Stayed here 28th Feb for 2 nights Absolutely beautiful apartment , everything we needed Andrew was brilliant Can’t wait to return

Great place to stay, probably the most cleanest Airbnb I’ve been to, everything looked brand new! The place has thermometers around so you’re able to control the heating temperature in different rooms which is awesome. The place is located in the heart of the city centre, so close to the pier, seafront, and all the shops, bars and restaurants (all walkable). If you are staying during the weekend be mindful that there will he noise on the street from bars, pubs and people etc, as it’s in the centre - can make it difficult to sleep at times. It’s a short walk from the two train stations and there is a paid parking service around the corner. I would say it only fits 5 people comfortably rather than 6, the sofa bed is meant to fit 2 people but it’s broken on pulling it out, so only really suitable for 1 person to sleep on. Otherwise is an immaculate place, safe, clean, good rooftop, convenient, and responsive hosts for any q’s. Would definitely book again!

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

It was a lovely stay from check-in to check-out. The accommodations were exactly as described—even better-looking in person, if anything! Everything was provided for a comfortable stay, and we were left wanting for nothing. The location is wonderful. Considering it is on a main road, there was surprisingly little noise pollution—and the convenience of being right on the seafront, and the gorgeous view at night, are so, so worth the little there was. We had a fabulous break here, and would recommend it to anyone!

Apartment was exactly as Danielle's description and photos. Very close to lovely restaurants and bars / shops. We stupidly couldn't find the key pad to enter the code Danielle provided to get out of the car park! (Our fault !) If you visit....It's on one of the pillars between some of the car parking spaces! Lovely clean apartment and the provision of some toiletries was very welcomed! Thank you! We stayed as are having building work completed at home, it was a lovely stay.

The apartment was wonderful just how the pictures looked the host were all so helpful definitely will stay again beds where so comfortable the balcony was lovely could see the sea so peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Super house. Large and comfortable. Very clean. Handy for town and Lidl and Aldi over the road. About 10 to 15 walk to the beach front. Very helpful and responsive host.

Melanie is a great host. Very proactive and responsive and provided lovely homemade baked goods, butter, tea, coffee and biscuits. Mini pool table was a nice bonus! Easy walk to the beach and town with good pubs, eateries and shops.

Beautiful property and Karen's little touches of having the heating on ready for when you arrive, welcome basket in the kitchen and towels at the ready in the bathroom were so lovely. Plus the little corner in the living room with some toys and a dolls house was amazing. Our 3 year old loved playing with these the whole stay. For those that prefer a shower rather than a soak in the bath. The shower was great and with a standard shower head and a rainfall shower head too. The pressure and temperature were spot on as well. Would recommend staying to anyone including those with young families too. Thank you again Karen for such a lovely stay.

A lovely spot for a weekend by the seaside. Walking distance to both the high street and the beach. Plenty of outside space and all the toys in the world for the kids to play with. Will certainly be back!

Absolutely fantastic home, so good that this was our 2nd stay in less then 4 months, has everything you need, for us the proximity to the beach as you can get there in 30 seconds, all the beach accessories needed is available, leave your car on drive while you go hiking . restaurants within walking distance, ,pier about 15 min stroll. Will definitely go back

Kay was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Despite our tight schedule with checking in, she was flexible and understanding. We had a stressful day, but as soon as we arrived, we felt at home and had a restful sleep. Thank you so much! 🙏🏽🤩

Mersea cottage is located in a beautiful part of Essex. With restaurants, walks, views all walkable from the cottage. The cottage itself is a lovely place to come back to, the garden is a great space to hangout if the weather allows. All the amenities you could need, a well equipped kitchen and the all the benefits of a log burner after a day on the beach. We had a great stay here and would happily return.

Had a really lovely stay at Carole’s cottage Garden Annex, was nice and peaceful perfect for my little trip. Really appreciate the croissants and Jams that Carole had left us, was a really nice touch.

A beautiful flat. We have stayed in the area many times and this was the best place by far. We would definitely book again.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.
