Very nice and helpful hosts and the house is a beautiful and quiet place to stay

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

Would highly recommend this house. Mario was a great host and the property was beautiful and easy to find. Will hopefully be staying there in the future.

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

This was one of, if not the nicest, AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in. It’s even better in person than the pictures! Very clean, well equipped, and the Owner and property manager were quick to respond. The property manager even brought over an extra propane tank for the grill in case we were close to running out. I’ve already recommended the property to friends and we can’t wait to come back.

Loved our stay at this Villa, screened pool, hot tub and canal dock for fishing were exactly what we were looking for to entertain our family. Plenty of space for our family of 7 in the large open floor plan. Kitchen was also well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood with people always out walking. The beautiful outdoor furniture and lighting made the evenings outside as enjoyable as the day. We had a few minor issues at check in, but the owners, Anna and Thomas, were extremely responsive and attentive to our needs and had everything handled immediately which we were very grateful for. This was the relaxing retreat we wanted for our holiday. We would happily revisit this property on our next visit to South Florida.

The place is fantastic to share with the entire family. The swimming pool is great. There a is a ping pong table. The house’s decoration is simple and beautiful Eric was so nice The best part, is pet friendly and there are not restriction about your dog weight I’d love to go back and have longer vacation soon

Agustin was very responsive and quickly addressed anything we needed. The location is close to the beach and was perfect for our family of five and our parents.

Beautiful, clean and perfect for families. The pictures don’t do it justice! Pool was lovely and well maintained. Lots of beach items for use in the garage. Neil and Keely were very kind and responsive. Tons of space for our large family. Would definitely go back!

We had a large group with lots of kids stay at Bella Bahia. The layout of having two separate very spacious units was perfect. The pool was beautiful and great for the kids. Ian was a fantastic host- he was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

Our family had a fantastic week here! The property was spotless and beautiful. It easily accommodated seven adults and eight children. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were very spacious. We loved using the Blackstone to cook outside – we used it at least once per day! The pool was absolutely pristine. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you, Patrick, for being a wonderful and responsive host!

Cozy Cape was wonderful! Heather is a great host! Loved the pool, plenty of beach and bath towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Will stay here again if we ever get back to Cape Coral.

We had a great stay at Villa Ocean Kiss! The house and grounds matched the photos and was very nice. It was very helpful to have all of the switches marked. The house, especially the kitchen, was very stocked. The house was clean, open and inviting. The house was also nicely decorated with nice furniture. The mattresses were comfortable. We also had more than what we needed for the pool and beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost daily and the tiki hut was an enjoyable spot to hang out. It was very quiet and we saw many birds plus other wildlife. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood - seeing many burrowing owls was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this house!

Extremely fast communication with host! Very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Andrea was extremely responsive and quick! She was very nice. Had a highchair and pack n play in the house for us. Only negative thing i would have to say is there was mold on the highchair and the pool was freezing. (heated pool was listed but it wasnt stated on listing that the pool was solar panel heated)

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Cape Coral! We’d for sure stay there again. Mike was super responsive and the house had everything we needed!
