We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home that is in an idyllic Hampton's setting. Ashton was a great host and for sure we will be back.

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful post- Christmas getaway at Jennifer’s beautiful home. The house is fabulous - well- located, pristine , beautifully decorated and well-stocked. It was relaxing and perfect. We did not have much need to reach out (everything was effortless) but when we did, Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Dorina’s home was the calm, peaceful reprieve from the city we were looking for. Her home was so comfortable and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The backyard was a little oasis with a large pool (with floats!), several (6 I think) lounger chairs, two 6 top tables in different areas and a functioning grill. We spent most of our time here! Dorina was fast to respond, helpful with recommendations and overall what you hope to have in a host. We would definitely come back to Dorina’s home!

This house was fantastic! We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner here! The house was well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to paper products. The layout of the house was great. Jane was very accommodating and made things easy for us! The house was immaculate and met all of our needs. I hope it’s available next Thanksgiving! Perfect location! Close to town, yet quiet and private! It was my granddaughter’s first Thanksgiving and I’m so glad we had this house to celebrate in!

We had a great time. The house was really big and perfect for a big group. The common areas allowed us to spend time together and there was so much to do in the house and in its surroundings. We definitely recommend it.

Marks home was beautiful, peaceful and near to so many great areas. The pool and backyard were wonderful and relaxing. We loved it! Highly recommend!

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

I don’t say this often but the house was even more perfect in person. So cute with great amenities. The hosts were amazing. The area has so much to do and all so close ! Can’t say enough good things!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

We had such a wonderful stay here over New Years. Like many other reviews have stated, pictures do not do this home justice. It’s so much larger and more spread out than we expected. Perfect layout for two couples where we each felt like we had our own place, with plenty of cozy spaces to hang out too. The kitchen is SO well equipped for anything and everything. Beds and sofas were super comfortable and the we loved all of the charming touches of this historical home. The location is fantastic too. Walking distance to everything you could need and a quick drive to so many beautiful areas. I can imagine spending hours in the backyard when the weather is warmer too!

We stay at Patti's place twice a year for a time of reflection. The location is peaceful and restful, right on the water. Patti always has a plate of cookies waiting for us and lets us know about any changes. We had a cold, wet first day, so were particularly delighted to be able to use the new gas fireplace, which kept everything warm and cozy. We're booked in for late fall already!

A lovely cottage on a quiet street (at least in the fall!). The interior is just beautiful with all the wood floors, walls, ceilings. The kitchen was - unusual! Clearly they had to retrofit an old home to accommodate modern appliances, but all worked well.

The home was exactly as described! It was lovely. A serene and peaceful vibe throughout and in the yard. both roomy and spacious. We were even surprised to get a water view from the top deck! All and all the house was very well appointed with everything we needed from chef quality pots and pans and dishes as well as a new out side gas grille! Beautiful artwork through out! Julie was great to work with and gave us excellent ideas for what to do and where to go in the area. We will surely go back! A great place for couples or a family with children.

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and spacious and in a great location. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood but walkable to multiple cafes and bakeries, just a 3-4 min drive to the beach. Would stay again!

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

We had an amazing stay at Alissa and Danny’s house! The location is perfect—convenient to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The house is carefully designed with families in mind, especially with kids. It has everything you could possibly need for young children, from toys to safety features, making it so easy to enjoy our time there. I would highly recommend Melissa's place in Jamesport. It was a great location with room to enjoy with some family members including children. It was perfect with some toys and a big outdoor area (and a private beach!) for us all to spend some time together while visiting family in the area. Melissa was accommodating and clear in her directions and gave us a warm welcome with a greeting basket, information about the area and coffee! The location is lovely and everything about the house was fun and comfortable. Thanks!

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.
