alicia was a wonderful and friendly host. She communicated with us every step of the way. Her house was cozy and spotless. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was a great experience. Sharon’s place is quiet, comfortable, and extremely well outfitted—kitchen was fully stocked and there were many thoughtful touches throughout the unit. Bedroom is huge and beautiful! Parking was a breeze and I enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and nearby park. Close to an abundance of restaurants and shops in Bloomfield and Montclair. Highly recommend!

Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment, the location and the cleanliness for what we paid. The only disappointment was the fact that it is a sub-basement apartment with very little natural light coming in. This was not clear to us at the time of booking. AB Marketing were. very responsive to the requests and. delivery of additional pillows and towels. On street parking could be an issue if staying during week days as much of the local parking requires a residential permit. The off street driveway at the apartment was constantly occupied. The points I raise above are only minor issues for us and did not detract from our time there. We would definitely stay there again or at any other property AB Marketing operate.

The place was nice! Next to plenty of convience stores, bus stops, and not far from the Newark Penn Station. Area was very nice and peaceful I would book again!

Alex was an outstanding host. He allowed us to check in early as we arrived in the area earlier than expected. We had a few issues with the heat, either too hot or not enough, and he was UNBELIEVABLE as to how responsive he was, sending his neighbor over to help, was even going to have space heaters delivered if needed. He had a technician there in no time. He was SO responsive and everything an AirBnB host should be. He responded to all communications quickly. In addition, the location is so great. Great for dogs with a large dog park just a short drive away which my dogs loved. Lots of restaurants to walk or a short drive and a couple of grocery stores real close. If I even need to come back to Montclair I will definitely stay at Alex's place again.

Joe’s place is great! I was in town for a Work and to catch up with family. This location was perfect! The unit is in a secured new building. The actual unit was spacious and I felt extremely comfortable. Joe was super responsive and very helpful. Will definitely book again!

My family and I stayed at Ron’s house while we were getting work done on our own. I originally found this house because I was looking for somewhere big enough for us, but also close by to my kids’ schools. I was immediately impressed with how clean and beautiful it looked, and how responsive Ron was to every single question that I had. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Awesome stay. Everything was smooth and Dilenia was super responsive. Tons of great food spots around and close enough to walk to most of them. The place was clean and tidy and was perfect for my misses and I. Will certainly stay there again when I am back in NJ.
