Great home and even better team, very responsive and considerate. The house was very spacious and modern, great value for your money!

We flew out as a group of 6 for a friend’s wedding and it was the perfect spot for us! We were within 15-20 minutes of every destination we needed to get to. The house was perfect sized for us, the views were absolutely breathtaking and Amy and Eric were fantastic hosts. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip! Thank you for having us! ❤️

Fantastic spot for a family or friend trip. There was ample room for our group of 6 adults. The home was immaculate with spectacular water views. We even used the paddle boat to explore the pond. We didn’t use the fire pit due to high winds but it is a really cool fire pit for another less windy visit. Looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the water.

Our stay at Lilly’s house was absolutely incredible. The place is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and is very well located. There are restaurants, shops, and parks all within a 5-10 minute drive. Additionally, the lake in front of the house is amazing, and the house itself is extremely cozy. It has all the amenities you could need for your stay! To top it all off, Lilly is the kind of host who goes above and beyond to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. I’m so grateful for the amazing weekend I had with my family at the lake cabin. I hope to return soon!

Although we were extremely busy during our stay, it was very nice to come back and relax!! We loved the view of the lake and the main bedroom was very comfortable. It was great having a full size washer and dryer as well!! And with the cold mornings, the house was nice and warm. The instant hot water was much appreciated for the shower too!! Our host checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything while we were there. Very nice and cozy.... The location was perfect for our running around....Will look forward to staying again!!

The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The lake is on the smaller side for NH which means it is probably not a favorite spot for motorboats, so it was quiet and peaceful. Bob was very responsive and friendly.

This home was inviting and comfortable. It felt just like home. Although our trip was cut short for personal reasons, we were able to recharge, relax and catch up with friends in a relaxed space.

This was an amazing experience! The house was comfortable and more amenities than we could even use during our trip! Every need was considered and provided for by Eileen and Sal! The location on the lake was picturesque for our Fall getaway! Removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a refuge for us! Centrally located to my daughter in Maine and other daughter who was in Boston for the long weekend! Loved how peaceful everything was! Beds were comfortable and views were amazing! Would absolutely book here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Roosevelt took the time to show us around the house on the first day, explaining all the amenities and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless and well-equipped.

The setting is lovely and the house was very comfortable for my family. We enjoyed the wonderful views from the hot tub, and the night sky while we sat around the fire pit.

Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

very comfortable, clean, cozy cabin on the lake. it has everything you could need. the cabin is close to other houses but the neighbors were very quiet and friendly. when the heater didn’t work, George very promptly made sure it got fixed. he couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. when we left having lost an earbud, George, by some miracle, found it and sent it to us. wonderful hosts!!

This place was amazing. We stayed here the night before our wedding and the night after and Justin and Alyssa were amazing with giving us an early check-in and helping us along the way. The inside was amazingly clean had everything we needed will surely rent again.

There are so many positive things to say about this house. It's just as the pictures showed, it was super clean, comfortable beds, comfortable couch, gorgeous kitchen, beautiful wooden beams throughout. Old pine wooden floors upstairs. The view of the river is gorgeous with lots of ducks. There is a basement room with games, shuffle board and more, although we didn't use it. I imagine this house is even better in the summer when you can be outside and kayak on the river, drive 1/2 hour or so to the coastal beaches. So overall, I do recommend this house although there a few things that it needs to be worth the cost. Such as bedside lamps in the bedrooms and one of the upstairs bedrooms needs a bedside table. It needs a toaster. And it needs some artwork, it feels a little sterile. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as there isn't really any sound insulation and you can hear others walking around, talking, etc. There was a little bit of road noise, too. Eye masks will be useful.

Allyssia's home by Pawtuckaway Lake was awesome. Communication before and during the visit was quick and informative. Check in was effortless. The space itself had everything you'd need for a fun weekend away. Great kitchen/living area to hangout and have fun. The screen in porch was great for a group to carve pumpkins in the nice fall weather. Great yard to make s'mores, grill food, and hangout outside. And the lake across the street with the private beach area was perfect to enjoy the weather and some fishing. Would definitely come here again in the future!

A tiny house experience that did not disappoint! Felt completely comfortable immediately upon walking inside. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. I would have stayed longer if I could. I got to meet Dean, and he was super friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. Super responsive as well. If you like tiny homes, look no further!

We loved our stay at Evelyn’s home. It was a great low key and comfortable stay while we were at a local wedding for the weekend. We along with the kids felt right at ease and would definitely stay again.

Hosts proved themselves to be very responsive when an unexpected house issue arose immediately after check-in. Although a solution wasn’t feasible overnight, they got the problem fixed right away the next morning. After that hiccup, our stay was quite lovely. A beautiful location and even though we were there during a cold time of year, the view was still remarkable. The space was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything our group needed to be very comfortable. Would love to stay again during the warmer months!

What a great getaway! The home and its surroundings are more beautiful than the pictures capture. The space is impeccably clean and filled with art and life inside and out. Ellen left us a note with some tips to help us make the most of our stay. We brought bikes so that we could enjoy Portsmouth and the other Kittery Point beaches without having to get in the car. I loved every moment of my stay and I highly recommend Ellen's cottage!

Betsy’s home was wonderful. I had the whole first floor home with private entries and porches. The home is beautiful, it has quality finishes and furnishings. Loved the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom has a very comfortable bed. Betsy even had the home decorated with a Xmas tree and candles, there was coffee, spices and more in the kitchen. It’s a great place and I plan on returning when I come to the Boston area. It’s an easy walk to the commuter rail that takes you to the North Station. I really appreciate Betsy’s hospitality. Excellent air bnb. Had everything we would need, plus a shovel and ice for the snow storm we encountered! Host was responsive and kind and my partner and I loved our stay!
