Wonderful place super quiet part of town my coworkers and I were very comfortable. The dog got to play in the yard she loved that definitely made my favorites list and I will be back next time. I’m in the panhandle!!

In my wife Tami’s words. As soon as we drove down Cotton Lane we knew we had found our home away from home for the next month. Absolutely stunning setting in Old Florida countryside. The charming cottage was a perfect home base for us & our 2 pups to relax & decompress from the cold Ohio winter. Plenty of trails to explore & it was fun to visit the farm animals. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need to cook up a feast, the front porch was spacious perfect for morning coffee and a good book. Chad was an amazing, friendly host. We explored at least 8 state parks & beaches each unique in their pristine natural beauty. (all within an hour or less of the cottage) We enjoyed hometown diners & food trucks.DeFuniak Springs was a historical charming town with a paved path around the lake. Library was fascinating make sure to visit. It was hard to pack up and come home. Thanks again Chad for sharing your cottage in the woods with us. Tami, Rick, Hazel & Duece 🐶🐶

Allison’s place is the best place to stay in fairhope. Beautiful apartment in the best location. She is so sweet and helpful. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will continue to in the future!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood! Very clean and in a great location!

This is the second time we stayed, reserved a week in advance and had to make changes and it was very easy to do so! Halle truly made our stay less stressful with being so helpful with all the answered questions and crazy times during the holidays. The house is super spacious for our family of 4 and Halle was super supportive with having a few relatives over during our stay. The Holiday decorations was a very nice touch. My 1 year old loves the toys in the house and played with those more then the ones we brought. 10/10 recommend staying here as we will again in the near future!

Cristina was very attentive and accommodating. The cabin was beautiful and noticeably clean. We had to extend our stay due to weather and road closures, and she was genuinely kind and helpful. We look forward to visiting in the summer when we can enjoy all the extra amenities.

I am not one to write long reviews anymore and maybe I'm a "man of few words" - but I have to take a moment to say that this listing is one of the best in Fairhope! Karin & Kiefer do such a great job with communication and prep. The space is clean and well maintained! And considering there is an operating bar and coffee shop below the listing it's still incredible how it all works together. If you are looking for a quiet spot on a Saturday night then look elsewhere. But if you are looking for a fun spot, in the middle of town, with exciting people, well maintained property in walking distance to everything then this is your spot! And the band stops playing at 10pm anyway so there is plenty of time for quiet after that! Never change this environment! There is always such fun in the air you can't help but smile!
