Peaceful what I was looking for for my holiday can’t wait to go back

Bronwyn met me at check in time. Gave good instructions. The few times I had questions (e.g. regarding the AC and the loadshedding instructions) she responded quickly and addressed the issue.

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredible team Khati and Mak who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out. The homeowner is an absolute delight—cheerful, kind, and always ready to help. The house itself is a stunning gem, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm. But the highlight? The breathtaking view that greets you every day. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by—it was like something out of a dream! This place is a true slice of paradise. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Oh my goodness! Book this spacious and beautiful accomodation in Umdloti - you will not regret it! 😁 Excellent when traveling with children. Beach is right outside with pathway leading down to the beach. Breathtaking views. ❤️ My two toddlers enjoyed this home and the tidal pools are excellent for the children. Pictures do not do this place justice. The host Sheena, she's incredible. Will drive and come through if you need anything! I'll definitely visit again! 🤗

The place is very neat and clean. You literally feel at home.

What a wonderful weekend by the beach. Our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean was simply blissful and being able to have our family dog with us made it all the more special. My family really enjoyed the stay!

Spectacular, from the location, the views, the beach access, space, and amenities, this place is heaven for those looking for a quiet, private breakaway to a pristine area just off the M4. Also close enough to Ballito for shopping. The house is perfect for families wanting to relax and enjoy the view, and really does have all you need. Debra was also an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The place was awsome.. felt like home.. the hosts were exceptional and very kind.. always made sure that our stay was comfortable.. the home is situated directly opposite the beach which is a great plus... a big thank you to our hosts...

I don't know where to begin - views from every window, be it the sea or the beautiful city. A plethora of eateries for every palette, from high end restaurants to quick takeaway options. Shopping convenience from grocery stores to standard retail. All of this in walking distance. An example is popping out for sunscreen at Dischem, from out your door to back is literally 8 mins. And to top it all access to all the normal hotel amenities, such as room service which you can pay for on delivery. We did last minute champagne and a cheese platter 10pm at night overlooking the gorgeous city lights and the ocean. And let's not forget the slightly heated pool making a cool down plunge without having worry about icy water such a comfort. Spoils in abundance! The whole Pearls experience combined with the vibe of Umhlanga is the closest you'll ever get to Miani on an African coastline. Thank you Keith and Magesh for the breathtaking experience. It was simply unforgettable!

great location, clean and well serviced, very secure with boom gate security and entrance staff. there are some items that need maintenance in the apartment, like ligh bulbs, light switches etc.. but didn't impact us much. recomend it for an Umhlanga stay.

Lovely home with great views over the sea. Peaceful location. Feel very safe and secure within the complex, and in the local area. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place to stay with awesome views, the unit is clean, spacious and fully equipped. Highly recommended host. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We will gladly return.

We cannot recommend Jessica’s Airbnb enough and will look to stay there again the next time that we are in Durban. It is located directly on the promenade and a short walk from all of the key Umhlanga spots, in addition to being clean and well-decorated. Jessica herself was a great and responsive host.

Riani always makes us feel at home. They are very accommodating and friendly. Our home away from home when we're in Toti. will be back again next year.

We had a very nice stay in the flat. It is perfectly located next to the beach and not far from the shops. There is everything we need in the flat. It was very clean and the house keeper is doing a good job. We didn't see Shelley during our stay but she was very quick to answer to any of our queries by email. thank you very much. We'll definitely come back !

we had the most amazing holiday, I have fallen in love with Umdloti. The beach water was lovely and warm, the weather was just perfect and everywhere was so easy to get to. The apartment was just perfect, the views in the morning was to die for. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us, we loved it.

Great location with easy access to a beach that offered fantastic walks. The unit was quiet and safe with decks that had breath taking views. Close to amenities yet away from the crowds. Teresa & Brian were very responsive & excellent hosts.

Lyn is nothing but an exceptional and friendly, attentive host. She was very accommodating and made it so easy to chat to her about a few personal hiccups we experienced before arriving at her place. The staff are also so friendly and super helpful. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lyn you are a darling! Thank you for being the amazing person you are!

The place was as per the pictures and as described by host. It had beautiful views and was close to most places. The only issue was that we had to wait for the cleaning team to finish and couldn’t check in on time.

We loved this home. Such a spectacular positioning and proximity to the beach. Beautifully furnished rooms and so graciously and thoughtfully hosted by Donna and Tim. The home catered for all our needs and where anything additional was required, both Donna and Tim went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our best experience with an Air BnB home to date!

Anjani was a great host. Her house is superb and even better thank the photos. The patio is HUGE and there is everything you need. From a few spices to coffee and tea. An extra black bag for the bin and a bit of washing powder for us to use. Also a few dishwasher capsules. She thought of everything. A gas braai for the patio and an ironing board. We had a wonderful time as a family of 4 and will most definitely be back. Thank you!

Can I rate more than 5 stars?! What an AMAZING place!!! Literally like being at home, comfortable, relaxing, all the luxuries I could ask for during my stay. Definitely my preferred place to stay during my KZN visits. Super- prompt with clear instructions, zero-hassle check-in. Ticks all the boxes!!!!
