Such a lovely home and Mel was a great host. She was fast to respond, her instructions and guidance were very easy to follow and she provided little extras (eg. milk, bread, chocolates :) ) that were very much appreciated. The location is close enough to walk into town, but still on a quiet street. The house was exactly as described and with 4 couples, was space to spread out in the 2 living spaces but with enough room to be together without feeling cramped. The separate TV room (and the huge TV!) was great for watching the cricket/tennis. The bathrooms are wonderful with 2 containing lovely large baths for soaking. The butlers kitchen made cooking a breeze. We parked 2 cars in the garage and 2 in front easily. Would absolutely return!

We enjoyed the stay pretty much like home . The amenities provided at home are top notch and updated. Spacious interior with every thing well placed. Really appreciate the investment Anthony has made in this property and made available to the guests. Property was very well maintained and clean. This was our first time visit to Mudgee and loved the small town and reach from Anthony’s property to the town centre. Enjoyed the food provided by the restaurant at town centre . I highly recommend this property and thanks Anthony for being a great host 👍👍.

Thank you Stacey for sharing your beautiful home. Everything was perfect! The home is in the perfect location, a short walk to shops and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. It was clean and fresh. Beds and lounge were comfortable. We were greeted with a chilled bottle of local wine, cheese platter, fresh bread to name a few things and a very well equipped kitchen. Bathroom and laundry were also fully stocked. We felt at home straight away. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thanks again. Anna

My friends and I had a great stay. The cottage was surprisingly cool in the hot Mudgee sun, and we loved being a short walk from Mudgee’s cafes, bars and restaurants. There was plenty of room in the common areas for us and everything was clean / new. I’d definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Dawne's place! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main streets in Mudgee and I felt so comfortable throughout my stay. Dawne was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering great local recommendations. The small touches, like the coffee and condiments available, really made the difference and made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located place. Thank you for a great experience

Anita’s place was more than we could have hoped for. It was spacious, light filled, so comfortable and immaculately clean. Our family of 7 relaxed both inside and out enjoying the lawn for afternoon games. Spacious rooms, well stocked pantry and the beautiful wake up call from the sheep and cows near by. Highly recommend for a country get away.
