This was the perfect stay for it being my first time in Phoenix, it made it very easy due to the fact that it’s only 7 minutes from the airport. This location is in the middle of everything but still in a quiet peaceful location. The unit I stayed in was very clean homey and even had a lot of privacy. I also felt very safe and secure since the unit is located behind the main house and has a nice gate that is key entry access only. The home was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook clean and to make myself comfortable… The host is so sweet friendly always responds promptly and was very considerate for allowing me to do an early check in. I would definitely stay here again and plan to book once I’m in town again. Definitely a 5 star stay for a solo trip or a couple stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to catch some Spring training games in Peoria and Surprise. Garage parking was also a plus.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Communication was excellent. Easy straightforward checkin instructions. They also provided a heads up that there would be an event happening that evening around the building. Perfect experience.

I stayed here for about a month and half while in the area for work. It was perfect for me. Good location in a quiet neighborhood that I could walk around in. The apartment itself was exactly what I expected, good kitchen space and a comfortable bed. Greg couldn’t have been better. He reached out to see if I needed anything weekly, swapped out towels for me, and left some snacks, waters, eggs, and coffee for me when I arrived. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great place! We went for a festival and it was perfect! Quiet! Had a pool we could sit at (it was a bit too cold to go swimming).. our gracious hosts were very responsive to our texts and we loved the place! I would recommend to tighten the front door doorknob and have cleaners clean around the bathroom trashcan (just a bit of trash around the trashcan that wasn't ours but very small) but other than that, we had a blast!

The place was super easy to find and it was spotless! The price was also really reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay at Kristina's home. It is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and very spacious. We had everything we needed.

Pou was a great host and was very helpful and accommodating to our large travel group. The countertop snacks were a delight and much appreciated as we had a very long travel day when we got there. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be available next spring for more baseball.

Mike’s home was perfect for our weekend stay. Close to Phoenix Raceway and MLB Spring Training sites. Mike was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great house with plenty of room, inside and out were well maintained. Minimal noise coming from freeway and no noise from neighbors. A great place for a family stay!

Had a good one night stay. It’s a basic unit but just what we needed. There is a small bedroom and small sitting room. No door on the bedroom. Internet worked well. The best part was how responsive and helpful Fernando was. He assisted us with a special request and did so efficiently and with great communication. Location is near university but this particular set of apartments is a bit downmarket compared to the rest of the neighborhood. But just fine for a brief stopover.

Excellent place in a beautiful community with great amenities. Bethany was a responsive host. Place was clean and has everything you need. Highly recommended for other guests!

Joel was the best host. Always checking in making sure we had everything we needed. Was always quick to respond if a question did come up. Very spacious and comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The place is just as described, and felt very comfortable. Shaun gave very detailed instructions on how to find the place and to check-in, I appreciated the attention to detail. It was an easy 20 minute walk to Scottsdale stadium and Old Town.

This condo was a great stay! Located right across the street from Fashion Square, an easy mile-ish walk to either Old Town Scottsdale or the more built up restaurant area near Fashion Square. The description was very accurate, instructions for finding the place were good and very clear, easy to get in to the place and find the parking. The space is quite large and was very comfortable. A fully stocked kitchen (including a kettle which many American rentals don't have!), comfortable furniture, toilet on each floor, and large bedrooms with closet and drawer space make it a great value. I took a couple work calls and had no issues with the WiFi. The only time I had any observations if something wasn't perfect (everything was fine and functional!), the team responded straight away and asked how I preferred they address it (come over during the stay/straight away or wait). The hosts were friendly, gave us a local guidebook, proactive, and communicative. Great stay and hosts!

Greta’s place was great for what my daughter and I needed. We really appreciate that the place was pet friendly! The space is a ground floor unit in a condo complex. There was some noises from the unit above, but nothing overly distracting. Overall, we had a nice experience at Greta’s place and would recommend to others! A great quaint breakfast place is a walk away as well!!

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
