We had a fantastic stay! Pine Island is pretty remote, but the house is in a friendly/walkable neighborhood and it was so perfect we barely left all week! The diamond of this home is certainly the lanai and the extreme cleanliness of every single space indoors + out. The screens kept bugs away, the pool/hot tub were sparklingly clean, and outdoor furniture, fans and shade made it comfortable all times of day. We also utilized the kayaks and met a dolphin! Inside the house was amazing as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (the nicest kitchenware/dishes of any rental we’ve been to), the grocery down the road is new+convenient, and the rest of the house was filled with options for fun + relaxation (PacMan?!?!). Finally, the bedrooms were super cozy and I think the tilework in the squeaky clean bathrooms couldn’t be beat! So pretty! Maybe not the right spot for beaches or big entertainment but absolute perfection for a relaxing week on the canal with our pups!

Valerie & Blair were fantastic hosts! They were super responsive and accommodating. Their place is beautiful, all recently remodeled, new & clean. We traveled with kids so the most important things to us were 1)being able to walk across the street to the beach 2) coming back and jumping into the pool 3) being able to grill and chill at home. The were several restaurants & shops nearby so easy access to anything. We went 1 direction to Ft Myers and the opposite direction to Bonita Springs! They had all the amenities you'd need and even provided beach supplies (cart & chairs & umbrella). We had such a great stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality!

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

We loved these accommodations! Loved that we were on a canal (so beautiful, and great for renting a boat for a few days), the lanai/pool was very spacious and inviting, and our experience from the very start was positive and friendly. The description mentioned 2 king beds, but there was 1, and the living room furniture isn’t what is pictured, but none of that caused any issues for us. We greatly appreciated the kitchenware that was available for use. Even though we didn’t make use of the grill, it was clean and available. So happy for the washer/dryer in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We felt very safe - wonderful neighborhood. We’d be happy to return!

The house is in a great location as it’s very walkable to the Cape Coral beach. The house is also well stocked with plates, pots, glasses as well lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Overall A+

We had an absolutely fantastic 2-week stay at Kat’s place. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs and I’ve never had a more proactive and responsive host! House was exactly as described, beautiful inside and out. Location is SPECTACULAR - easy walk to public access points to the beach, shops and many restaurants. We’ve stayed on the north end of the island previously, and much prefer this area!

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

This house was perfect for our spring break trip. It was beautiful and clean, in a great location and close to the beach. Aaron was a great host, very communicative and reminded us about important things. The wagon and beach chairs were very handy, and the private back yard pool was awesome! We walked to many places to eat and even to the grocery store one day. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our extended family group enjoyed the stay at All Decked Out home. The bathroom and bedroom combinations and the general living spaces were excellent. The outdoor spaces made for great "on location" places to vacation. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool area was a hit as well. All these items made for a relaxing vacation for all ages of our group. Lisa is amazing and always helped with questions and information. She was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful!! With a family of 7 the kids had a blast, there was so much to do between the game room, pool, beach and board games the kids were never bored. The location was perfect and just a few steps from the beach! We will be coming back next year! Johnathan was very responsive and welcoming which made the experience great.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, located within a short drive to the beautiful local beaches. We all enjoyed the heated pool, complete with floaties, and a fun basketball hoop for the kids. The home was clean, with many amenities. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

Jamie was a fantastic host! The property was spotless and well-stocked. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at his property and would happily stay again when we return. Jamie was among the most thoughtful hosts I have ever had booking through Airbnb. The home was better than the photos. Endless restaurants and shopping options surround the location beyond convenience. However, we used the kitchen and grill for most of our meals. We were traveling with our 18-month-old daughter and had everything we needed for her. The cabana was great for when we laid her down for bed. We could hang outside without waking her, and the monitor reached so we could still hear her in case she woke up. My only feedback is that I wish the pool had been warmer and that bar supplies were available for making cocktails. Otherwise, my rating is an easy ten out of ten! Thank you, Jamie

We couldn’t be more pleased with this property for our family vacation. The pictures included in the listing don’t do this place justice. Nestled in a neighborhood just across from the beach, it was the perfect location for a day ocean side or relaxing in the comfort of a private pool in the backyard. A fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable bedding, and peaceful enclosed porch makes this place a 10/10 for your FMB getaway.

Nicole’s place is the perfect location with everything you could possibly need for a family. 5 min walk to the beach, close to great restaurants, and a beautiful home. The pool was an excellent bonus for our child and the family to relax after a day at the beach. The home is spacious, clean, and Nicole has thought of everything you will need for your stay. Can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for our week long family vacation. The home was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. We loved the pool and spa and did a lot of fishing in the canal from the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed. Located on a cal-de-sac made it private and quiet which we loved. Easy 5-10 min drive to all the Marco Island restaurants and sights. Sarah was a wonderful host. Super easy to communicate with and responded to our inquires. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this house! So comfortable, VERY clean and beautiful all around. The outside covered space is so nice. We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather! One of our favorite beach rentals to date. The house is situated very nicely and the main living room couch is clean and sooooo comfortable. The house has everything we needed and more. We so appreciated the beach towels provided and also everything we needed for long days at the beach. Our family loved our first trip to Marco Island and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

We had such a wonderful time in Marco. Your house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful and it was great to have a beautiful kitchen so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was great to have our whole family together in one place. We hope to visit again in the future.

Fantastic!! Proximity to the beach is understated here, it is so close! Beautiful house, super clean, bikes and beach gear were wonderful. Lovely stay on Marco Island!

Loved our stay here is Cape Coral! House was clean and nice big beds for adults! The pool and hot tub were clean! We were surprised a little with how small the hot tub was but it still worked! Lots of fun items and beach items were available also! Our favorite part of the rental was the pontoon available for our use! Joe was very helpful with recommendations with the pontoon! We were able to navigate to sanibel and that was our highlight of the trip! Dolphins were also seen while we were close to the house as we toured the local canals! Both hosts were so very nice and helpful! Would definitely come back!

We almost didn't get to enjoy this wonderful rental. A mixup in the booking dates, however, was quickly resolved leaving practically a whole year to anticipate staying at this incredible property. The first thing that caught my eye when I saw Lisa and David's listing was the abundance of light and the proximity to the water. The next was the three king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Honestly, when you get there, the place will "wow" you because it is actually better than the photos and you will realize you didn't book it for a long enough stay. So, want to see porpoises swimming in the inlet next to the pool on the screened in lanai? How about great blue herons and pelicans fishing off the piers and the deck surrounding you? How about a short walk to the white sand ocean? The kitchen was well stocked, the beds very comfortable and the neighbors were quiet. We hated to leave, believe me. Many thanks to our responsive and kind hosts for making this available!

Our stay at Tonya’s place was perfect! The location was top notch! Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plenty of room for parking a truck and boat trailer at Tonya’s house. Launching our boat at the Boat Park was fast and easy. The store at the launch had bait, fishing items, and snacks. Goodland also has a fish market. A quaint town with lots of old Florida charm.

This place was over the top amazing! We had a family vacation and walked to the beach but also took a golf cart around the town! We used the pool and hot tub which was amazing! The beds were comfortable host was awesome, just a great experience and would stay here again in a heart beat!

We had a very nice stay in this lovely home. Very clean! Spacious enough for our family of five and the home had everything we needed!! Beautiful view out back with beautiful sunsets. Short drive to Marco Island and to numerous beaches in the area, as well as numerous restaurants. Peaceful area! We definitely recommend this home!
