Avery’s place was absolutely perfect for our family’s ski getaway! The condo is exactly as described, and the photos truly represent the space. The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short drive to Winter Park, plus you’re within walking distance to a lovely park and several great dining spots. Inside, the condo was warm and inviting, with a thoughtfully organized layout and vaulted ceilings that gave it a spacious feel. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. We made breakfast each morning and even cooked two dinners, and had no trouble finding everything in the kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the couch was a great bonus—perfect for everyone to relax and watch a movie after a long day on the slopes. Avery was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and being quick to respond. We’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Todd and Cindy were flexible with my arrival schedule. The place is very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Comfy den area to relax in. Complete privacy. Very convenient location. Occasional slight noise from upstairs but nothing that disturbed our stay. We hope to be back!

My boys and I had the time of our lives skiing Winter Park for their first time. Erin’s place is so convenient and we were able to easily walk to the slopes each day. The close location was key after long days on the slopes. The bed was very comfortable and I loved being able to take a soak in the tub after skiing. Erin is very friendly and very responsive to any question or need we had. We would definitely recommend Erin’s place for lots of fun and can’t wait to visit again!

Prestige, beautifully decorated home that worked great for all three generations of our family. A very eclectic neighborhood that was very close to great restaurants, museums and activities. Probably the best stocked kitchen that I have encountered with any Airbnb. The layout was perfect which allowed for open family space but privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor patio with hot tub. 5 star ratings!

It was the perfect place to get business women together for a mastermind. Everyone slept great and had plenty of room in this house. We spent most of our time in the living room and dining room, which speaks a lot to the cozy energy of the home. Thank you for being so communicative, Mark! That alone made the stay a good one!

We're from the area and needed a temporary house for 5 weeks while waiting for our new home build to be completed. I initially contacted the host to inquire about flexibility as we had some specific requirements given our situation. Benjamin was very responsive and quickly confirmed our request could be accommodated and we booked as fast as possible since this location kept us local to schools, work, and our community. It isn't easy to be between homes, but the Rocky Road house was comfortable and well-equipped, enabling us to go about our daily lives as usual. Any time we had questions or needed help, Benjamin quickly responded and provided support. Having access to the garage was extremely useful due to Colorado winter weather and we were able to work from home without any connectivity issues. Additionally, the home is in a very quiet location.

Jessica's place was great for our stay! We had a group of 5 girls and had plenty of space and also enjoyed the hot tub and theater room. We also were going between Boulder and Denver and this was a perfect in between location.

This place was absolutely wonderful and truly a blessing during a challenging time. Our mother was preparing for major surgery to remove cancer, and having a peaceful and beautiful space to spend time with family before the procedure made all the difference. The home provided a comforting and serene atmosphere, allowing us to relax and connect with one another. We are so grateful for this lovely retreat and for the opportunity it gave us to create special memories together. Steve-Os house was wonderful and extremely comfortable! The house was well equipped and conveniently located between Boulder and Denver. It was a 1 hr drive to Eldora for skiing. We also loved relaxing in the HUGE hot tub. We had tons of fun playing all games too! We would definitely stay here again!

This unique house is a great option for large groups, there are tons of beds and bathrooms and a big backyard and gameroom. We could have been comfortable with twice as many guests as we had. For the price it was a good value for what we were looking for. The host was welcoming and responsive.

Used to spend a weekend skiing at Winter Park resort, was an easy drive getting to the resort and plenty of space for all of us.

The perfect stay for our weekend in Estes. The cabin is wonderful! Quiet, immaculate and close to everything. Great host that is very responsive. We definitely will be back!

I needed a place to stay in Estes Park for a conference and Black Canyon Inn exceeded my expectations. They were very helpful and everything was perfect. It felt so comfortable and homey and I am going to recommend it to everyone I know who wants to visit the Rocky Mountains. I am going to miss the Jacuzzi bath and the comfortable atmosphere. This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you again for hosting me!

This is a great place! Location feels very private and peaceful with gorgeous views and is still very close to town with a number of great restaurants and options in town.

Spent a weekend here and really enjoyed our stay. Nice location close to all of the action in Estes Park, but also just enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning. Great view. Nice spacious, equipped kitchen for preparing meals (breakfast for us). The space was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again!

Great host, answered all of my questions within minutes. The convenience of having the shuttle pickup 5 feet from our door was just unreal. Caught some great powder! Will definitely be coming back

This is maybe my favorite Airbnb of all time. The views are better than the pictures, the unit is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is the best equipped that I’ve ever come across. The day before we left we had a herd of about 100 elk grazing in the pasture right behind the unit. Simply amazing!
