Wir waren 2 Nächte zu Gast in der Unterkunft. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, man hat ein privates Zimmer und zusätzlich zu den Badezimmern drei Gemeinschaftsräume inklusive der Küche. Die Küche hatte ein familiäres Flair. Wir würden wieder kommen. 😊

The house was beautiful, well designed, and had a well appointed kitchen. It was a pleasure to stay there, and if it had been available we would have booked another night there.

Lovely accommodation just outside Akureyri, about a ten-minute drive away. Easy check-in with a lockbox and clear instructions from Karl. The accommodation was fine for a short stay and had all the necessary facilities. All in all, a great place to stay near Akureyri. Highly recommended.

This place is special the view, the space and tranquility is sensational. If you’re lucky you might also be able to catch Northern lights which are just a unique experience. Some have mentioned seeing whales however I didn’t get lucky enough.

A computer glitch deleted our original pre-paid booking at a place which we reserved 5 months prior in Blönduós, and we were scrambling to find lodging. Fortunately, Gunnar was able to accommodate us last-minute at his recently renovated historical home in Sauðárkrókur. The kitchen has modern appliances and the twin mattresses were high quality and comfortable. The house is located walking distance from local restaurants and I enjoyed looking at the fjord from the windows.

You will feel like in your family home. The host is very helpfull and welcoming. 👍

We just stay one night at Kristin’s during our roadtrip. It clearly was the best place at a reasonable price we stay at during this journey. Better than home ! ;-) Plus, although talking with Kristin only a few minutes at arrival, I know she is a pleasant person. Recommended !

This little house was very spacious and very well equipped. It had everything one might need for comfortable living, including all the kitchen supplies needed to cook a big meal, and toys to keep children entertained. It really felt like a home.

Beautiful location with a huge window facing the mountains! Perfectly located by a nearby town with a lot of shopping and restaurants. The house was very nice and a the perfect amount of space for my husband and I.

Nos trois jours sont passés très vite.... Nous avions un pêcheur avec nous et jenny a été très sympa....pour lui montrer le spot...et lui a amené du matériel de peche.... Tout était super.....nous serions bien restés plus longtemps

This house is an absolute gem in Iceland! Not only is it beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, but it was also spotlessly clean, which made a fantastic first impression. A major highlight was the built-in music system throughout the house – it added so much fun and atmosphere, especially for a group of young people. The sauna and jacuzzi were simply amazing – the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring Iceland’s breathtaking landscapes. We were also lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights right from the house, which was a truly unforgettable experience. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay – from kitchen appliances to thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable stay in Iceland!
