What a nice spot with a hometown feel! The space was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for any length of stay. I really appreciated how friendly, accommodating & responsive Randy was - definitely a host that you feel comfortable reaching out to. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the area.

We needed a basic place to stay for a work trip. The place was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy but Daniel was super helpful. He left some snacks and basics for us which was very nice. The large bath tub was great after a long day outside working. The place is very peaceful and the price was outstanding. It was a great value for us. We will definitely stay there again.

Really loved our stay, spacious and nice carpet for the baby to crawl on. Had a nice closet to set up our pack n play too. Only issue was the thermostat was set super high and difficult to find the right spot to touch to lower it, but I figured it out right after I messaged the host and she was quick to respond as well. Overall, definitely recommend!

Our stay at the Hobbit House was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care went into curating each room. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, making it easy to unwind, and the location was great for exploring Evansville. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a cozy, fun, and well-designed place to stay, this is it! We’d definitely come back.

Nikki’s place was perfect for a mini family reunion! The house was close to everything we needed and was perfect for our group of four that ranged from 40 to 80. We would absolutely stay with Nikki again!

Angela’s apartments are great. I have stayed in a couple of the ones that she has and both I have stayed at have been perfect. I’m also a host on Airbnb. I love staying here everytime I come to Evansville. Very quiet and peaceful stay. The place is in a nice part of Evansville and has easy parking just outside on the street. I will continue to stay here everytime I return.

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

The fireplace was very effective and inviting, especially with the cold temperatures. Bed and linens were comfortable and luxurious. The hosts were responsive with communication.
