Etruscan Coast : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Die Wohnung von Simonetta ist gut eingerichtet und es hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top, nahe beim Strand in einer schönen Strasse mit Cafés und Geschäften. Simonetta war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Marino di Campo sehr genossen.

Nytt och fräscht, nära tågstation (10 minuters promenad) och havet (2 minuter). Lugnt område, fin uteplats. Sköna sängar. Alla bekvämligheter du kan önska. Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående uthyrare. Vi fick stanna lite längre då vårt flyg gick på kvällen. Om vi hade frågor angående något var de jättesnabba på att svara och jättehjälpsamma. Bättre boende är svårt att toppa!

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

Nicola was a great host and his flat was so cute! Directions on how to get to and into the apartment was very clear. There were plenty of guides, maps, and take away menus to help us in planning our adventures and eats! The harbor view from the balcony made for a great morning/evening sights. We recommend walking down the drive and eating at La Tortuga Di Claudio. The 6-course appetizer and the sea bream were our favorite!

Enrica nagyon kedves házigazda, a megbeszélt időpontban várt minket. Mindent megmutatott az apartmanban és minden kérdésünkre válaszolt. Egy üveg chardonnay-el és ajándék táskákkal, süteményekkel, kávéval várt minket. Enrica az ottlétünk alatt is érdeklődött rólunk és válaszolt a kérdéseinkre, több éttermet, fagyizót is ajánlott. A szállás tiszta, rendezett és minden szükséges eszközzel felszerelt. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, a strandra és az éttermekhez is pár perc alatt eljutottunk. Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom, nagyon köszönjük Enrica, csodálatos volt!🩷

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Giampaolo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der alle Informationen rechtzeitig und genau gegeben hat. Zudem haben wir noch Tips zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Unterkunft war sauber, zentral und genau so wie beschrieben. Danke für alles! 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen – Morgensonne und Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand direkt beim Haus ist ein alter Hafen, gut, um kurz zu schwimmen. In der Nähe hat es dann einen schönen Sandstrand mit einer kleinen netten Bar (zu Fuss erreichbar). Ebenfalls wichtig: Laure ist eine phänomenale Gastgebern – sie bekommt 6 von 5 Sternen! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Wegen eines Streiks am Hafen waren wir in einer Notlage, und sie hat uns spontan und selbstlos geholfen. Das war absolut phänomenal und ein grosser Lichtblick in einer schwierigen Situation. Danke Laure!

Lola come host è stata superba. Con mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo e il supporto di Lola durante il nostro soggiorno davvero superbo. Gentilezza, disponibilità e serietà la contraddistinguono. Super consigliata.

Assolutamente consigliato! Posizione perfetta con vista sulla terrazza, che regala splendidi tramonti. Appartamento come da descrizione, non manca praticamente nulla. Martina e il suo babbo sono stati molto disponibili e reattivi nella comunicazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

La host Marta è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile, già prima del check-in.L'alloggio è stato restaurato da poco con materiali moderni e di qualità.La posizione è fantastica:la spiaggia(anche quella libera)è vicinissima e comoda da raggiungere, e il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungo mare(Via Italia).Ristoranti ottimi nelle immediate vicinanze e Conad proprio di fronte. Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso riscontrate (ma ci tengo a precisare che non dipendono da Marta, ovviamente!) sono state:soprattutto il venerdì/sabato sera, il quartiere è un po' rumoroso per ragazzi chiassosi e motorini sgasanti, anche perché sfortunatamente esattamente di fronte all'alloggio c'è un porticato che fa rimbombare voci e rumori, ma per fortuna Marta ha dotato l'alloggio di serramenti che, se chiusi, permettono un ottimo isolamento acustico; lo stabile è un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente non all'altezza dell'appartamento. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

Appartamento estremamente organizzato, nuovo e ben arredato. Perfetto x due coppie. Vicinissimo al centro e ben servito, con la disponibilità di un posto auto nel garage chiuso (che noi abbiamo utilizzato per le moto) ma anche di un grande parcheggio auto poco distante. La zona è molto comoda al mare ed in un'area non troppo trafficata. Federica è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo certamente!.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

Our family had a wonderful stay - the location is amazing - very close to the train station, restaurants and right on the beach. Communication was very proactive and we appreciated the walk through of the property on arrival. There is definitely a “retro” feel to the apartment, but it didn’t detract from the experience. Overall it was a great home base to explore the area.

This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.

Cozy apartment with great views. There were a lot of steps even with limited luggage but that's expected and how you get the amazing views. We struggled a bit to find in the rain from the parking garage but the host took care of everything. We were met by Sabrina and her daughter who were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything about the apartment and have some restaurant ideas. The views from the balcony and terrace were amazing and the area is wonderful. Easy to hike or catch trains from here. We miss it and would return.

Beautiful and rather special accommodation, perfectly located in Lerici. Enjoyed a very authentic experience. The view from the balcony over the bay is so pretty. Comfortable bed. Amazing shower! Francesco was friendly and responsive. Really enjoyed our stay.
