Beautiful place! Location is ideal and the space is comfortable and clean. Easy drive to the beach and many good restaurants. Dan was very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of seven adults without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the furnishings, beds, and linens were all very comfortable. The pool was a lovely bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The photos accurately represent the property, and Jason was quick to respond when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. All around, a great place for a group stay—highly recommend!

We really enjoyed Lances place! Lots of room for our entire family. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed and then some! The pool was wonderful and nice to have the pool gate/cage around so the littles didn’t fall in. The 5th bedroom is really an office without a pull out couch, if you are needing the extra room. We missed not having the children’s bikes to ride around the quaint neighborhood. The master bedroom has a big whirlpool the kids loved after a day of swimming. No hot tub at the property, fire pit or ping pong table as advertised :(. The bedrooms were VERY warm compared to the rest of house. Thank goodness each bedroom had a ceiling fan. Lance did a great job trying to fix the issues we had during our stay!

Beautiful place and spotless! The outdoor area was amazing. We didn't venture out very much because the property had everything we needed to relax. Publix was only 4 mins away to grab groceries. Sanibel was about a half hour as well as ft myers beach. Beds all very comfortable, our teenage son slept on the Murphy bed and said it was great. nice heated pool, fishing from the dock, quiet neighborhood. we took walks and felt very safe. could use a few more things in the kitchen like rubber scraper, pizza cutter, cooking pans for oven, pool towels and kitchen towels. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The house was immaculate—cleaned to perfection—with cozy sheets and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was exactly what we were looking for. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Since this is a newer Airbnb, I left some recommendations and even purchased a few essentials for future guests. The only downside was that Cape Coral itself doesn’t offer much to do, and while the nearest beach is about 35 minutes away, traffic made it closer to an hour, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, the property didn’t include any beach equipment, so we had to rent or buy our own. Despite these minor inconveniences, the home itself was wonderful, and the hospitality was top-notch. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay and don’t mind a bit of a drive for beach access, this is a great option!

The house was very modern and had everything there to make our stay very comfortable. IIdiko was a great host and responded quickly to all our questions and some minor issues that we experienced. Checkin was very simple. The solar heated pool was a real benefit.

Differently a great place to stay. If I go back for a quick weekend for sure will get it again.

Carter is indeed a "super host"! Very responsive and addressed all of our requests. This location is excellent value! Lots of space to base your SW Florida trip from. Top tier fitness facility, very nice pool, a paved path around the pond that is perfect for a run, fenced in modern pickle ball and basketball courts, very comfortable shared outdoor space for the occasional rain day, plus fire tables that throw off heat when the sun goes down. Grilling is an important criteria for us...this facility did not disappoint and only 5 minutes from a Publix is very convenient. We used the facilities daily and made several day trips to the surrounding area including Fort Myers Beach. We would stay again.

Very tidy and great place to stay! It was equipped with everything you need! Craig is a great host and there when you need him, very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. We had a great time!

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

Fantastisch. Schöne Unterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. In der Gegend viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ruhige und angenehme Gegend.

Nach anstrengender Reise durch die Deep South States, war diese Unterkunft eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und Erholung; eine Wohltat für Augen und Seele ! Ich reise seit 40 Jahren, in Europa, USA (Nord/Süd), Asien und Australien und war selten so angetan von einer Unterkunft, wie von diesem Appartement, Garten mit großem Erholungswert. Besonders was Geräumigkeit, Effektivität, Sauberkeit, aber auch wohl durch- dachten Annehmlichkeiten für den Durchreisenden,( aber auch, und besonders für einen längeren Aufenthalt ) angeht, - perfekt für 2 Personen mit kleineren Kindern. (Gerade diese Empfehlung des Gastgebers finde ich sehr passend). Die beste Wahl für ein gehobenes, dabei erschwingliches, ' American way of good Holidays` Gefühl, ,-)). Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Our stay at Karley's condo was amazing! One of the best experiences we have had. The condo was spotless, felt like home, furniture was so comfortable, the interior design was tasteful and modern A++++++. The view of the intercoastal, boats coming in and out and the Yacht Marina was incredible. We sat on the screened in porch every evening and enjoyed a glass of wine. The best part is the dolphins swimming by looking for fish. I would highly recommend Karley's condo, it was perfect. We couldn't have asked for any better. Truly a treat and a wonderful vacation. Thanks Karley you were awesome!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was as presented in the description. Very clean, comfortable, and Anthony was the best host we have had in four years of renting. All of our needs were met and exceeded. There was a very nice gift basket when we arrived, and amenities that are not offered by other properties. We could safely watch an abundance of wild life from the back porch or pool. We saw birds, turtles, aquinas, lizzards, ducks and fish. Beautiful property well worth the stay.

Wonderful unit -- even better than the photos! Recently updated, clean and spotless. The private terrace was perfect for nighttime cocktails after our son went to bed. Love that the unit provided some baby amenities such as a high chair! And the host was very responsive leading up to our booking and was available via text for any questions that came up. Highly recommend!

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Bonita Beach. Nahe zum Highway 41 nach Fort Myers und Naples. Toller Ausblick vom 9. Stock. Balkon nach Norden. Appartement mit kompletter Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Peter hat all unsere Fragen schnell und sehr gut beantwortet. Ein toller Urlaub.
