Отличное тихое место. Рядом море, что отлично для прогулок. Огромный плюс в том что можно с домашними питомцами.

Отличное расположение у воды, рядом хороший ресторан, много парков. Трамвай до центра за 15-20 минут. Квартира удобная, функциональная, просторная, все что надо для жизни есть.

I stayed at Madis' apartment for 5 months and this was not just an excellent listing but a home away from home. The apartment is actually cozier than it seems in the photos and was equipped with everything a guest could ever need. Madis had also stocked frozen handpicked delicious Estonian berries in the freezer ! He met me at the apartment and explained everything I needed to know for my lengthy stay in Tartu. The building is situated just by the beautiful river beach. If you are a walker like me , the place is ideal for a brisk refreshing walk to the city center in the morning and in the evening. You can also enjoy the view and the stunning sunsets from the balcony in the summertime.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, making everything super easy for us. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Mega peatumispaik, lisaks saun, kus on tore vaade linnahallile ja merele. Kõrge korrus annab vajaliku privaatsuse. Väga palju ruumi ja kõik vajalik olemas. Ideaalne peatumine, kui soovid palju jala liikuda, sest kõik on lähedal. Autoga liiklejatele on suureks plussiks parkimiskoht kinnises sisehoovis.

Die Wohnung ist sehr neuwertig, mit viel Liebe stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt beim schönen Fuss- und Radweg nach Pärnu City Center in einem neuen, modernen Quartier. Zudem positiv zu erwähnen sind der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Quartierstrasse sowie die beiden Fahrräder, welche kostenlos benützt werden können. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen.

The place was absolutely nice with stunning view of old town. But the best part would be Aleksei, he's the greatest host with smooth conversation and helpful. Highly recommend

we had an amazing time. this is a peaceful place and the house is beautifully equipped with everything one could need. still, it is reduced to what one could need - we loved it! the sauna house was amazing as well, we loved everything! We got fresh fish from the local fisher and local brewed beer. we would always come back and enjoyed our stay!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kaire's wooden chalet, it was nothing short of magical! Waking up to the serene beauty of the forest & the fresh sea air was such a refreshing experience. The chalet is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, from a cozy fireplace to a well-stocked kitchen & hot sauna - the attention to detail is remarkable. The house is impeccably clean, the outdoor area is beautifully maintained! It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, offering a peaceful retreat that feels like your own private paradise. Suurepärane koht - mõnus ja täpselt nagu piltidel, k.a saun. Kõik vajaminev oli olemas. Ideaalne puhkus koos seltskonnaga. Majutaja oli väga hooliv ja vastutulelik meie seal oldud aja jooksul kui ka enne. Vastas kiiresti ja pakkus lahendusi. Kindlasti lähen võimalusel sinna tagasi! Soovitan seda majutuskohta kahe käega!☺️

Imeline asukoht. Jõgi, mets ja heinamaa on väga lõõgastavad. Saun on üks parimaid, milles olen käinud. Grilli asukoht maja suhtes ka ideaalne. Külastasime talvel. Kõik läheb kiirelt soojaks ja väga mõnus oli.

Väga armas ja hubane majake! Sees oli kõik vajalik olemas: nõud, rätikud, toidukile, sool, tee, kohvi jne jne. Väljas ümberringi nagu tõeline muinasjutuline maa: lumised puud, jõeke :) Miinuseks märgiks seda, et teisele korrusele pääseb vaid õuest ning seal ei ole eraldi WCd.

Sehr schönes Haus mit grossem Umschwung. Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden und daher sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss ist eine gute Alternative zur Dusche im Obergeschoss. Julia war stets sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können das Haus sehr weiter empfehlen, besonders auch für Familien ist es sehr gut geeignet.

I stayed at Tõnus's place for a month. The apartment is so cozy, I felt right at home. One of the coziest places I ever stayed at (and I stayed in many places over the years!). I enjoyed watching sunsets with a cup of tea by the side. The apartment is on the last (5th) floor, so you get a view of the sea with no obstacles in-between. The tram and bus stop is 10 minute walk away from where you can reach every part of the city. Top-notch, highly recommend!

The place was exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious! Beds were very comfortable. The host was very quick at responding to messages and very polite. If I visit Tallinn again I would be sure to book again!

The house/apartment and the backyard are top-notch! Kids also liked it. The only thing that could be better for maximum people counts is the kitchen/dinner area size. The apartment is ideal for 4 people in that regard. Otherwise enough room for all, especially by the garden table on the outside terrace. I would also love the proper fencing for the property/parking. Those with motorcycles could be a little worried. All other things are good with no problems.

Suurepärane, hubane, puhas, valge ja meeldiv võimalus täielikuks puhkuseks. Mõnusad pehmed voodid, avarad ruumid. Kõik vajalik ja rohkemgi veel olid olemas. Rahulik, vaikne ja meeldejääv nädalalõpp mõnusa saunaga. Meie pere on tänulik ja soovitab kogeda 🙂

Super clean, beautiful and cozy apartment. Enjoyed every minute of it. Perfect location. Beautiful sea view. There's everything you need. Would defenitely go back.

Ich war vier Wochen in der Unterkunft von Vallo direkt am Kalarand Beach. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich exakt genauso wie auf den Fotos. Sehr modern und gleichzeitig doch gemütlich eingerichtet alles neu und extrem sauber. Ein schönes Sofa und ein sehr gemütlicher Sessel, sogar mit Kissen und einer Decke. Ganz wichtig: verschiedene Lampen und viel Licht. Die kleine Terrasse mit zwei Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch geht auf die Kalarana Plaza. Überhaupt ein sehr modernes und schönes neues Wohnviertel direkt am Meer. Das Schlafzimmer hat Verdunklungvorhänge, was im Juli wirklich wichtig ist. In der neuen, vollständig ausgestatteten Küche kann man hervorragend kochen. Es gibt sogar Brettchen und ausreichend scharfe Messer. Nur eine Mikrowelle wäre noch schön, ist aber in anderen Airbnbs in Estland auch meistens nicht vorhanden. Die Wohnung und Vallo als Gastgeber kann ich sehr empfehlen.
