A wonderful place to stay with friends and family. The hospitality was excellent, and everyone was very cooperative. Mr. Ramesh took great care of us and made sure all our needs were met. It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Nandakishore as well. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere truly felt like home

The place is really nice and great way to enjoy nature. Deepak’s father and uncle are great hosts. The food preparation was very good and made as per our requests. The property tour was very nice. The place is good for large group outing. Deepak also shared local sightseeing recommendations and those were also good. I will surely recommend the place for those who want to get away from large city hustles for quick de-stress. I wish room windows had nets so that one could keep them open if needed without fear of insects getting inside.

The stay was awesome as it is our first Airbnb experience with our 3 year old kid. All required facilities were there, and it almost felt like our home. It was easy to cook food for our kid and ourselves, which everyone wants in a long trip. Prasanna Ma’am ensured that our stay was pleasant and explained everything in detail. She also helped us with local recommendations as we wanted a taste of the local culture. She is a true gem hosting an amazing property for travellers like us. The view from the house will make you stay and enjoy the vibe. Don’t miss the place if you are planning to do away with the Kannur and Thalassery traffic!!

When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Villa Avni. The villa was clean, tastefully designed and furnished, and had all amenities we needed. The kitchen had refrigerator, stove top, and was stocked with pots and pans that allowed us to make light meals and tea/coffee as needed. Our host, Naren, was very hospitable and tended to any requests we had immediately. He offered to show us around, though we could not take up the offer. The highlight though was proximity to the beach - we could easily walk up to it in mornings, evenings and even after dinner. It was beautiful and the section of the beach was mostly empty except for a few locals.

Had a really peaceful and relaxing time at this house. The caretaker, Mr. Ahmed deserves special mention for his warmth and hospitality. The host, Mr. Ayoob was very prompt to respond to queries regarding local sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and tranquility while at the same time being a stone's throw away from Thalassery city.
