Perfect place to stay right by the beach. Very rustic but it has everything you need, you can cook easy meals at the kitchen. We enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings and watching the ocean by the evenings. Shavonette is a wonderful host and will help you with anything you might need. We loved our stay, very cozy and budget friendly.

Overall it was a great place. Beds, pillows, blankets-everything was very comfortable, we had excellent sleep every night. Place was clean and neat. Central air was great. Kitchen stocked with sufficient number of pots, dishes, cups and silverware. Only one thing to improve- nice sharp knife would be great. All knives were steak style and I had a real struggle with some food prep. Pantry was stocked with basic spices, dishwasher tablets and liquid, powder for washing machine, BBQ briquets and garbage bags. Some broken chairs and other trash in the sitting area by the beech were a bit unpleasant but overall still a nice place to relax in the shade. Some toys for little kids to play in the sand and some inflatable loungers-nice touch. There were about 7 kayaks but it was too choppy all week for us to use them. Location is not too bad, 15 min drive to boat rentals, 7 to grocery store. Thank you Margaret for great stay.

I had an amazing stay at Meredith’s place! She was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making the entire booking process seamless. She even went out of her way to allow an early check-in and was so understanding when our plans unexpectedly changed. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her detailed check-in guide and clear communication made everything so easy. I truly appreciate her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Super Schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Kevica und ihr Mann waren tolle Gastgeber! Die zwei sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das war mit Abatand die beste Unterkunft und die besten Gastgeber, die wir bisher hatten. Schade, dass man nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann ;-)

We enjoyed Ingrid's Casita, it was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the upper veranda for coffee in the mornings. The kitchen is very nice for cooking

We appreciated every thoughtful detail in this place including air conditioning, shampoo and conditioner for the showers, dishes we used to cook, and chairs, cooler and floaties for the water. We had a tremendous stay!

Pros: This charming little house is perfectly located right in front of the ocean! It’s a peaceful retreat, and the beach feels almost private—most of the time, it was just us there. The house has everything you need for a cozy stay for two. I felt safe throughout our entire stay with my child. While it’s not luxurious, it’s a great budget option that gets the job done at a reasonable price. Cons: Unfortunately, the washer wasn't working during our stay. I had packed light, planning to do laundry there, but had to hand wash some clothes instead. Hopefully, this gets fixed for future guests. Communication with the host was a bit inconsistent at times, which made a few things harder to coordinate. Overall: This is a great budget-friendly place to stay with all the basics covered. It's perfect if you're looking for a peaceful, no-frills beach getaway!

A Home Away from Home in Paradise 💫🏝️ We recently stayed at the Jericho Beach House in Exuma, and it was an extraordinary family trip! The moment we arrived, Exuma and the Jericho house felt like home. A special thank you to Karin, who was incredibly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, boat rentals, and anything else we needed, responding almost instantly to our requests. We didn’t meet Karin, but we left feeling like we made a new friend. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. We enjoyed local fish and lobster from vendors nearby. The huge grill outside, made cooking and dinning el fresco so enjoyable. The beach, right outside the door, is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The location is perfect, being close to Georgetown and the airport. We highly recommend this gem, we will be back so

I don’t even know where to start with such an amazing experience. It wasn’t just about the stellar first class accommodations. The property represented the staff and vice versa. Zach and alexi were amazing guides to our experience giving us full attention above and beyond nearly every step of the way. Kelly was super courteous, professional and most of all an amazing person. The karma here fits the luxury status of this stay. We will back many times !! No other place to go that matches this on the island.

one of the coolest places we've ever stayed. you lite have step right into the water. The newly updated two bedroom has comfortable beds, a large refrigerator/freezer with plenty of room for all the snapper and grouper we caught offshore. The Bonefishing in Exuma is fantastic and in addition to that I checked off 4 or 5 more species caught on a fly. There are two levels of deck which you could technically catch bones right from the lower deck. We saw a half dozen swim by within 15 feet at mid tide. The water machine has cool, cold and Hot water. No need to warm water up for tea, it's practically boiling right out of the machine. Spencer and Co host Brendi are fantastic and very quick to respond. There is a gas grill for cooking steaks and Chicken. Chicken at Prime Island Meats is very inexpensive for the record. There is a washer and dryer that are new and work very well. Overall we had the time of our life and Shoreline Flats was a fantastic home base for us. Thank you.

Marina was an absolute wonderful host. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I never felt like a burden when reaching out with questions. When we arrived she had even bought a bottle of Chardonnay for my husband and I as we were on our honeymoon. Very thoughtful. The unit was cute and perfect. It was in the back but that just made it that much more private. We would definitely stay here again!
