Etruscan Coast : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Siamo stati divinamente bene. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e cura per i particolari, è dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Ogni sera, guardare il tramonto dal magnifico terrazzino, è stato un sogno impagabile, la vista è di una bellezza struggente. Lola è stata super accogliente, molto empatica e professionale, mi è sembrato di conoscerla da sempre. Un posto del cuore. Siamo grati per tutto. Bea, Gigi w la Milù ❤️

Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

Levanto is een prachtige plek, grenzend aan het Cinque Terre gebied. We hadden goed contact met de hosts. De hosts hebben een winkel in het dorp, waar we regelmatig heen gingen om ingrediënten te kopen voor het avondeten. Appartement is goed bereikbaar met de auto of te voet. Prachtig uitzicht op Levanto en de zee.

Very nice view overlooking the bay. Be prepared to climb 103 steps from the street level by my count. Worth the effort however. To be fair almost anywhere you stay in C.T. Will require going up many steps.

L’appartamento è in una delle zone più belle e più comode di Livorno: nella piccola ‘Venezia’ con canali e barche, vicino al porto e nel centro città, con i migliori ristoranti sotto casa. L’appartamento è in uno stabile appena ristrutturato (come lo stesso appartamento) con uno stile moderno, essenziale e molto comodo. La pulizia è impeccabile. Vi torneremo sicuramente.

Franco & Elisabetta were awesome hosts. the instructions to find their place were perfect and easy (which is great for Riomaggorie's streets!!). The place was perfect for a family to rest up after a big day exploring Cinque Terra. Highly recommend

Casa in ottima posizione per accesso alle piste e alle altre attività e negozi. Casa pulita,comoda e calda. Non avrei dubbi a prenotare l'appartamento per un nuovo soggiorno in zona. Grazie

We had such a great stay at La Molina. Beautiful mountains and forests. Great places to eat in walking distance. Trattoria Luciana is fabulous for home cooked food and a great bar, cafe. Farnocchia as well. Andrea is a really nice guy and responded immediately and was very caring. The house is very characterful and traditional, and well furnished. We enjoyed the log fire, even though the house was naturally warm without it in October. We didn’t need to use the central heating. The parking space by the road is great and you need to carry bags across the bridge to the house, which was fine for us. The river would be a great place to swim in summer. The walking in the mountains is very special. You’d need months and months to walk all the very well signposted paths. We are missing it already!

Firstly, Andrea is such an excellent host and person! We are so thrilled with our stay and experience in Palaia. The small village experience was exactly what we were looking for. A true genuine Italian experience. The food in this town is unbelievable and even has a restaurant with Michelin stars. The Airbnb itself is so perfect. Beautiful garden, hot tub, and pool. The views are so special as well. Highly recommend visiting this place in Palaia.

Five stars for serene, spacious and spotless. We stayed six nights and could easily have stayed two weeks. If you are looking for rest and relaxation very close to the sea, the mountains and towns, this house is the place for you. The house is very large, well stocked and furnished and not a spot of dust or dirt. A great base for the entire Liguria region. Awesome host. Must see: national park, regional park and the Carrara marble quarries.

We had an incredible experience as a family. The home was wonderful, everything was close by, and we got to experience Tuscany. The best part of all, which I highly recommend to everyone, was the cooking and dining experience with Viola and Raymondo. They were amazing hosts, and my kids loved it. It was the most fun experience we had as a family! Thanks so much for all Nada, Viola and Raymondo!! Will come back again for sure!!

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Federica et très accueillante, nous a donné des indications claires pour faciliter l arriver. Pleins de coins sympa à visiter et petits restaurants locaux très charmant et délicieux 😋. Logement avec un carde sympathique et très bien équipé, avec une très bonne literie.

Appartamento pulitissimo, la proprietaria Angela, molto gentile e premurosa, ci ha fatto trovare anche qualcosa per la colazione, posizione comoda per girare Lucca a piedi.

Ho prenotato l’appartamento di Giovanni per un weekend con il mio compagno alle Cinque Terre. L’accoglienza é stata impeccabile. Sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno Giovanni é sempre stato reattivo dandoci consigli utili su come muoverci. La casa é estremamente carina: abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente in ordine e gli spazi erano curati nei minimi dettagli (oltre che super puliti!). Siamo stati accolti anche con un omaggio per la serata: una bottiglie di ottimo vino! Un gesto davvero molto gentile! Sicuramente torneremo!

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

I cannot recommend Marusca’s enough! Our stay in Italy was made even more wonderful thanks to her warm hospitality and thoughtful gestures. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and filled with little touches that showed just how much she cares about her guests. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and she was genuinely excited to share in the joy of my wife’s pregnancy, which made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for making our time in Italy so special. We would return in a heartbeat!

Excellent location, excellent apartment, but best of all, fantastic host! Caterina was very helpful and made our stay super easy. Her apartment is beautiful, spotless, and has amazing views of Siena. I wish I had stayed longer.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!

Corrisponde tutto alle foto, pulito e molto pratico. Unica cosa che migliorerei per una maggiore privacy sono tende in cucina però per il resto tutto fantastico ottimo per spostarsi ovunque in quanto si trova in pieno centro e a meno di 500 metri dalla stazione centrale, a meno di 500 metri dalla piazza centrale OTTIMO OTTIMO OTTIMO!
