Wow, what a great place to stay. Felt at home, staff extremely nice, the property was a beautiful private paradise. Beach just down the street (beautiful beach) went everyday. Couple of restaurants in walking distance. Had a really good time, did not want to leave. Highly recommend and I will 100% stay there again. A+++

Our stay was great. The condo complex is located in the heart of Jaco and there is plenty within walking distance. The host met us and gave great information about places to go and how to access the beach. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Check in was easy. The condo complex is gated. We did not have time to access the pool, but it looked great too. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms are small, but there are 3 of them. No complaints here - squeeze in. The water pressure was low at times - there must be shared water among the condos. Understandable for a complex like this and at peak Jaco busy season. The kitchen was well stocked and the multiple air conditioners worked great. Thanks for a great stay and wonderful hospitality.

This was absolutely great, the place felt very new and was more spacious than we expected. It was a quick walk to the beach and worth every penny!

It was great to stay at Sira’s place. I enjoyed walking to Jaco beach 🏖️ it found myself at the beach 🏝️ every morning 6-7am or 7-8am doing fitness on the beach with a local fitness trainer Daniel. It was near Jaco and many quaint places to eat. The house is super safe and beautiful. I loved the garden and extra touches. It felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Jaco. Thanks Sira. It’s a beautiful dream beach home and there is lots to do in Jaco and various wonderful grocery stores as well!

I used this Airbnb/guesthouse as my base to hike the Catarata Manantial de Agua Viva and visit Playa Blanca — both incredible experiences. The bed was very comfortable, the space was clean, private, and had everything I needed. The pool was a perfect way to unwind after long adventure-filled days. Robert also shared a restaurant recommendation that turned out to be one of the best meals of my entire trip. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return. Thanks for everything!

Thanks for a great stay in Jaco! We were able to walk to the beach with our three kids ages 4,8,11 and we enjoyed the playground in the adjacent park. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the air conditioning and fans worked well!

This stay exceeded our expectations! The condo was incredibly spacious, almost like a maze at first, with two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The view was so stunning we skipped excursions just to enjoy it. The kitchen was impressively stocked—plenty of knives, cutting boards, cookware, and even seasonings, oils, and coffee. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The bedding was equally great—the king-size bed was soft, linens fresh, and there were more high quality pillows than we could possibly use. Bathroom linens were luxuriously soft and clean. If you aren’t much for bugs, Wanda’s place is where you want to go. We didn’t see even a single ant indoors, which is quite a feat for Costa Rican housing. A highlight was seeing two scarlet macaws fly overhead at the pool the moment we arrived, and we spotted them daily after that. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay with incredible views and wildlife, this is it. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! 40 steps to the beach, then a block from the Main Street full of amazing restaurants and cute shops. The condo was perfectly clean, bigger and better than the pictures. The bedrooms were all huge and the bathrooms big!! The kitchen was a nice and open and had everything you need to cook and hang out, was a focal point for the family. The decks are all nice size with ocean views. We also loved that it was a secure building. The pool was perfect after a hot day on the beach and never busy. Philip was always easy to communicate with and helped set us up with transportation to and from the airport and provided recommendations in Jaco. Can’t wait to return!
