Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Nelly is a great host, friendly and joyful. I immediately felt at home. The place is so clean, well arranged and pretty much has everything I needed during my stay. The place is centered and few minutes away walking distance to Taksim Square. All shops and restaurants are in close proximity. I will definitely come back again and Nelly's guesthouse will be my no. 1 accommodation in Istanbul.

staying in Ida's room is much benefit - clean room with full amenities - close to everywhere by walk - responsive host - nice guy in the reception area must think : - place a bit smaller for 3 ppl. suitable for 2 - pls dont bring too heavy luggage i feel bad with the guy who help me with the luggage. overall i love her room if i had chance to stay long term in Istanbul will revisit again. thanks

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans cet appart hôtel. J'ai bien aimé le service de chambre, j'ai pas eu à me soucier de pas mal de détails. L'avantage de ce logement est sa proximité immédiate à l'arrêt de bus Omer Hayyam qui est à un arrêt prêt de celui de Taksim. Les personnes à la réception sont hyper serviables et sympathiques.

Staying at this apartment was a wonderful experience. Parmida and her team are very kind, helpful and responsive at all times. Stayed here as a woman alone and it was quite safe to come back at night The house was very clean and cozy, matched all the descriptions. They do their best to provide anything on request such as towels, iron, sim card, Istanbul card, etc. The location is right in the heart of the city, sooo many great restaurants and cafes around, Taksim square, galata tower and so on. Bus and metro station being right in front of a building is very much appreciated. All in all, even though it's an old building, it has all the amenities one would need during short or long stays, perfect location, friendly staff, great service. Highly recommended. What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!
