As a family traveling with kids we loved Ross’s home! This was our second time to exuma, and we would definitely stay at this location again. It is close by to everything, the entire space is perfect for bigger families. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, awesome AC, fully stocked with towels for the beach and showering! You can tell Ross put a lot of love into this home. Thank you so much for an awesome place to spend our trip. We will be back!

We appreciated every thoughtful detail in this place including air conditioning, shampoo and conditioner for the showers, dishes we used to cook, and chairs, cooler and floaties for the water. We had a tremendous stay!

Had a great stay at Paradise Point. Enjoyed having the cooler and beach towels available for our use. The ninja coffee pot was awesome as it made ample coffee for us daily. Having yeti coffee mugs was great! Travis and Ressa were great!!

I came here for my 40th birthday with 7 other ladies. This property was perfect for our group. The privacy of the rooms was perfect for when we needed alone time and there was plenty of space for us to all hang out in a group. The property is even more beautiful in person. Derek was an amazing host and was even answering my many questions about safety, activities, the cars, recommendations on restaurants for weeks prior to our arrival. Janet was amazing, responsive, friendly and professional. I highly recommend renting the Jolly House and enjoying the beauty of the house/island. The house was stocked with anything you need and even had kayaks, paddle boards, floaties and everything you need to enjoy the ocean. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The house was as described. If you are looking for a quiet little place with your own personal cove/beach area, then you have found it. The only people we saw was an occasional boat go by. There is 1 neighbor, however we only saw them leave in the morning and come home at night. We enjoyed using the kayak and beach chairs the most.

It's hard to find 1 bedroom homes in Exuma and this place was absolutely perfect. The accommodations were exactly as described. The view and direct access to the beach and water are what make this place perfect for a couple. Every morning we started with a walk along the beach followed by a relaxing breakfast sitting on the deck enjoying the view. We typically went out and about for beaches and lunch, then back for more sun, swimming, and naps. We only went out one night for dinner because the road is curvy and dark. Restaurants, stores, etc. were all a short drive. Absolutely relaxing time!

I don’t even know where to start with such an amazing experience. It wasn’t just about the stellar first class accommodations. The property represented the staff and vice versa. Zach and alexi were amazing guides to our experience giving us full attention above and beyond nearly every step of the way. Kelly was super courteous, professional and most of all an amazing person. The karma here fits the luxury status of this stay. We will back many times !! No other place to go that matches this on the island.

James was responsive to questions. He was pleasant and flexible with an early arrival. The space was very clean and larger than expected with excellent amenities for a longer stay. Staniel Cay is a wonderful laid back location with many fun things to do, gorgeous beaches, and tasty food. James made visiting easy, fun, and carefree.

Beau was an excellent communicator! He offered some really great suggestions for dining, visiting, and exploring the Island. He really did respond within 30 minutes when we had questions. Beau's place was cheerful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The Sea View is centrally located and very close to the center of Georgetown. We had a rental car and only once used a taxi when we went on a longer excursion. Thank you Beau for a wonderful stay! We will be back to your beautiful and friendly island! Lauren

Sheila’s “Lower Deck Apartment” was a perfect jump off spot for our active family of four. Although not within practical walking distance from the beach or amenities, everything was a short drive away. Groceries, restaurants, beaches, boat rentals, etc. were nearby. You will need a rental car if you stay here, or get really good at arranging taxis. We couldn’t find snorkeling gear to rent, so we bought some where Sheila recommended and donated it to the house. The apartment is peaceful and pretty with just enough of the basics to cook most anything. The beds are plastic coated, which we figured is normal in the tropics. But it does make for noisy shifts in the night. All in all, we would like to return to Sheila’s place should Exuma be a future destination. The island is just wonderful with excellent splashing and snorkeling, and the many locals we interacted with were warm. The general easygoing vibe there affected the whole family.

Le logement était propre , grand et très bien équipé. Vous pourrez compter sur les propriétaires pour répondre à vos questions avec une réactivité rarement vu ! C’était parfait et très appréciable !

Perfect place to stay right by the beach. Very rustic but it has everything you need, you can cook easy meals at the kitchen. We enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings and watching the ocean by the evenings. Shavonette is a wonderful host and will help you with anything you might need. We loved our stay, very cozy and budget friendly.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Cephas ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement est situé au centre de l’île. Excellente organisation concernant notre arrivée, nous avons louer une voiture chez un ami de Cephas. Celui ci nous attendait à l’aéroport avec une pancarte avec notre nom. Hôte très arrangeant ! Je recommande +++

I had an amazing stay at Meredith’s place! She was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making the entire booking process seamless. She even went out of her way to allow an early check-in and was so understanding when our plans unexpectedly changed. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her detailed check-in guide and clear communication made everything so easy. I truly appreciate her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Janarese hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und mit uns eine Tour durch Georgetown gemacht. Somit haben wir unsere Umgebung direkt kennengelernt und waren orientiert. Janarese hatte vor der Anreise bereits viele Tipps für uns und war immer erreichbar. Man kann bei ihr auch ein Auto mieten, was wir empfehlen können. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir brauchten, das Bett war ein bisschen unbequem, ich bin da aber auch sehr wählerisch. Außerdem hat Janarese uns auch wieder zum Flughafen gefahren. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung und gerne wieder.

The studio at Hideaways is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, it was clean, right across the street from the beach, and had a delicious on site restaurant. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Exuma!

We enjoyed our stay! This apartment building was safe and a great neighbor lady with English bulldog, you probably won’t find anything better in this price range, we looked at Peace and Plenty hotel but that turned out way more expensive with all hotel fees. A note to all visitors on the budget, groceries are expensive, beer is super expensive on the island. Most of restaurants you pay more than in US (the exception was Salt resto) also be ready to wait long time for food, they make it to order. We rented a car from Don Rent a Car, it was great. And we liked food from Jjs - next door, 1 minute walk.

Wow! Appartement situé au 2eme étage, directement sur la plage. Pendant la semaine entière nous n’avons vu qu’un seul groupe de 4 personnes sur l’immense plage devant la maison! L’appartement est plus grand qu’il n’y parait sur les photos, très bien équipé pour cuisiner, beaucoup de serviettes de toutes sortes (incluant serviettes de plages) et accessoires de plage (parasol, chaise de plage, palmes, bac à sable, etc). Il y a aussi du savon à main, shampooing, body wash, sac poubelle, détergent lessive, détergent lave vaisselle, bref tout ce qu’on a besoin pour notre séjour! On espère pouvoir y revenir dans quelques années, c’est un vrai paradis !

Margaret was easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. The great things about her place… It’s in the middle of the island and less than 5 min from the airport making it a 40 min drive to each end. Steps from beautiful beach with seating outside. A two bedroom one bath was perfect for a couple, very clean and comfortable. We made most of our suppers/breakfast at home and the kitchen was great! The place is very clean and smells great when you walk in. It was an added bonus to have a washer and dryer. She added all the extras like beach towels, coolers, beach bag, umbrella, etc. We did ask about foldable beach chairs to bring to each beach but she said someone didn’t return them. So you will not have beach chairs and have to sit on your towels each day. We did not find any foldable beach chairs on the island to buy so that we could use them for the week . We also rented a car from Margaret and that was very easy! She arranged for pick up and drop off from airport

Marina was an absolute wonderful host. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I never felt like a burden when reaching out with questions. When we arrived she had even bought a bottle of Chardonnay for my husband and I as we were on our honeymoon. Very thoughtful. The unit was cute and perfect. It was in the back but that just made it that much more private. We would definitely stay here again!
