This space was truly amazing. It was so clean and they made sure they cleared snow on walkways. It was very private and no one bothered anyone! It had everything for cooking meals, and spending time relaxing in the space. Having your own hot tub was an amazing feature as well. The space made it easy to want to relax and not feel rushed to go out. Absolutely loved it and would recommend to everyone.

This was such an amazing family getaway. The location was perfect and easily walkable to the downtown area and easy driving distance to the ymca and rmnp! For our family of 5 this space was perfect. Everyone was extemely comfortable and had a blast! We very highly recommend this property to any family!!

Honestly better than I was expecting, and the bar was already high! Nothing beats getting to listen to the creek from a hot tub while looking at the stars. Amenities were great - one of the comfiest beds I've slept in, and plenty of towels and robes to keep you dry and happy. Such a special stay and a relaxing weekend!

Very nice stay! Right in the middle of Grand County, comfortable, clean and close to the trails. Brian was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back!

This resort was fantastic, other reviews mention thin walls, which is accurate, but did not ruin the magic for us. It was peaceful and quiet and we will be returning as soon as possible!

This is our second time at this resort and we have loved it both time. Calm, quiet and peacful.

Ryan was the best host and his interaction and texts back and forth, made a very stressed situation (father - hospice & passing) bearable. He reached out immediately upon booking, and did everything in his power to make it a great stay. His orchard was starting to come into leaf and we wish we could have stayed to watch it all unfurl. At night the view is beautiful, as his property sits higher than the others. We would take our dog out and let her explore the large area while we just mellowed out with a glass of wine and enjoyed the night. When my dad passed he surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. He provided us with food recommendations etc when needed, honey and eggs from own aviary and hens Home is clean and bright, I looked forward to it after time spent caring for dad, so relaxing. Neighbourhood older, you can walk safely up and down street, and easy to get around town from. If or when I go back to Colorado, I will be booking Ryan's first if available. Great job!

Right on the Boulder Canyon Trailhead, 10min to Boulder and right on Boulder Creek. Great deal and very unique space.

The Fair House was a perfect place for our group to ski Loveland , view a beautiful lunar eclipse, and have beautiful open space in this home to enjoy meals and comfortable furnishings. We’d love to return again!

It was an amazing stay, only thing id say is that the heaters aren’t that powerful and It seemed like the fire place could have worked its just there was no wood! But it was an amazing place to stay and rest for a couple days! 10/10 would recommend!

The place was great for us. It was exactly as described. A total mountain cabin feel. It’s definitely dated but that doesn’t matter to us.

It was exactly as decribed. Its the lower level of a suburban home with its own entrance. Very well kept. Quiet. The kitchen had everything including a good selection of spices, several methods of coffee making (Yay!). A great little outside seating area too.

While exploring Estes Park, we enjoyed staying at Terry and Carolyn's delightful home. The space was clean and spacious and nestled in a serene and picturesque area. With designated parking and proximity to downtown Estes, it was the perfect base for our adventures. We adore Estes Park, and for first-time visitors, Carolyn and Terry provide a helpful binder filled with essential information about the best places to explore in the area. If you stroll into town, you'll discover some fantastic local breakfast spots. The residents and the food are both great! There's also a lovely Starbucks with a nice porch area where you can savor coffee while enjoying the scenery. You can easily spend a whole day exploring all the excellent shops and restaurants in Estes. The residents are charming, and the town is pet-friendly. If you're a fan of fishing, Trout Heaven Fishing Pond is an absolute must-visit. Carolyn and Terry's place was perfect!

This is one of the best Airbnb‘s I have ever stayed at. The bed was so comfortable. I slept for almost 12 hours on the first night. The kitchen was intuitive and gave me ideas about how I want to change my own kitchen up at home. I liked cooking there better than my own kitchen! The place is very cozy and extremely well kept.

This was such a lovely apartment for a little getaway! The space was cozy, clean, and very calming. Gorgeous views too! Really enjoyed our stay!
