Great little apartment not far from anywhere you would want to go in the Phoenix area! We stayed here for spring training and it was a great location and nice place to unwind.

This is my third stay with Tiko and once again it was AMAZING! I love this particular stay because I feel super safe and it’s peaceful. I love how everything is always spotless and any questions I have are answered very quickly. I highly recommend booking! You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

The apartment is cute, king bed comfortable, close to stores and restaurants, friendly neighbours and the grounds are well kept. The location within the complex is good along with the designated parking space. There are other available spots if you have a 2nd vehicle or visitors. We had a couple minor things that needed attending and it was taken care of the same day. Laundry facilities are just around the corner close to the pool. Please note there are stairs leading up to condo so would not work for anyone that has accessibility issues. We would stay again!

Great place. Everything at walking distance

The apartment was clean, spacious, I liked that it had its own parking spot. A lot of stuff to do within walking distance. The host made it easy for us to check in and was very informative about everything.

Everything from start to finish was great, everything was as described and the location was perfect for our needs (grocery, walking/biking trails practically next door). The condo is tastefully decorated, the kitchen has many amenities and is very functional, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was as described. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly, which made our stay even better. The few times we needed to communicate Fernando was prompt with his responses. Highly recommend!

Stephanie’s condo was absolutely fantastic! We stayed here for two weeks while visiting our daughter and new grand baby. From the moment we booked our stay to our departure, everything was seamless. The home was cozy, clean, and as pictured. Stephanie gave excellent instructions on entering into the property as well. We loved the handwritten card upon arrival and all of the water, snacks, and amenities. It was such a personal touch that goes a long way. Stephanie’s attention to detail and overall customer service was phenomenal. She checked in on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made our experience an enjoyable one. We are already planning to come again to stay here during the holidays. 10/10 would highly recommend staying here next time you are in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

Great place for what we needed. There for a family reunion so the location was great for us, it was very clean and in working order. Kyle was very responsive, quick to get back to me. Kyle's place was very nice perfect for 4 people. Stores are close for food and gas, I'm not much of a shopper so didn't pay attention if there were shopping stores. Thank you Kyle..

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

Lorelei’s condo made for a perfect stay! Everything about it was just right… SUPER clean, fantastic location, designated parking spot and seamless check-in. There is a lovely private outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is very well stocked- and a Keurig with plenty of pods! The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are pristine. The complex was very quiet- never heard any of the neighbors. The layout of the unit provided privacy for both bedrooms and their attached bathrooms. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was priceless. My husband and I enjoyed the condo so much that we want to return and spend an extended time. It is obvious that Lorelei put a lot of thought into making this the perfect place to call your home away from home.

Great location, well equipped condo that had all we needed. The host was responsive when we had an issue. The check in instructions were clear with photos. Would recommend.

I stayed at Kristal‘s place for 10 weeks. It is full of light and is very beautiful. I loved looking over the pool and used it several times. I also use the workout room which was full of equipment . Both the pool and work out area were rarely used by the residents. Kristal keeps the place extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. Kristal was very responsive with any questions . She provided everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There was high-speed Internet too. The location is walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops in a vibrant urban setting. The light rail is walking distance away. I was sorry to leave and would highly recommend this place.

A perfect stay at Jackson’s place. You can’t ask for more - fun, relaxing, beautiful, etc. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have stayed in Arizona many times but i believe we have found our favorite place! The views from the master balcony is amazing!!! The pool is amazing is heated! The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back

Pou was a great host and was very helpful and accommodating to our large travel group. The countertop snacks were a delight and much appreciated as we had a very long travel day when we got there. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be available next spring for more baseball.

We had a great time in this home. It had large bedrooms and all of the amenities were listed accurately. Neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the full kitchen and the pool table. We are already planning on coming back to this exact home next year. Backyard was amazing.

Jared's home is decorated in a hacienda style which we love. It is within a very easy walk to the lake, and by car you can quickly access grocery store, restaurants, starbucks, etc. Ample room for a family to gather in the family room and a great long table for family to enjoy dinner or play board games. We had a couple of our dinners outside on the patio, and enjoyed watching humming birds, doves and quail, do their thing. The general set up of the house, worked perfectly for our needs...
