This is our second stay at Nunu’s place, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house is excellent, and the security is outstanding. We highly recommend it to others! One of the standout features of this property is the reliable water supply—both cold and hot—along with a functional power generator that activates within half a minute of any power interruptions.

I and my family stayed in this place for over two weeks during our kids' summer break. To put it simply, this is one of the finest places in Addis, offering virtually everything you could expect from a luxurious residential apartment. The cleanliness and newness of everything were remarkable. Situated just a few blocks from Bole Airport (it's practically walkable if not for the somewhat chaotic traffic), the place has complimentary indoor parking and full-time security with friendly guardsmen (Meles and Gelashow). The neighborhood offers a plethora of nearby restaurants and cafes. The host, Yonas, is an exceptional individual—friendly, well-spoken, and consistently responsive within minutes. Kudos to you, Yonas! Without a doubt, this is a great establishment offering excellent value. If/when I return to Addis, I'll certainly choose to stay here again and will readily recommend it to those dear to me.

The apartment is very big. There is a burger restaurant downstairs getting in and out is easy, very helpful host and very clean apartment. There is one thing I should mention the water pressure of the second bathroom is a bit low, but I believe the host will work on it. Thank you so much for hosting us

This place is in great location only few Km’s from the airport. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The apartment is very clean & the crew has an amazing customer service providing timely cleaning, laundry, ironing, etc. I would definitely recommend this place & stay again when I go back. Cheers!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days, great place to stay and brand new. Mahlet is very responsive and goes out of her way to assist you and make you feel right at home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Le Basilic. The staff/team make the experience feel more like a community than merely an Airbnb stay. Dereje is a communicative and proactive host who pays attention to detail and cares about your experience. Bilal the building manager is friendly, accessible and very professional. The accommodations has the attractive trappings of a hotel (like a restaurant and gym) but it truly feels like a home away from home. It is centrally located, so it’s a convenient distance from most things by ride-share and there are other restaurants and shops in close walking distance. The apartment is spacious and accurately reflected in the photos. I will definitely be returning in my future visits to Addis.

Loved this place so much I stayed a second time when I came back to Addis. It’s super clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved having a fridge to store food and microwave and dishes to use. I also enjoyed the gym and sauna. The best part, the bed. Everything is high quality. The sheets, pillows, and blanket, all so comfortable. I’ll be staying here anytime I’m in Addis:)
