Great place to stay, especially if you are spending time in Power & Light. Went for the Big 12 tournament and it was a very manageable walk each day. Charming space with everything you need - we stayed 5 days and missed nothing. Shops and restaurants are also available for a convenient meal. Bed and pullout sofa slept very well. Good use of the layout, with room to do work on your laptop, or sit on the back patio and read. Also, surprisingly good shower for a basement unit in a historic home! Great communication and fast responses with the hosts. Recommend checking this out if you’re looking for a cozy alternative to hotels in the P&L.

I love how accessible the Airbnb is. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the river market just down the street. I really enjoyed this spot for how clean and welcoming it felt walking into the Airbnb. I hope to come back to this place and visit my friends again in the future.

The house certainly was an oasis. We loved the beauty of it and the historical charm. Christine was unbelievable as a host! And Alexis was glorious as an on-property host. She lives on the main floor helped me get my elderly parents set up as I was delayed in my arrival and couldn’t have been nicer. The home was so great. I felt at home and oh, so cozy with my family. Zero noise from the floor below - I was shocked at how much it felt like we were not in a 2-flat. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore! We were just over a mile from the art museum and 10 mins from the River Market. The central location of the home was exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t have picked a better location! 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

My husband and I loved staying here! It’s in a great location and was very clean, modern, and it looked exactly like the photos. Brenda and Rob were very responsive when we had a couple of questions for them and were very kind. We highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Great overnight stay! Very nice little spot, free coffee next door. Next to a bar but no noise issues at all during our stay. Would recommend for anyone.

Chris was very responsive. The place was beautiful and the beds were so comfy! It was nice to have somewhere close to our event in KC.

My wife and I stayed at Nichole’s place and it was exactly as described. A clean and comfy home away from home. Check in was a breeze. Any questions we had Nichole answered promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Super easy check in. Home was spotless and very cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable…so much so we checked the brand to consider buying. Furnished basement with entertainment area provided added space for visitors or bigger families. The best part of this home is the location to downtown parkville. We walked to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, the park and dog park in minutes. This is definitely one of the best Air B&B experiences we’ve had. We have family in Parkville and will definitely book to stay here again!

Very responsive, easy to communicate with and very helpful

This place is a 10/10. I’ve stayed at well over 25 Airbnbs and this was one of the best ones I’ve stayed at. I loved it so much I hope to routinely return when I need to go to the KC area. Pros: •private driveway to park, just a few steps away from the unit •private, covered patio outside with table and chairs (the temp was perfect out and it was beautiful in the yard) •spacious (the added office room was incredible) •comfortable bed (and I’m picky) •amazing shower, with a large bathroom (plenty of room to get ready, felt spacious and not cramped at all) •location was the best (literally located minutes from stores, restaurants, etc) •extremely easy to find, neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe •host was quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating •host uses fragrance-free detergent on sheets and towels (which is a must for us sensitive/allergic folks) •host paid attention to little details that go a LONG ways (full length mirrors, scissors, other supplies to use)

Comfortable townhouse with modern amenities. Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with a Walmart within walking distance.

10/10! Actively looking to stay there again when I go back to KC next! House is great and super close to everything!

Our stay was wonderful thanks to this beautiful condo! The owners were very friendly and informative. There were lots of great detailed recommendations and instructions. You could really tell that the owners put lots of thought into the property and details they left for guests to feel at home and accommodated. The home was clean and had great amenities so we didn’t have to worry. Wish the couch was a little more comfy for relaxing, but that was the ONLY thing we would change. The condo had a private parking spot which helped ease our confusion on where we were to park. Owners had helpful/detailed instructions on how to get in. Building felt super safe thanks to the multiple security features. Great view and lovely area. We loved the plaza just a few blocks away. Already recommended it to our friends and family on our way home and hope to be back sometime in the near future!

Trenton was very responsive and the place was just what we were wanting for our stay! It was a great spot to spend a night at for a reasonable price and close to a lot of areas we wanted to go to. All of us had a cozy experience. Would definitely book again!

Jake was an amazing host. Check in was a breeze. For the questions I had during our stay he responded within minutes. When we did not have any laundry detergent he ran some over and left it for us. Fantastic stay. Fantastic host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you, Jake!

We just made it home to Minnesota and honestly miss the place a bit..and I can't say enough how wonderfully pleased with the stay we are ...it was exactly like home in more ways than one. Thank You and hope to be able to stay again!

Spacious loft with comfortable beds and quiet at night. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Awesome place within walking distance to tons of great restaurants, breweries, and the streetcar. Pictures don’t do it justice, the space is beautiful and huge. Beds super comfortable, too. Highly recommend!
