A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

Glenn was great. He was prompt with any requests we had. The place was spotless, with all amenities we could want. The back yard faces a small lake, just beautiful! We will be back to see it over the summer!

Loved this place, just near everything you want to see in Idaho Springs, also private, warm and cozy. The view is amazing at morning!

Excellent location. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Union station a short walk.

This was a really nice studio space. And being able to park in garage was a plus.We cook most meals and the kitchen was great for that. We were there to ski for a few days and the location is very close to Winter Park and easy for us to drive to Mary Jane and park.

I did enjoy the unique accommodations at Barta House. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. The convenience of a coffee shop downstairs was super appreciated by my adult daughters. We ate at the Irish Pub across the street which was very convenient and great food. Location was very central to our plans. We ran into Barta as he was checking in on things. While we didn't need anything, he is very personable and willing to assist as required. Would recommend using the front door entrance during inclement weather. I would definitely recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay at Eddies, the place was clean and the hot tub was great! It was perfect for our group of 7 and within a 10-20 minute uber to the places we wanted to go downtown. For those renting, note that there are not extra towels provided for the hot tub so you may want to pack a couple of beach towels if you don't want to have to reuse your shower towels.

The location was perfect for us. We were gone all day and slept there. It was clean and nicely furnished.

Check in was smooth and easy to follow. The place was clean upon arrival. I was happy with the number of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels available in the unit. We never felt like we were running low on anything. The host was responsive when I pointed out a minor inconvenience. I declined having someone come check it out during our stay and asked that they look into it after we checked out. This worked best for us. One thing I will mention is that the upstairs bedroom does not have the bunk beds assembled in the manner of the photos. The listing should be updated. The beds are on either side of the room and the furniture is different than what is pictured. Overall, the location was very convenient to the city and the mountains. Just minutes from most activities we had planned during our visit. The house was just what we were needing for a family of four. I appreciated having access to the laundry room during the stay. The place was great and as expected or better. The standing desk and monitor were perfect for remote work, among the many other amenities. But more importantly, Karissa was amazing. She genuinely surprised me more than once by going out of her way to accommodate my requests. As more and more airbnbs become professionally managed and it becomes harder and harder to reach anyone for help, encountering the level of hospitality Karissa provides truly feels extraordinary! And the minimal and completely reasonable checkout instructions were the perfect final touch. I can safely say this is one of the best airbnbs I've stayed at.

We have stayed at Roberts multiple times and it always feels like home away from home. The place is spotless, comfy and the kitchen has everything we need for a good home cooked meal away from “home”. He was very flexible with us extending our stay and even allowed for a late check out. Thank you Robert for another wonderful stay!

Evergreen Ranch is a beautiful mountain home perfect for families. The home is comfortable, well maintained, and in a great location. You can’t beat the sunset from the hot tub. We will definitely return!

A great place for a large group to stay! Our group was mostly composed of high school students, and they found the space more than adequate. The kitchen is a DREAM! The downstairs sectional was INCREDIBLE and contributed to the kids' place to hang out, to meet, and to sleep. The hot tub...holy moly! Great for everyone to enjoy!

If you're looking for a beautiful house located no more than 15min from Winter Park, this is your place! It's clean, spacious layout, clean hot tub and it has everything you need. Deirdre is super responsive, and she has thought of everything you need to have a home away from home. Everything from phone chargers to extra cozy blankets, this rental is comfortable and welcoming. We had an amazing ski week, and Deirdre's place was perfectly located just outside the bustle of town. Easy 15min drive to Winter Park, and home later in the day to enjoy the private hot tub! Could not recommend this place more!!

Overall excellent condo, excellent location and very good value for the price. Our only issue was slight lack of cleanliness in both bathrooms. Very minor but still immediately noticeable. All things considered would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again

Amazing stay! Came in for a girls weekend in Denver and had a blast. Could not have asked for a better airbnb. Lots of towels and blankets, which always seem to be lacking from other airbnbs. Great area that is very walkable and felt very safe. Loved it!

Our original spring break plans fell apart… Last minute we booked with Brandon. I think at 2:00AM….we decided to not to try another flight. And just drive up to Winter Park. I woke up with a message that he accepted our reservations with only 12 hour notice. He also knew that my family was going to hit the slopes in the morning but, I wasn’t. He offered to coordinate an earlier check in for me. This unit is very nicely decorated and clean. There are lots of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools to cook and make coffee or tea. But, we most took advantage of being able to walk to the restaurants near by. It’s conveniently located by the nice trails, market and restaurants. I booked this place thinking of me, not so much for my boarders. But, the drive to board was just 5-10 minutes away. There is also a free bus. My family loved the location! Thank you Brandon!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place near Winter Park resort. The home was lovely, clean, and well stocked. We would stay again!

Casey’s place is incredibly convenient and the inside is exactly as advertised. Very nice beds and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to park just 10-20 meters from the elevator and then find the place on level 3 just a short distance from the elevator. When you’re staying here, you walk out directly into the base of Winter Park so you’re right at the gondola, Starbucks, and the base lodge. The place is spacious. We had two people, but the sofa bed would have made it comfortable with four. Casey is friendly and easy to work with. We will be back.

Ideal spot in Downtown Denver! Just a quick and easy walk to Larimer Square, the 16th Street Mall, and Union Station. If you're flying into DIA, the train takes you straight to Union Station for just $10, and it's only a 3-4 block walk to the condo – super convenient! The condo itself was absolutely charming and had everything we needed for a perfect home away from home. Downtown Denver is fantastic! Our favorite neighborhood to walk to was LoDo, with its abundance of amazing restaurants. We’d love to return and stay at this wonderful location again!

Fantastic stay in Winter Park and even better skiing. The condo is very close to the rec center with laundry, hot tubs, and a pool. The Lift shuttle also stops there. The condo was well equipped, very nice kitchen and cooking supplies. Loved the fireplace and with the large space heater we were never too cold! I would return anytime!
