Stunning location with breathtaking view, high-speed internet (not easy to find around there), delicious vegan cuisine, Infiniti pool with mesmerizing vista, modern room infused with the captivating essence of the Oaxaca’s culture. Not to mention its central between downtown Huatulco and downtown Pochutla so shopping is easy and surrounded by so many beautiful beaches.

If your looking for a place that is quiet and relatively private this is a great spot. With nice beach access and you own chairs and umbrella make it a great spot. The beach is broken up to 3 beaches. There are a couple restaurants on the beaches nothing fancy but nice to have the beach food option. The bay is a great place for snorkeling. The beach area was never really busy and we stayed 10 days and would recommend having a vehicle unless just staying a couple days then you can get a taxi. The road in is rough in places but no problems with good car or small SUV. With a car many restaurants within 15 - 20 minutes. Morning sunrise on the beach was wonderful. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The kitchen is minimal but has all the basics if you want to mix drinks or cook a meal. Kitchen is as shown in photos.

Cass Paulina is a special place to stay for nature lovers. Raid is bit rough to get there but if it’s not raining and you have a good car or truck the journey is TOTALLY worth it. Warm welcome with Balbeane who cleans with his nice family and discreetly watches over the place (Thank you Balbe🥰). Great communication with Pablo. Make sure you bring bug spray for the evenings, unwind and ENJOY this well thought out villa. I’d recommend having maybe a bit of bleach to clean up thinks like the dish tray but overall the place was well kept. Woukd stay here again for sure !

La experiencia en esta casa fue inigualable. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, con vistas impresionantes a la playa y acceso directo a dos playas hermosas. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario y es muy cómoda, con detalles súper agradables. El anfitrión fue sumamente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que fuera necesario. Sin duda, es un lugar al que regresaría y recomendaría ampliamente.

Excelente espacio 100% recomendable! El recibimiento súper amable, cordial, con muchas recomendaciones y atentos toda la estancia. La habitación impecable, con detalles hermosos y una vista del amanecer inigualable. Por si fuera poco agua gratis, perfecto para el calor que hace ahí. Estamos muy agradecidos y contentos de esta experiencia.

We stayed here essentially 3 weeks. 2 weeks in the main house and one week in one of the cabanas. Juan Carlos was responsive, accommodating, and helpful. You can hear and see the beach, it's just a short walk down a hill. It is stunning and serene. Audrey, who keeps the yard and houses clean, is wonderful and really friendly. Honestly we can not wait to come back one day. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

La cabaña es una joya. La experiencia de estar en la sala viendo el mar es simplemente inexplicable. En general creo que es un espacio increíble si vienes con personas con buena condición física y sin lesiones en las rodillas (las subidas para llegar desde el pueblo están pesadas). Recomendaría elegir esta opción si quieres descansar y desconectarte por completo.

A nice bungalow. Host are very responsive with any issues that arise. The complex it self is getting dated. Could use a bit of work. This is our second stay in this area. Its stunning views are the icing on the cake.

Ana-Laura was an amazing host and was very helpful in preparing us for our arrival as well as throughout our stay. We rented scooters for the week which was a great choice as the home is a fair bit away from playa Zipolite and restaurants, especially in the heat. Great place to stay and would recommend.

Gorgeous home, beautifully kept, private, and short walk to a world class beach with a charming restaurant. Owners were very helpful when our rental got a flat and Mario helped us get some air in the tire without driving all the way to town. This is a remote spot, perfect for private vacation but within short walk to a very quiet beach with big waves and a little tide pool for wading. The pool at the house is divine as is the large and well appointed kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

La atención y seguimiento en todo momento fue excelente tanto de Alan como se la sra. Manuela, me resolvieron un tema con el agua caliente de manera inmediata y super amables. La casa es espectacular y muy tranquila, cuentas con todo lo necesario para pasar un rico descanso .

Location is incredible. Sunrise on the patio for AM and star watching at night was unmatched. A beautiful reef is a few steps away and the water was very calm for swimming. There were plenty of places to eat down the beach - just be forewarned that they all close near sunset. We did not cook - just made coffee every morning - but the kitchen looked well stocked with cooking utensils. There were no cooking supplies beyond coffee, sugar and salt, so bring what you would need to cook. We were only two people, but the house is very spacious for groups - the bedrooms are all a good size as are the bathrooms. The A/C worked perfectly and pool was a lovely addition. The host and caretaker were lovely and attentive when we needed things. The instructions for the house were very informative and helpful. There are cons, but not any fault of the host - it's a remote beach in Mexico, so there are bugs and birds and rust, but they are quite minor and for us, part of the experience.

It was large, affordable, great location, and overall wonderful

It’s the nicest, most upscale property on the beach. It has fantastic views as it is on a mountain slope over looking the beach. The only thing i would caution is that if you walk to town a lot you will be doing a lot of stair climbing which could be difficult for older people. The staff and owners are exceptional and go out of their way everyday to make sure you have everything you need and are happy! Carlos and Issac get a special shout out for their over the top customer service and making us feel like family! First Class operation on every level. Highly recommend!!

Zipolite was a beautiful experience and the place was perfect for that great experiencie. Deborah was always in touch with us in case we need something, also very helpful with the transportation and recomendations.

A very well thought out space, right on a beautiful beach! This is at one end of a village. You probably want to get some groceries in advance; plenty of fresh fruits available within easy walking distance. Local businesses only take pesos; restaurants mostly open during the day. You’ll have lots of opportunities to practice your Spanish. Snorkeling is amazing!

estuve con mi esposo 3 días. La cabaña es rústica y excepcional.Solo 3 escalones y estas en la playa para caminar. Se puede apreciar una hermosa puesta de sol y tienes una privacidad única. Recomiendo la cabaña al 100%. Adrian siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa. Si regresaríamos otra vez a la cabaña belleza!

The house is spacious and well lit by daylight. Luckily, we couldn't hear noises from the road, especially with the constant sound of waves crashing (pretty active part of the coastline, but always felt safe to us adults). Private, back-door access to the beach day and night was wonderful! This part of San Augustinillo is a 10-15 minute walk from Mazunte, but it's nice to be in a quiet part of the beach front away from so many people. Coconut stand 30 second walk away for coconuts everyday. Local restaurants are mostly underwhelming, but plenty of options in Mazunte and Zipolite (note the increase taxi costs at night, after dinner/drinks!). NOTE: Our group from USA found it weird to rent a "private" property and have a maintenance person on site from 9am-5:30pm everyday, which somehow us 5 "missed" in the Airbnb description. And, the host was responsive to reduce the worker's time on site after we requested it - we just wanted to be alone on the property. Much appreciated.

We - a family of five, with two adults, two teenagers, and a kid - loved our stay in Casa Paz. When our car had climbed up the steep and bumpy track to the gate, and we had descended the stoned steps to the front door, and we faced the exquisite exterior and interior of the house - well, then we didn’t want to leave. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the sea and the wind are ubiquitous; and every detail is carefully thought-out. We really hope this was not our first and only stay in Casa Paz, and nibbled chapulines repeatedly to increase the chances of coming back.;-)

Beautiful place with stunning views and creative decor. Very well furnished with all you need. The kitchen was especially well equipped with nice cookware and dishes. It was quite hot in the living area but that's how the coast is. Unfortunately the sea was too rough to really swim below the house during our stay and we also got sick, but the house was a soothing place to recover; Liz was helpful with recommendations and her helper, Mari made "ponche" for us. Would stay again if we ever return to San Agustinillo!
