Etruscan Coast : location de maisons de vacances

Romano e sua moglie sono molto gentili e accoglienti. La casa è molto carina, ampia e ben servita. Al nostro arrivo il camino era già pronto per essere acceso e la sera Romano ci ha preparato tutto l'occorrente per accendere la brace in giardino. La casa è molto silenziosa e immersa nel verde, perfetta per fare passeggiate nella natura.

Der Aufenthalt bei Elena war etwas besonderes. Die Lage bot viel Ruhe mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Style und die Kühle des Hauses im Sommer, die schattigen und Lounge-artigen Plätze ausserhalb boten fast eine Art Club-Atmosphäre. Der "Preis" dafür sind ca. 20 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Hafen von Porto Azurs.

Daniele and Simone’s place in Tuscany is beautiful. It is such a peaceful and pretty setting with amazing views particularly from the lovely terrace. Our cottage was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable beds and everything we needed. We explored some of the villages nearby as well as wineries and restaurants recommended by Simona which were excellent. We would love to have stayed another night.

The home was great - exactly as advertised. As for John and Christine, they were delightful, knowledgeable, and engaging. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and offer valuable, local's insights. Warm and friendly, they made us feel right at home. We would recommend their home to anyone traveling to Greve or Panzano.

Very nice house in a secluded part of Tuscany. Beautiful views, pool and a bbq that we used a couple of times during our stay. Bernardo was very responsive and friendly and he was always available for any questions that we had.

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

Giuliana ‘s place was lovely and we felt at home. She was very kind and warm and was there to help us with everything. Her place is very close to the sea and a beautiful green park. Plenty of good shops and restaurants were within close distance . Bus stop to other places was also really close to us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we wish to return soon.

Giulia è un host estremamente cordiale, disponibile e riservato. Il suo alloggio è esattamente quello che cercavamo: immerso nel verde e lontano dal caos ma vicino a tutto. Nonostante si trovi in mezzo al verde, le indicazioni fornite ci hanno permesso di arrivare agevolmente. Giulia abita al piano di sopra dell’alloggio affittato e quindi si ha la sicurezza di nn essere soli in caso di bisogno. I trail per le MTB sono vicinissimi, noi abbiamo sempre lasciato l’auto in parcheggio. Per la zona est dell’isola si è davvero baricentrici per ogni luogo. Plus: in cucina ci sono anche i calici: per noi, che siamo amanti del vino, è stata una piacevole sorpresa!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön in einem bewaldeten Gebiet beziehungsweise einem Olivenhain und ist auch sehr ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns das schöne Raumangebot und die schöne Einrichtung der Wohnung und des Gartens gefallen, es war vor allem auch super für unsere drei Kinder, die insbesondere auch im Garten schön spielen konnten. Silvia war immer und sofort erreichbar. In der Umgebung ist vor allem das Meer und sind die schönen Strände eine Reise wert.

Daniele was always helpful and lived close by therefore very responsive. Such a beautiful place to stay with the most beautiful view. As it is high up, I would definitely recommend hiring a small car - Narrow and spiralling roads. Lots of wine tasting! Close by for venturing out to Florence and Sienna.

You may come across great hosts from time to time, but it’s truly rare to meet someone like Lucilla. She was exceptionally welcoming and generous greeting us warmly with drinks and snacks, and even preparing breakfast for several days. Her dedication went far beyond what is expected of a host. As for the house, I won’t go into much detail because the photos in the listing already speak for themselves but in reality, it’s even more beautiful than the pictures. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation.

Ho usufruito dell'alloggio con amici in occasione di Lucca Comics. Facile da raggiungere, zona tranquilla, alloggio splendido e funzionale, host super disponibile, distanza più che accettabile dalla fiera (circa 15 minuti in auto). Consigliatissimo.

Host sempre presente e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi necessità, casetta accogliente, pulita, non manca nulla, la cucina è super accessoriata,compresa di lavastoviglie. Bel giardino recintato per chi vuole viaggiare con il proprio cane. Lo consiglio !!

La casa di Carla è bellissima,rifinita. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ha assecondato le nostre richieste. Ci ha dato il benvenuto con un ottimo aperitivo. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente stupiti e soddisfatti. Non potevamo aspettarci di meglio. Torneremo di sicuro! Grazie Carla!

parlando della casa tra di noi il commento è stato che è come dovrebbe essere una casa vacanze, c'è tutto e gli spazi sono sfruttati al meglio per poterci vivere.

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

Host fantastico, sono stati super accoglienti sia prima che al nostro arrivo. Sempre disponibili anche per check-in anticipato. Ringrazio di cuore per L ospitalità e per la casa nuovissima in una zona tranquillissima dove si può partire per fare una lunga passeggiata sul sentiero che parte davanti casa. Super consigliato se si vuol stare nei dintorni di Pistoia o nel centro. Vicinissimo ad ogni cosa. Lo suggerisco anche per chi viaggia con bambini. Grazie ancora per tutto!

Gaetano è stato impeccabile. Ha spiegato tutto perfettamente e ci ha sempre aiutato. La casa era bellissima, immersa nella montagna vicino a un fiume. Era una casa piccola, ma con tutto il necessario: una cucina molto funzionale, un bagno ben attrezzato e un letto comodo. Ogni dettaglio era stato pensato in anticipo, e ci siamo sentiti a casa. All'esterno c'era un giardinetto dove ci si poteva sedere e ascoltare il suono dell'acqua del fiume. Consiglio questa esperienza a chiunque voglia trascorrere del tempo lontano dalla città, in un luogo dove riconnettersi con la natura e la tranquillità.

Great location, in a local area and very easy to get around. Great restaurants and gelato right around the corner. The Airbnb was very clean and cozy. Would stay here again.
