Great place to stay, we travelled into NYC most days of our stay and was incredibly easy. As described, train station is 5 min walk away and 2 stops into NY Penn. Clean, quiet and safe location. Easy instructions to get in and allowed us late check out, no problem at all.

We stayed here for 2 days while visiting Jersey and NYC and it was the perfect little home away from home. We were a little weary of the neighborhood, but everything was protected by a password and was super easy to navigate. Garth was also very responsive and incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to to have a comfortable place you stay on a vacation trip. I will be coming back to the city again in November and will 100% be looking at this place before anything else!

Emily's place was perfect for a NYC visit! The house is very comfortable and spacious and well appointed. It is easy to walk to Main Street and to the grocery store. The NJ transit is also walking distance away. We visited family in Short Hills for the Holidays and it made our trip easy and enjoyable.

We had a great time in this space. Just like described. Felt like home. We would definitely stay here again.

I was looking for something with enough rooms, and this house was great . With also 3 great bathrooms and came with a lot of other useful stuff. It was great for my trip because it was close to the American dream mall, which is where I spent most of my trip with my family! & we had a great host that helped with any questions

Our 3 week stay with Judy went as smoothly as we could possibly have hoped. Judy is an excellent host and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was simple and we had everything we needed for a great stay. The space and location were both perfect for our needs. We look forward to staying with Judy again in the future!

We were a family of 5 and Jai's property was the ideal place for our week long stay. The property is well maintained and we had all the amenities that we needed which was also listed on the property. The kids really enjoyed the house, especially the game room in the attic. We would love to come back

Danielle was so helpful our entire stay! She gave recommendations and clear instructions! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We came for a wedding, and we felt right at home! The house was so close to the venue. When we needed a quick cleaning, Danielle was sure to send the cleaners right away! We really appreciate Danielle’s time , and her allowing us to stay. Next time we come back to New Jersey, I’ll be sure to reach out !

Great place

I originally planned to come to NY in October 2024, however being a nurse practitioner in Florida I was placed on A team and had to stay in the hospital on the same week as my original trip. I messaged Francesca and we were able to reschedule for this weekend. I am so grateful for her understanding and willingness to be flexible and accommodating. This was such a perfect stay. The place is easy drive or train into the city. Francesca is. Great host and my family had plenty of room and felt comfortable. Tops Diner ~10 mins away became our favorite find! 10/10 recommend this gem! We will be back!

We stay here every time we go to New Jersey or New York. We love this property and the Host! Highly Recommended for large groups.

This is the second time my parents have stayed at this Airbnb and they really like it. Our host is always friendly and communicative, we appreciate her tips, and of course the apartment is wonderful.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr neuwertig und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Fußläufig kann man in 10 Minuten die Newark Penn Station erreichen von der man direkt nach Mannhattan an das World Trade Center gelangen kann. Auch sind in der direkten Umgebung zwei Sebra's Markets in denen man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Sara hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sie hat proaktiv nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist oder sie uns bei irgendetwas behilflich sein kann. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!! Vielen Dank Sara, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften!!

bella casa in stile anni 80 spaziosa e con tutto il necessario. Sergio gentilissimo ci ha fatto trovare acqua prodotti per il bagno e per pulire, 2 mele dei wafer tutte le spezie olio sale pepe ecc. delle ciambelle e altro cibo. asciugamani puliti. fuori ha fatto -17 una notte e non abbiamo mai avuto freddo la casa e ben riscaldata anche se ho notato che il termo in camera da letto non funzionava ma il calore non manca comunque. la prima sera si è rotto il phon e l'abbiamo fatto presente a Sergio e il giorno dopo ci ha fatto trovare un phon nuovo... molto gentile e disponibile, consigliatissimo!!.

It is really a very nice and secured place. The host is also very nice and approachable. The house is spacious and well taken cared of. The only challenge I’ve experienced was the dust, I have level 4 allergy with dust and I normally wake up with a very bad sinusitis, by the way we are a big group so I slept in the SOFA bed I did vacuumed it but it is not enough, I guess the aircon/heater should have some cleaning already. Other than that everything else is perfect, it is very modern and the place is also walkable from the train station, the bus literally stops in the street corner which is also very awesome. A lot of food chain are in the area plus grocery store and diner. Even there is dust I will choose to come back here again because I know David listens to feedback and the place is also socmed worthy! Thank you David :)

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

Michael was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful! Also, the space itself was fantastic. Had such a great stay at his place, very clean, well stocked and so close to everything.

We had a wonderful few days in Anthony’s apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is extremely convenient to subways, coffee shops, restaurants etc. It’s also tastefully appointed and well designed. I wish the weather had been warm enough to spend time in the backyard. It’s beautiful! Anthony is super responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

This place is exactly as described. Lovely lower floor apartment in great condition with all the essentials. The host always responded to our questions and accommodated our unusual check-in and checkout. Location wise, it's only a 5 minute walk to the Danforth light rail station. From there you within 5-6 stops to World Trade Center and every other subway connection. If I could give this place a 4.99 out of 5 I would. There is a residence above the property that we guess worked shifts as they were up and about every morning at 4am. It wasn't an unreasonable amount of noise but it was noticable at times. Also, at times the furnace would kick in. I think this was also for the upstairs but it's located downstairs and can be a little noisy at times. Again, this wasn't unreasonable and it wouldn't stop me returning but it might be worth mentioning to other guests. Overall, a gem of a property, perfectly located for anyone looking for easy access to NYC

Ann was super responsive! We needed a location within walking distance of the Nike Indoor Track & Field Armory and this was a great location. There are restaurants, diners, and stores within blocks. The place was clean, had coffee, great bathroom products, and we felt safe. The patio was an added bonus. Would recommend! If we have an opportunity to come back, we would book again. Thanks, Ann
