I could not be happier with Lorenzo‘s apartment. The location is absolutely perfect in the centre of Florence and the apartment was lovely. Lorenzo was very friendly and accommodating and great communication

Antonio greeted us personally and was an excellent responsive host. The apartment has everything you need and is as described. The stairs to access are described in the listing so make sure you take those into account. Although there was not too difficult for my mother. Although steep. All-round wonderful location and host very clean apartment. Recommend

Wir sind für einen Florenz Stadttrip für sechs Nächte in der Unterkunft untergekommen. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt dafür. Die regelmäßige Busverbindung fährt von früh bis spät direkt an der Wohnung vorbei und diese ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt von Florenz. Die Wohnung ist trotz Stadtnähe ruhig und wunderschön gelegen. Man kann mit Ausblick auf einen toskanischen Olivenhain im Vorgarten frühstücken. Bett, Bad und Küche sind sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Highly recommend this loft to anyone who wants a such "stay as a local" vacation. It is located safely where residential lives and not away from the attractive spots. Walking within 10 mins to most of the must visit spot. The bus stations are also nearby. The host is very thoughtful with so many food recommendations.

Sabrina's apartment was absolutely fantastic, yes its a climb to get to it but well worth it. We stayed here for 2 nights and wished we'd stayed longer. The small balcony was fantastic. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, tidy with plenty space. Sabrina was very accommodating with our very late check in and arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and drop us off, seamless and very stress free. The apartment was within easy walking distance to everything, great restaurants and little cafes and shops so close. Our first night was during a thunder storm and we felt safe and unfazed by it all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is in walking distance from the congress center. Good breakfast options around the corner

Excelente relación precio-calidad. Ubicado en una zona perfecta, a pocas cuadras de todos los grandes atractivos, para llegar a pie en pocos minutos y cerca de la estación de tren para moverse fácilmente a otras ciudades.

Le séjour s’est parfaitement bien passé ! Toutes les indications de Lorenzo ont été très utiles. L’appartement est très bien placé, très agréable, et proche de toutes commodités et de la gare pour visiter les Cinque Terres ! Encore merci

Lovely stay here. Great location and lovely clean large open space. There was noise from the outside especially from flats above as only on the 1st floor but otherwise was a great stay.

We really loved this place! It is comfortable and right in the heart of it all. The view out the window is cool too!

Maurizio and his son Riccardo were very responsive and super easy to communicate with. The location can’t be beat! The parking spot was important for us and super helpful that Maurizio and his son were able to help with moving the car for us. The last night we left it at the parking garage right down the street, for 35 euros. Thank you Maurizio!!

The Apartment is a great space, with awesome 15th century architecture. The location is wondferful, near restaurants, shopping, and tourists attractions. The hot water boiler broke during our stay and the host handled the situation promptly. I would definitely look to stay here again the next time I visit Firenze!

Great unit. Neat and clean. Washer/dryer was great to have access to. Ned was comfortable. Enjoyed location.

It was very good place and clean, i suggest anyone going to Florence to book with sidik, the apartment is big and very clean, i had a great welcoming drinks and sidik was very cooperative with me

Great hosts, very accommodating to change in our schedule. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Walkable area but on a quieter street. All in all a great experience.

What an incredible apartment, couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay in Florence. A totally unique experience, and Alfredo and his staff were so welcoming on check-in and helpful throughout the stay including booking a taxi for us on our departure. Io e la mia fidanzata, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'ospitalità di Margareth, il loft è veramente una bomboniera. Scarlino è perfetto per chi ama i borghi storici, ben servito, e si raggiunge le spiagge migliori della zona con facilità.

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.
