Estoril : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We stayed at Joana's place for a short trip with 2 kids. Had breakfast on the balcony, took hot showers, got some laundry done, cooked in a beautiful kitchen, drank coffee, and had some great family time. Joana's place is right in the middle of it all, accessible street, with lots of shops, safe to walk around, and most importantly surrounded by Portuguese Custard Tart shops. You cannot ask for anything more than that. Would gladly book again!

Great place to stay if you're on holiday in the Cascais area. All amenities (restaurants, shops) within easy reach and quick access to public transport. The location is also easily accessible to Uber drivers for painless pickup/drop-off. Easy access to Lisbon center and Sintra national Park via Uber/bus. The flat is also very comfortable and modern. Bridgett was extremely informative and responsive to requests. Thoroughly recommend

Fantastic place and host, lovely stay

Everything was really good, clean, we had all we needed. It looks exactly like in the picture. The host was really nice and helpful.

The apartment is as described, in a residential district so overlooked by a number of apartment blocks, but you do have the view of the river between them from the terrace. It’s on the second floor, so some stairs to climb, but no problems manoeuvring the luggage up and down. The location is fine; it’s a built-up city so there’s going to be some noise, but other than one night, it was very peaceful. It’s easy to walk down into Alfama and the Moorish District and the 28 tram stops in the square at the top of the hill. We didn’t visit, but there’s a small local’s bar a few doors along the street with a mini-market that seems to stock EVERYTHING on the opposite corner. If you want a great breakfast or perfect take-away smashed burger, visit Neighbourhood on the Main Street.

The apartment is good. It has everything what you need for a long term stay. There are a lot of sun during the winter (even for the -2 floor). Paulo is a great host, very communicative and always answered our questions. The TV and the sofa infront are perfect for spending the evenings, while the terrace is super nice for breakfasts (say hello to the cat which will definitely visit you). Good bathroom with a heater. The only downside is the mold, which appears in the bedroom. We stayed for one month and it grew significantly during this time. However, it is a very common thing for Portugal.

I really enjoyed my time in this cozy apartment. It was a solo trip and it had everything I needed, even an iron and ironing board, hair diffuser, fully equipped kitchen, etc. I loved the green square in front of the house, it was calm, beautiful and perfect to buy a morning coffee and interact with locals. For my next trip to Lisbon, I will definitely consider booking one of the Cheese & Wine apartments again!

Fuimos unos días con la familia por fin de año y nos fue excelente. La casa es muy grande y cómoda para una familia. La comunicación con el host fue fluida todo el tiempo. Ojalá podamos repetir en verano para aprovechar la piscina. gracias.

Das kleine Haus ist wirklich charmant und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden. Es befindet sich relativ nah am Bahnhof (gut für Ausflüge mit Zug oder Bus), ist aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wer viel Wert auf Tageslicht legt, könnte enttäuscht sein (die Fenster sind nicht so groß, was im Sommer bestimmt vorteilhaft ist). Clever gemacht: das "Versteck" für Eimer und Wäscheständer in der Duschkabine. An die metallene Wendeltreppe zur Schlafetage haben wir (beide über 70) uns besser gewöhnt als gedacht. Bei Problemen oder Wünschen reagierten die Gastgeber Ana und Raphael schnell.

We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and being surrounded by trees and nature. The pool was lovely and had excellent amenities next to it (shower, WC, small fridge & sun loungers). The host Pedro was very friendly and helpful. We will go back.

Situated in a quiet area of town, local supermarket only a short distance and a lovely peaceful walk to the centre of the bustling, beautiful town of Cascais. Accommodation was clean, spacious and perfectly suitable self catering. The small pool was a bonus

We had an absolutely incredible stay, hosted by Sebina and Lee. From start to finish, they were so thoughtful, attentive, and communicative, making us feel right at home. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was spotless, and having easy access to laundry and a washing machine was a huge bonus for our family. There is a nice pool and bbq that sits among pine trees. The area is so peaceful and picturesque—it truly felt like we were living inside a painting. It was the perfect home to settle into for a bit. The location is ideal too. Colares itself is a charming town with great restaurants and cafes, and it’s just a 25-minute drive to Cascais, 35 minutes to Ericeira, and 45 minutes to Lisbon. Plus, the Sintra train station is a short drive/uber away. We can’t recommend enough. Sebina and Lee are amazing hosts, and the house and location are perfect. We wish it wasn't booked out so we could have stayed longer.

We loved it- cozy, clean space with a great heated pool. Great communication and very helpful and friendly.

Although there is some graffiti in the neighbourhood, we never felt unsafe, and we often came home quite late at night. The condo is in great condition and is well located a few minutes walk from the Cacilhas station including the ferry terminal. Simone was wonderful to deal with and we happily stayed there for 6 nights. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Diogo’s apartment is great! It is in a great location and is well appointed and decorated. It has everything to make you feel at home. The furniture is nice and solid and comfortable. The kitchen has all of the cookware you need to make meals and best of all, there is a grocery store across the street that has all you need, including a nice butcher shop. I bought some of the best pork loin there. Another nice feature of the location is the pastelaria located next to the apartment building. A good coffee maker is available in the apartment but I enjoyed walking to the pastelaria every morning for my coffee. Checking into the apartment was easy and Diogo was very responsive, answering all my queries within minutes. I had a small issue with the shower head and within a short period of time, Diogo had a technician there to fix it. You can book Diogo’s apartment with confidence.

Laura’s place is awesome. We were looking for an apartment with parking because we rented a car. It was perfect. The apartment a very spacious, with natural light from every angle. It is not in the downtown but is within walking distance while you still can stay a bit away from touristic areas. A perfect place for families or two couples. You feel at home away from home. Laura is very responsive and provides you with good recommendations and tips around. We are looking forward to come back!

Wonderful quiet apartment in the heart of the city. Terrace for breakfast to start the day. Chen also catered for extra request within minutes. Great recommendations for the area. Highly recommended and would definitely come again!

We enjoyed a great week in Rafa’s apartment. We travelled with our daughter (1) and the apartment was perfect for our family, with a cot and high chair provided. The apartment was clean and spacious. Rafa was a great host, very friendly and full of local knowledge. Thank you Rafa for resolving the small external issue with the wifi! We would recommend for couples and for families.

Lovely spacious, clean & modern apartment. You can walk to the beach & bar (busy road to cross but there is an underpass). Supermarket & amazing bakery are a few mins away too. We stayed for a week in April 25. Pools are not heated. Hired a car to explore Sintra, Cascias and further up the Lisbon coast. Lots of parking at apartment. Safe area. Lovely little garden backs on to road but otherwise peaceful. We got the train into Lisbon from Sao Pedro do Estrorli several times.

Second time staying. Amazing apartment. Excellent host. Great location and community. Lot of light. Spacious. Nice garden.

An amazing property with loads of room, lots of large windows, clean, updated, and cafe across the parking lot, and only 4 mins to town. And the size of the wrap-around terrace was huge! Many sunsets were watched from this terrace. Communication was virtually instant with the owners/management, and directions to the property and instructions for entry and the electronic entry devices were easy and exactly as decribed. All we had to do was show up and enjoy our stay. There was nothing to worry about and no issues whatsoever. Would stay here again without a second thought! Thank you, Hailey!
