This was my first Airbnb experience, and I couldn’t have asked for better. Located on Pera’s most central yet peaceful street, the building is steps away from metro stations and vibrant F&B options. The apartment itself is functional, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with clean spaces, great storage, a well-equipped kitchen, and reliable climate control. Check-in was smooth, communication was instant, and everything I needed was right at my fingertips. It honestly felt like walking from my office into my second home, just down the street. I’ve been lucky to find a place where I can sleep soundly in the heart of the city. From now on, I’ll plan all my trips around this listing’s availability. Murat’s spot is in the heart of the Galata. There are great restaurants, cafes and dessert shops all around the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful with lots of light and ventilation. Murat had set it up with all the things you’d ever need on a trip - clean linen, coffee, umbrellas, laundry detergent and toiletries. Id highly recommend the host and apartment. Pro tip: get dinner at Galista Restaraunt, San Sebastián with Pistachio at Gallant Galata, Coffee at Petra Roasting.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Clean, cozy, spacious. There were three of us, and we all had enough space to sleep and relax during the evening. Thanks to the detailed instructions, it was easy to find an apartment. In January, the apartment was warm and cozy. There is a wonderful and inexpensive cafe in the building opposite, which made it unnecessary for us to cook the food ourselves. There is a bus stop nearby, which can be reached by bus from anywhere in the city. Rayan is a very helpful and kind host, helped with all questions and was always in touch. We will be happy to stay in this apartment again on our next trip to Istanbul.

The Airbnb was a great place to stay and the location was perfect. Very walkable to get around and have everything you need in a comfortable distance. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. He was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions, requests, or concerns. I would highly recommend!

My mom and sister had an incredibly positive experience at this Airbnb during a very challenging time. The host went above and beyond, even driving to pick them up himself. Knowing they were fleeing a warzone, he took extra steps to make them feel safe and cared for, which meant so much to our family. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, but it was the host’s kindness and compassion that truly made this stay exceptional.

I recently travelled to Istanbul with my family and it was an excellent choice! The location was extremely convenient, just 200 meters from the Galata Tower, and very close to a metro station. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets around, making it easy to explore and find anything we needed. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-equipped. One night there was no hot water but it was resolved quickly the next morning after communication with the owner of the appartment. The communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. On our last day, they allowed us to leave our luggage at a nearby hotel they owned, which was very convenient for us. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. A fantastic place in a fantastic location!

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

المكان جدددا خورافي واجمل من الصور بكثير الاطلالات من كل مكان جدا جميله اعتقد انه اجمل خيار للسكن في اسطنبول والاجمل تعامل المضيف جدا سريع ومتعاون وودود جدا وخدوم السكن ينفع للاقامات الطويله وللعوائل لانه عباره عن نظام دبلكس المساحه جدا كبيره ويقع في الدور السادس ولكن المكان والاطلاله تشفع ذلك شكرا للمضيف ولتعاونك معي 🙏🏻

Отличная удобная квартира в истрическом районе. Есть все необходимое для проживания, включая капсулы для посудомойки и стиральный порошок. В квартире приятно находиться и проводить время. Большой телевизор и мягкая мебель помогают отдохнуть после долгих прогулок по Стамбулу. Мехмет отличный хозяин, он всегда на связи. Его сотрудница Первина очень отзывчивая, она говорит по-русски . Мне не хотелось уезжать из этого дома! Было очень уютно, комфортно и как-то душевно))) Могу назвать 2 особенности, которые могут быть важны для других гостей. 1. Квартира находится на 3 этаже без лифта, винтовая лестница узкая и очень крутая. Подниматься и спускаться, особенно с багажом, сложно. 2. Квартира находится в жилом районе и там довольно шумно, ничего критичного, просто стамбульцы громкие люди. Из недостатков отмечу работу смесителя в душевой кабине. Нарушено переключение воды между ручным душем и верхним. Но я уверена, что хозяин исправит это в ближайшее время. Искренне рекомендую жилье Мехмета .

Okan was a nice host to deal with. My original booking period got interrupted as someone booked his upper (with a view) apartment and Okan was initiative in offering me his first level apartment until the other one evacuates. I was in touch with him after checking and he was available, cooperative, and proactive

What a view! We enjoyed our week here very much. Neriman is a great host, the space is comfortable and feels like a home, and the view is really just stunning. The shared roof space is also very comfortable and spacious. The wifi is good and supports zoom calls if you work remotely, and all the lovely cafes you could want are just steps away. It's true that there are lots of stairs, but we didn't mind - it helped us feel better about eating all the amazing food!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. It’s a perfect place! The communication was fast, kind, and clear from the beginning. Also, we used a transfer from the airport to the place proposed by Daria! It was very comfortable and helpful as the airport is outside the city. The apartment was clean, stylish, quiet, with beautiful and picturesque views! Beds were comfortable. Thanks!

人気の写真撮影スポットのバラットにありますが朝と夜はとても静かです。ネコちゃんがたくさんいてとても癒されます。 最上階で眺めが良く海や歴史的な建物が見えます。トラムの駅やバス停からも近いです。買い物もスーパーが近くにあります。 お部屋は広くてベッドはとても良い寝心地です。 日本人に嬉しいのが広々とした湯舟があり、ジャグジーになっています。その他シャワールーム2つにトイレも2つです。 ホストさんはとても親切です。こちらにミスがあっても粘り強くフォローしてくれます。 一つイスタンブールを訪れる人にアドバイスします。グーグルマップでのバス案内が正確でないことがあるのでmovitを使うとよいです。広告が多過ぎてウザいですが統合されてしまったであろうバス路線などきちんとした情報が入手できます。 この静かで豪華なお部屋に日本人の方々にたくさん泊まって欲しいです。

Overall, it was a beautiful stay. The place has a lot to offer. You don’t even need to get out. It has a great view of the Bosporus. Highly recommended. Only one note… The first floor balcony is a common area. The whole building can use this space. If you are very private, you might need to consider this fact about the apartment.

Super gelegene Wohnung! Sehr sauber und grosszügig. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Es wurde sogar Trinkwasser für den ganzen Aufenthalt bereitgestellt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!
