I stayed at Sharon's property with four friends for a weekend and we had a wonderful time. Sharon communicated with us ahead of time and was able to answer any questions we had in the lead-up. The house is a two-minute drive to shops and restaurants, but set back from the road and feels quite private once you're inside. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a few appliances, and basics like tea and coffee are provided. There's also wifi and a Chromecast attached to one of the TV, as well as a selection of games and toys. There are multiple spaces for people to relax, and everything was clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for a better host.

Our stay at Seacliff beach house was exactly what we needed! Sally's home is a true escape, providing everything you could want to switch off and relax amidst beautiful surroundings. Sally was an amazing host; I was able to check in early to make a work call. She also provided great tips on dog-friendly areas, which was a huge plus! Neville, our dog, loved the front garden and the freedom to run around. We also enjoyed the breathtaking sunrises from the back garden, and watching the ocean. After wonderful walks in the surrounding areas and relaxing beach days, it was so easy to fall asleep in the comfortable beds and the soothing sounds of the ocean. Mossy Point/Broulee/Tomakin has a wonderful welcoming, friendly community. There is also so much to do in the area! Seacliff Beach house is a perfect retreat and we can't wait to come back

Stayed for just a family weekend break with a child, dog and older grandmother. All absolutely loved the residence. It was very spacious, well presented, clean and well equipped for all our needs. Perfect for our dog with an enclosed backyard and he loved exploring the property as did our son. The upper balcony has no dog gate but we used a stand alone metal gate at the premises which worked perfectly. Our son also enjoyed watching TV in all of the bedrooms equipped with one and the living room. The location was very peaceful with lovely views. Trish was proactive and responsive with everything we needed to know. Perfectly located for our visit to the Batemans Bay area in being secluded and peaceful but close to our desired destinations. No complaints whatsoever and highly recommend based on our requirements.

Beautiful House, very quiet and super clean. We felt safe and slept like logs. There is a Lovely terrasse and the street is super nice, leading you to IGA or the beach

One of the best airbnb stays and locations. I don’t want anyone else to know about this magic spot at Malua Bay. The shack is cozy, it has character, nostalgic retro vibes but does not feel too dated. It had enough modern touches to make you feel right at home. Plenty of holiday type activities. Functional kitchen and bathroom. But you will likely spend all your time at the beach or on the deck. We stayed with four adults and a toddler. The place is well suited for families. Laura is an extremely responsible and responsive host. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This little house is in a great location in Mossy Point right on the river. It's quiet and relaxing with plenty of activities nearby. We loved being able to kayak on the river right out our back door and the deck was great for dining, reading, and relaxing. We just used the main house (not the extra space in the yard), it was really comfortable and airy, and has all the basic amenities you'll need to enjoy the place. Great access to the beaches in Broulee, the IGA is close by, and there's coffee/cafes only a short walk away. David was really responsive and provided clear instructions for getting into the house, getting settled, and departing. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Lauren’s Lilli Pilli Airbnb was absolutely perfect! We spent five blissful nights celebrating our mum’s 60th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The quiet beach was just a short stroll away, making for peaceful morning walks and sunset views. Lauren was an incredible host—so kind and thoughtful, even leaving us special treats! Every detail made our stay feel extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 🌊💙🏡✨ Thank you Lauren ❤️

We had a long stay in Surf Beach- the deck and view of the ocean is lovely and the space is perfect for a family with children and a pet. Communication was great as well. Thanks again.

The location and view are absolutely stunning and the wrap around balcony and huge lounge, kitchen and dining rooms mean everyone, even in a large group can find somewhere to relax and enjoy the outlook. We even saw dolphins! The pool was lovely and the second lounge room downstairs was cool and relaxing for kids. The kitchen is very fancy, and has a great collection of things for baking and cooking, and an excellent coffee machine. The master bedroom suite is deluxe, the other bedrooms are more ordinary but still perfectly comfortable.

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Belinda is an amazing host. The place is very thoughtfully designed and very easy to feel right at home. Belinda was very pleasant to talk to and she was very generous and considerate of our living arrangements throughout our stay. We wish her all the best and hope to go for another visit soon.

We had a super time here! Kids loved the pool, and we could walk to North Broulee beach and Kayak Cafe - perfect location.

Good location and the house was fantastic entertainment house.

Great place with excellent location, only 10 minute walks from shops and restaurants. Newly renovated bathroom and comfy beds! AC in every room and small pool to cool off on hot days. Easy check-in and helpful host.

Nick and Tess were amazing hosts for our week stay in their house. Its location was convenient to the beach and shops or nearby Narooma. Our two dogs had a wonderful time in the well fenced backyard. Would highly recommend staying with Tess and Nick!

I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful retreat just few meters from the beach. The location is perfect for nature lovers, offering a tranquil atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery. One of the highlights was the frequent visits from kangaroos, which added a unique touch to the experience. The combination of serene surroundings and close proximity to the beach made it an unforgettable getaway. Highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation in a natural setting!

I loved my stay at Rosedale Hideaway. I went with my sister who had been there several times before and it lived up to her glowing description. A quiet, cosy house in a beautiful spot. I would be happy to go back.

A beautiful little house, located in a very quiet area! The back deck is the perfect spot for a drink or feed whilst enjoying the sunshine…..you may even spot a kangaroo or 2 in the neighbouring properties. The backyard is huge which was perfect for our dog. The main beaches, restaurants & shops are a short 5 min drive away.

Wonderful location, well equipped and very a helpful host. Great to have undercover parking for 2 cars. We will be back.

We had a great time at Rick’s. It’s a lovely retro, relaxed, rustic beach house - three Rs! - in a superb location. You’re surrounded by bush and the birds were amazing. Short walk (with views) to both the patrolled beach and the north Broulee beach. Best little coffee joint nearby and fish and chips at the surf club. Rick was a fabulous host and the house is thoughtfully equipped. We’d love to go again! 😎

Lovely house and great location. Particularly enjoyed the outdoor entertainment area. There isn’t any cooling on the first floor of the house which was somewhat uncomfortable, a few fans to use would have been good. Overall a great stay and would happily stay again.

This is our second stay here - as brilliant as the first. We so love the house, the area and the hosts are amazing!!! We consider them friends now. A perfect holiday.
