10/10 would recommend! Not only is the home perfect for any family looking for fun activities and a great location, but Jerry was also an outstanding host. He made everything easy with a smooth check-in process and went above and beyond to set us up for a successful stay.

This house has so much to offer! We visited for medical reasons but also wanted to unwind. The backyard is thoughtfully designed with multiple seating areas, fire pits, a gas grill, outdoor games, hammocks, a pool, and a large hot tub with great lighting. Everything was stocked and ready to use. Inside, there's foosball, arcade games, and a large TV. The decor is fun, and the kitchen is one of the best-equipped we've seen—perfect for family gatherings. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the pool heating. One thing to note (though out of the host’s control) is the high number of bees, especially in the evening. This may be a seasonal issue, but despite being cautious, one of my children stepped on a bee on our last night. Additionally, two out of four in our group were bitten by fire ants while walking barefoot on the turf. Something to keep in mind if you have allergies to either. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home!

Our family had a great stay! It was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the big long table for our family breakfast. We loved that there were 3 restrooms so we all had enough time and space to get ready. The kiddos loved the games and toys. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We hope to stay again for our next AZ visit.

Laura’s place was perfect for our stay over New Years Eve! Her place was clean and free of clutter. Her backyard was perfect for our dogs with a spot for them to do their business and a jacuzzi that was an extra bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful and the area was nice! Thanks for a great stay! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Staying here was the absolute perfect choice. Every morning my son and I walked the neighborhood and even walked to a playground. Carolann went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our stay was amazing! We couldn’t find one of the remotes and she was so quick to try to help. We still couldn’t seem to locate and next thing you know, there was a new remote, fruit and chocolates, on the front porch. Are you kidding me? So thoughtful and the definition of great hospitality!

My friends and I booked this place for my bachelorette. We had such an amazing stay. The place is even better in person. Stunning backyard. Melissa was so kind and very responsive. I would totally stay there again. It also seems like a great place for families to stay.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay and Nathan was an incredible host. His home was so convenient for our entire family while attending Spring Training games at Camelback Ranch with our World Series Champions LA Dodgers. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and the kitchen/living room areas were very spacious. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for making our trip an awesome experience !!!

Great place to stay. Felt safe and secure in gated lot. Beds were comfy Kitchen was nice with a bar seating. Easy access to freeway and central in Phoenix area.

Joseph was very communicative throughout the entire process with questions, and helped us very quickly. This place was perfect for a small group, and it is very centrally located near many things to do, and places to eat. The pool was an amazing plus, and the check in/ check out was a breeze.

This was our first visit to Phoenix (visiting a friend), and it won't be our last. James' Airbnb is perfectly situated in the historic district, and the entire property is peaceful and well-kept. We stayed in #4, and it was exactly what my husband and I were looking for: a cozy, clean, and quiet little place with a comfortable bed and all of the small but vital amenities (coffee, soap and shampoo) that make a stay convenient and comfortable. A designated parking spot in the alley behind the property made everything easier, too. Every morning I spent time with my coffee and a book in the enchanting garden, enjoying the sound of the fountain and the cooing of doves and pigeons. Communication was excellent, and all instructions very clear. Overall, this was a fabulous stay, and we can't wait to go back next year!

Fantastic stay! We were in town from Houston celebrating our son’s 21st birthday, and this one-bedroom Airbnb in North Central Phoenix was exactly what we needed. Super clean, stylish, and spacious—perfect for resting, getting some work done, and unwinding with our favorite shows. It was also a great home base for heading out at night. The location is a gem—walkable and full of local flavor. We walked to nearby coffee shops, grabbed breakfast at Dawn’s Bakery, had sushi at a nearby spot, and ate twice at Little Miss BBQ (it’s that good!). Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a fun local vibe.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

Great location! Had issues with parking (someone parked in our reserved spot the whole time we were there), but hosts were responsive. We ended up trying to find spots that didn’t belong to anyone and also parked in visitor parking. That was a bit stressful, but other than that, it was a great location close to some really cool restaurants and shops.

Jared the best host ever never disappoints me. I love the animals and the beds are amazing. Best Airbnb ever!!
